“I had low expectations, but the fish taco was extraordinary. Generally, casino food court food (Pechanga, Caesar's Palace, Venetian) is mediocre at best. I ordered a fish taco. The fish was not battered and deep fried. No ... pan fried and not overcooked as is often the base. Well presented as well.“

The staff was nice and having fun.

Tried out the pickle fries. It was tasty but, the quantity wasn't there.

We also got charred green beans that came with a spicy thick tomato adobo paste. The steak was also very good and tender. Would have been nice if the chicken came with something else besides the sauce and a whisper of frisée.“

I should have given a review from the start, but I wanted to wait until I truly experienced all of what they have to offer. All I have to say is, AMAZING. The taste, presentation and service were all exceptional... especially given that they have only been open for three weeks. The Mole Enchilada was the best I have ever had. “If you're looking for a casual place for tacos & burritos The Super Taco place on highway 111 by Del Taco in Cathedral City is great! Went there for lunch today and ordered a carne asada taco with the works and a chicken hard shell taco. Both filled with tons of delicious meat and fixings. Price was less than $15. Cute place and a great patio in the back that would work well for a group of maybe 40+! I’ll be going back again!“

Nor did he offer dessert. The gentleman refilling my water, salsa, and chips was awesome though. She made us feel right at home and taken care of the entire time.

The food was incredible! The chips and salsa were fresh and flavorful.

I ordered Baja Street Tacos and they were absolutely delicious, with the chicken being my favorite.

My partner had the shredded chicken quesadilla and couldn’t stop raving about how good it was.

The flavors here are authentic, the ingredients are fresh, and you can truly taste the love and care in every dish.

The horchata was also perfection- smooth, sweet, and refreshing.

This spot is local, authentic, and a must-visit for anyone who loves Mexican food.

“The food and service at Tortillas Restaurant is amazing!! I had the Chile Relleno with cheese (vegetarian options available, which was super nice!) and my husband had the Enchiladas de Mole with chicken - and both were delicious! The mole sauce is definitely of 5-star quality! It was all so fresh and authentic, with the foods being beautifully presented on the plates. I also highly recommend the horchata drinks there too!“
