Noemmi and James were very attentive and hospitable. The wines we sampled were amazing and showed a true testament to the diversity of the Napa valley wine experience. “It was raining when we visited so they set us up on the porch of the main building, which I LOVED. They had the heaters going and offered a cozy blanket. We were allowed to walk literally anywhere we wanted which was such a cool experience to see the bottling process and the cellar. “This was our second visit to Honig. The first time, a friend introduced us, and we enjoyed the wine and the environment. As part of our anniversary weekend, we decided to return, and we’re so glad we did. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly. Our host (we’re so mad at ourselves for forgetting her name!) was wonderful, knowledgeable, engaging, and generous enough to give us a quick tour of the vineyard. The sweet corn tamale appetizers were surprising and flavorful, and the grilled avocado tostados fabulous! On beautiful grounds with fresh produce growing beside the restaurant. “Sequoia Grove winery is basically a home away from home. I’ve been going to this place for close to 10 years. I absolutely !!!LOVE!!! it. Every time I go there, they treat you like a family member. Almost every employee is super nice, accommodating and they provide world class customer service! I truly mean this. I love their wine, I go there because I get the magical experience with it. It really feels like I’m going to a family summer house somewhere in the Mediterranean. I go for the beautiful scenery, for the relaxing atmosphere and for good vibes. “Loved this experience! Although the Mayo Family Reserve room is fairly non-descriptive, the experience of the food pairing and the wonderful wine along, with great service was memorable. They change out the food pairings and try to focus on a specific ethnicity or area in their pairings, but also very focused on the wine being complimented by the food. The current theme was Mexican culture. The experience included 7 wine tastings and every pairing of food was delicious and different. Chef John was engaged in our tastings and our server, Sara, was very attentive and knowledgeable. We highly recommend this experience and will definitely be back if we're in the area. “

“O’Brien Estate was absolutely beautiful, especially near sunset. The hills were covered in blooming mustard greens, creating the most stunning backdrop. Arriving in the early evening made the experience even better—the golden light was unreal. Feeding the goats was such a fun and memorable touch and added to the charm of the property. A peaceful, scenic winery with incredible views and a unique, welcoming atmosphere. Heath was a fantastic host! Do not miss this place while visiting Napa.“

“My husband and I brought our family to Napa for what we called The 2025 Napa Valley Great Grape Escape. One of our reservations was with Far Niente’. We were blessed to be there on the morning of first day of harvest. Our host was amazing and super knowledgeable. The grounds were perfection. Our tasting was set up and waiting for us under a private outdoor pavilion. Not only were the wines so incredible…each taste was paired with a cheese, nut and dried fruit combination. “Hall Wines was an experience beyond anything that I could have imagined. When we came to wine taste at Hall, our expectations were not set. I've been too many wineries in St Helena, but I've never been to Hall. The grounds were absolutely immaculate. The winery was stunningly, beautiful. Our server Alfredo Hernandez was knowledgeable, warm, friendly, inviting, and a superb host. I love talking about wanting and asking questions as I taste and both Alfredo and Tom were both a pleasure to engage with. We enjoyed absolutely everything in our experience. We enjoyed everything so much that I decided that after July of this year, I would like to switch my wine club over to Hall from another wine club that I have in Napa. “At my first visit I decided to become a member. The tasting room is very artsy, the grounds are small but nice to walk. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Additionally, you get free monthly access to other tasting rooms at couple of nearby wineries.

Wine taste is very subjective, so that's a bit more difficult to rate. What one person likes might be unpleasant to another. I've been at wineries where I don't like any of their wines, as well as one where I liked 9 out of 10 tastings. At Raymond, I like several of their reds, and all of their whites. Over all a very pleasant tasting experience worth repeating here and there.“

“Out of all of the wineries/vineyards we visited, we got the best education from B Cellars. Forest was a wealth of fascinating information about how wine is made. While we enjoyed our tasty charcuterie spread with our tastings, he showed us maps of all of the vineyards in the valley and explained the importance of the location of where a grape comes from. Our private tour of this stunning winery also included the caves, their gardens, honey bees, and it's production facility-all meticulously maintained. Wonderful experience.“

Good food doesn’t always come from the most elegant restaurant. We ordered three options from the menu, all vegan. My husband is vegetarian, I am vegan, and everything was delicious and exactly as we requested. The deep-fried dish was my favorite. I could eat that every day. It was on another level. Especially the sauce, which I think was tamarind. The flavor was so rich. The wine was also good. I thought it was a very delicate and thoughtful touch that the glasses were personalized with the restaurant’s name. I also really liked the service, very attentive and friendly. I found the decoration with fresh flowers on the table beautiful—real flowers, not synthetic or artificial. My husband and I spent about an hour here.
