“The perfect stop in Hercules, with a gorgeous view of the water. Had a taro milk tea, a chicken empanada (get the chimichurri!) & a guava alfajor — all delicious! The seating is only outdoors & is limited but it is a spot deserving of your business. Fast service & fantastic food & drink in a beautiful spot — what more could you ask for?“

“Best espresso of any of the highwire locations I have been too. It is a darker roast than I like, but they have a great recipe so it doesn't get sour or bitter. My only complaint, not enough seats, then again it is in a plant store, not a standalone shop, which leads to some amusing scenarios with entitled people like the scene I saw. So don't wonder far from the stand even if there is a line.

An upper middle class woman took a drink, sipped from it AND THEN ASKED "is this the oat latte for Sarah?" They called out the name of the drink and the person who it was for, CAPPUCCINO FOR JOYCE. Who takes a sip from a drink and then ask if it is yours. They did not apologize, making excuses, and saying oops is not an apology. This after having taken a sip from it. I would have charged her for it if I worked in that stand.

“My wife and I stumbled into Drift for the first time last Sunday while spending the weekend in Wilmington for a comedy show I did. Absolute great coffee and a fantastic brunch. “It was quick, cute, cozy. And they even filled up my reusable water bottle. Also there was a group of men hanging out inside having coffee, one of them had a dog. It was adorable 😍. “OMG, I love this little place! So comfy and homey, with indoor seating on a big comfy Couch, or outdoor seating at little Caffe tables either on the front sidewalk, or in the side garden, if you want a little more privacy.

I had the avocado toast, which was delicious, with big chunks of avocado on focacia bread. And also a sweet potato muffin with cream cheese frosting, which was moist and absolutely perfect.“

“Classic Vietnamese sandwich shop, very nice people making a small selection of sandwiches in a no frills setting. The BBQ chicken was phenomenal, the bread was fresh with just a little bit of crunch to the outside. The pickles added a nice zing alongside the crisp cilantro. The sauce was creamy and had a good kick of heat. There's a special place in my heart for little spots like this.“

“Just had my 3rd dining experience this morning and all 3 breakfast meals have been fantastic! As a person on the carnivore diet, I find it refreshing I can order an all protein meal and be completely satiated without paying an arm and a leg. Eggs were scrambled perfectly and the bacon was delicious. And who could have thought a simple burger patty could taste so good. Must be a magic griddle! Highly recommend! Oh, and service is amazing. My Americano was tasty!“

“I pick up salads and sandwiches here most weeks. The quality of the ingredients is excellent. I often find an interesting treat for myself too. Last week it was Lapo's brand fake negronis - sooo delicious.

“I've been here for a long time and for whatever reason my original review is not here. Nonetheless this place is amazing. A diamond hidden in the rough, an oasis for those who need a boba fix. It's a local store filled with anime goodies and is a TCG haven for Magic, Lorcana, Yu-Gi-Oh, and of course POKEMON! This is the place to be. There are different nights for specific TCG's and they have pokemon trade nights. I recommend joining the discord. Come by and enjoy a drink made by Em, or the guys talking about all the TCG's. “No-frills hole in the wall donut shop. One of the best donut shops in Vallejo, in my opinion. They do take card, but it’s sometimes easier to bring cash as there is not a minimum. Whenever I get a donut craving I’m there. Crunch doughnuts and crunch covered cinnamon rolls are our favorites!“

“Closest spot from DeAnza HS for coffee. I ordered Vietnamese coffee - they should update the picture on the menu because it shows a 12oz cup. The size that came out is almost half the size but is normal when there’s less ice - people might not know this and complain. For me, I like it this way as you can taste the full flavor. Very clean space but a bit run down. I wish the employee was playing music, it was so quiet… maybe because it was the weekend and school isn’t in session/less student customers. Putting one star down because the last time I went, I got a passion fruit boba and it just tasted like sugar in water with no fruit-flavor. This Vietnamese coffee though was a good turn-around/choice and hit the spot!“

The coffee shop is small and all tables full. I did not have to wait to order but noticed the person behind me did wait to order during the prep of my coffee. I grabbed a stool at the window as I waited for my order and was pretty disappointed when my seat was taken by someone else when I went to get my coffee. Fortunately, there was a free stool. I did notice that this person who took my initial seat never ordered during my 5-10 minute visit just using free WiFi.“

The milk is over frothed, temperature brought up too high, and there’s simply too many choices on the menu for anything to be perfected here. “I have gone to Donut King several times in the am. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The donuts are really good, and I love the croissants. I just which that they stayed open a little later. I will definitely go back before going elsewhere. Parking is always full, but I find a way to get a parking spot.“
