“Super fun lunch with a friend who introduced me to this restaurant in the Ranch 99 complex.We shared the salt and pepper tofu, Sichuan style twice cooked pork bacon, spicy garlic eggplant, crispy noodle chicken and pan fried chive turnover.Everything was super fresh and steaming hot. The tofu fried to perfection and soft & silky inside.We agreed to try item we had never had before and the twice cooked pork bacon and crispy noodle chicken were two of those items. The pork was very flavorful with the perfect heat level, and the crispy noodles under the layer of delicious chicken, mushrooms and fresh Vegis lent the perfect texture. The chive turnover was a fun dish.Our server, and everyone at the was friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back.Two things to know, parking can be a challenge as it is a busy area (there are multiple restaurants and shops in the complex, plus Ranch 99) and if you pay in cash, you get a free mini ice cream.“
“The food is amazing! My go to order is Shrimp Fried Rice with an order of Egg rolls and a mango tea! The service is great, everyone is kind and greets you when you come in! It's usually not packed when i go, but it definitely should be because it's great here! The only issue is the parking spaces, it's limited but if you're lucky you'll find some, close by!“
“We moved to the area several years ago and LOVE our local Chinese place. Food is always fresh and delicious, service is stellar - always prompt and courteous. The ambience is calm and clean - restrooms, too! Prices are better than lots of other places - really reasonable, especially given the recent increases around the Bay Area. Orange chicken is crunchy and delicious, vegetables are fresh and crunchy in everything, the Hot and Sour is not overly spicy but very flavorful. We love the noodle and rice dishes, too. We also love the lunch specials, and enjoy take out from time to time. Plenty of take out orders keeps a busy kitchen and fresh food, but plenty of seating for when you want to dine-in.“
“I've been coming to Hong Kong Snack House since I was a kid. I remember always asking my parents to get me some pandan egg puffs after trips to Ranch 99. Now, they're celebrating their 20th anniversary!Right now, you can come get your fave Hong Kong snacks (and more) and get 1 free when you buy 2! The owner who is always the one taking orders is very nice and funny. His little store has soooo many things, so take a look at what they have around. Packaged snacks and drinks, crepes, tornado potatoes, egg puffs, egg waffles, boba drinks, etc. They also have a very iconic Obama Stimulus Package deal of buy 3 get 1 free LOL My favorite things to get are their mango smoothies and pandan egg puffs. I will say their drinks are a little sweet for me. Although I haven't yet asked if they can decrease the sweetness. Congrats to Hong Kong Snack House for celebrating 20 years!“
“First time to dine in here, usually i have it delivered through grubhub. They always have huge portions for a price that doesnt break the bank.We had their lunch specials and the serving was big..it came with free soup, the soup was the hot and sour, i finished it but i wasnt always a fan.Parking is difficult, the anxiety having to park by the side of the road, and a lot of vehicles passing by..but no harm done.“
“Fantastic and unexpected find! Hubby stopped charging and we stumbled upon this established, but unusual eatery that was simply fantastic! We had their homemade bone broth noodle soup and pork - it was both. Incredibly delicious. The 5 masala on the pork belly was fantastic. Our server, Ryan, was knowledgeable and proud of his family's business, history and heritage. too! so happy!“
“My family and I love to come and eat food here. The staff here is always so friendly to us. Anytime we have family stay over from out of town, this restaurant is one of our go-to's. Each of our guests that we have brought here always want to come back the next time they are in town. Daimo definitely reminds me of one of my all time favorite Chinese restaurants in L.A. called Hop Louie. Everything I have ever tried on the menu at Daimo never disappoints. The food here is a toddler approved by my son that absolutely loves the chow fun. One of our guests that has never liked Chinese restaurants in the past told us this is the best Chinese restaurant they have ever been to. That says a lot because that guest is very picky when it comes to food. The food here is absolutely amazing.“
“It’s a hole in wall chinese spot in da hood. ITS MY GO TO ALWAYs! My favorite Chow mien, chicken wings, pot stickers, fried fish(not served often), BEEF WITH BROCCOLI ?! Listen, these places are best when the food is just made but worth it. I always get enough for 3 days. The prices are great! The customer service is well…you get over it. It’s like in the city in China town.“
“so I moved back to San Pablo and was so pleased to find out this place is still around! Their food is always fresh and flavorful and I am still in love with their beef chow fun, dry fried ribs, orange chicken. They are way better than Panda Express anyday. I also love that they offer my childhood favorite, Tomato Beef Chow Mein, lots of Chinese Restaurants don't nowadays, I'm going to try their's next . I'm excited because their food is always great and the prices are reasonable (unless you use Grubhub, I prefer Doordash because Grubhub has extra fees for ???)...“
