“What an Amazing experience with Roman as our host. We loved walking in the gorgeous vineyard and viewing the fog on Atlas peak in the distance. The wines are so elegant and delightful. “Rombauer allows you to reserve a table for wine by the glass or bottle, and they even welcome outside food for a picnic-style experience at their garden tables. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and make the whole experience feel extra special.

“Our best visit during our trip to Napa! We visited Domaine Carneros, B.Cellars, Davis Estates, Grgich, and Prager Port. We had a nice visit at all of those vineyards, but none of them came close to the hospitality, friendliness and generosity that Ryan Morales showed us during our tasting at Maxville. The wines were fantastic, as was meeting Cullen...a member of the wine making team. The entire visit was spot on from the minute we arrived, to the tour of the grounds, to the tasting. Exceptional, proud to be a club member at Maxville...can't wait until our next visit.“

“Hall Wines was an experience beyond anything that I could have imagined. When we came to wine taste at Hall, our expectations were not set. I've been too many wineries in St Helena, but I've never been to Hall. The grounds were absolutely immaculate. The winery was stunningly, beautiful. Our server Alfredo Hernandez was knowledgeable, warm, friendly, inviting, and a superb host. I love talking about wanting and asking questions as I taste and both Alfredo and Tom were both a pleasure to engage with. We enjoyed absolutely everything in our experience. We enjoyed everything so much that I decided that after July of this year, I would like to switch my wine club over to Hall from another wine club that I have in Napa. Very much looking forward to our next visit!“

“This winery is absolutely beautiful! Che is absolutely the best guide. The wine and champagne we had there was amazing. This was a girls trip stop and we did the Journey of the Senses tasting in the vineyard and I definitely recommend that experience.“

“Food is well prepared, and the staff is super helpful. As a bonus you can buy good wine at a great value, or do a wine tasting. Wednesday is especially special as they select a type of cuisine from different parts of the world. This is more like a 4.5 , but Google does not allow that.“

Markham is our favorite of the 20 we visited that week. We will be joining their wine club... when we finish the wine we shipped home.

Great tasting and our host went above and beyond. While multitasking his guests including a private party, he made us feel more than just welcome. He gave us appropriate time to enjoy our wine, always returning at the right time. He shared history and fun personal experiences living in Napa for over 50 years, while laughing with us. Regrettably, his contact info was lost during wine shipping home.“

“We let them know we were coming up to celebrate our anniversary and were greeted with "Happy Anniversary " and then when we were seated and handed menus, we saw that we had special menus that said "Happy Anniversary " on them. We were given complementary rose sparkling wine. We were treated like royalty and the food was outstanding as always. It is unfortunate that they will be closing at the end of December. The tasting room is beautiful, the staff is warm and welcoming, and our sommelier was truly exceptional; attentive, knowledgeable, and made the experience feel special.

We tried that $100 4 glass pairing with food (we had four tapas style food) and it was enough for the tasting but I wish we could order more food on top of what’s given to us.

It’s must-visit if you’re a red wine lover and they are also a dog friendly establishment. ☺️“

“Amazing Customer Service Experience. I placed an order last Friday to take advantage of a promotion. On Tuesday, there still was no tracking information, so I reached out to V. Sattui to check, as part of my order was for a gift that I needed this weekend.

The Shipping Department researched my order and saw that it was not scheduled to be delivered until Sunday and knowing that I needed the order for a gift, they express shipped a 2nd order to deliver today.
