“There's a delicious Mexican restaurant for locals! I was told that.
When I ordered combo #3, it was just over $12 and included a drink. I think it's relatively cheap in Los Angeles.
There were two tacos, one with shrimp and the other with fried white fish (Is this called Baja?).
Seafood was fresh and delicious!
The volume is also sufficient.
The staff were friendly and courteous.
The store is also kept clean.
There are plenty of parking lots, and we were able to park quickly even during the busy lunch hour.

Full of flavor, stuffed to the gills, and wrapped in a surprisingly robust corn tortilla that didn’t fall apart. We had fish, shrimp, and steak tacos. All were on point. If you’re looking for a quick bite in Hermosa that won’t break the bank, stop in!“

“Coni’s serves an extensive menu of shrimp dishes that are delicious. Good portions. Fresh… well priced. My husband is allergic to shellfish so when I go with him, we get the fish tacos. They are excellent. The outdoor patio is just lovely ( music is a little loud but fun ) I think our waitress was new. She was forgetful but usually the service is pleasant and professional.

“So the variety of fish/seafood is enormous. We got the fried calamari + shrimp burger, both was super yumm. The staff messed up a little and offered us the fried calamari 3 times while waiting for the burger. We surely declined :D but noticed some other issues with customers, so dont expect a super fast and on point service. Still seafood itself makes it a 10/10.“

“I've tried many local fish and chips. Most of them are very very good but the one at Crazy Fish on PCH (in front of Chevron) is just out of this world. I had it last month, and I wanted to have it a second time before issuing a public praise. I went today and those guy sure met my expectations! The fish is lean, with the right amount of batter that is not soaked in oil and does not flake off the fish, the chips are cooked to perfection and everything is served scorching hot. My husband's fish was quite salty, but I enjoyed my lobster ravioli. Ambience was decent, nothing special; but overall, we had a nice evening. We'll be back.“

“I think most restaurants use some kind of inexpensive fish with the thought that once it's breaded and fried, no one will care. But the Slow Bell's haddock was thick, moist, and cooked just right. The fries were so good bare that I felt guilty using ketchup.“

“Our dining experience at Mar'sel was nothing short of exceptional, and it was made even better because of the outstanding service we received. Jesus, our server for the evening, had impeccable attention to detail and deep knowledge of the menu. We decided to follow every recommendation he gave us, and each dish was a culinary masterpiece (including the Rosemary Fire Smoked Cocktail, the English Milk-Punch cocktail, the Roasted Corn Soup, the scallops, the bone-in Ribeye special, the Peach Melba cheesecake, and the Chocolate Dulcey Pot de Crème.) He told us that he had been working at Mar'sel since 2019, and his deep knowledge of the menu made that clear.

Ben Levy, the manager, also came by to chat with us for a while. His professionalism and dedication to excellence were evident, and it’s clear that he leads a team committed to providing an amazing dining experience. It seemed that many people working there had been there for a long time, which in my opinion is a testament to a positive work environment where people are passionate about the cuisine. Desiree, the server assistant, was very attentive, helpful, and friendly, as was the hostess, Sri.

In addition to all of this, we enjoyed the most stunning views of the ocean! We saw tons of dolphins in the water during our meal which was magical, especially as the sun was setting. We cannot wait for our next meal at Mar'sel. Thank you again the the team for a wonderful experience.

“We had a great experience in this place, all the food has a delicious flavor, we ordered ribeye and ribs, we also added the salad bar, and each of the things we took from that bar was delicious, even the ice cream and its desserts are too good, apart from that the staff is quite attentive and friendly; excellent restaurant!!

“I have been ordering fresh uni from Maruhide for some time, and I have never been disappointed. They are at the mercy of elements and natural factors like spawning, which impact availability. However, when they do have it, it is far superior to anything I can get at my local Japanese markets.

Recently, I have noticed they are developing new products and offering other gourmet Japanese foods like A5 Japanese wagyu, uni pasta kits, caviar, and soba kits. I have tried most of these products and have been extremely satisfied, especially with the soba! In my opinion, it truly rivals the fresh soba I get at restaurants that make their noodles on-premise. It's much better than any dried brands I've tried. I highly recommend it!

I have always been impressed with the quality of their uni, and now their other products are equally as good. Maruhide has become my go-to for gourmet Japanese foods.

One more thing: delivery. It is always well packed and arrives overnight. I live locally to the processing plant so I could pick it up, but why bother when the packaging and delivery are so excellent?“
