“Our best visit during our trip to Napa! We visited Domaine Carneros, B.Cellars, Davis Estates, Grgich, and Prager Port. We had a nice visit at all of those vineyards, but none of them came close to the hospitality, friendliness and generosity that Ryan Morales showed us during our tasting at Maxville. The wines were fantastic, as was meeting Cullen...a member of the wine making team. The entire visit was spot on from the minute we arrived, to the tour of the grounds, to the tasting. Exceptional, proud to be a club member at Maxville...can't wait until our next visit.“

“Hall Wines was an experience beyond anything that I could have imagined. When we came to wine taste at Hall, our expectations were not set. I've been too many wineries in St Helena, but I've never been to Hall. The grounds were absolutely immaculate. The winery was stunningly, beautiful. Our server Alfredo Hernandez was knowledgeable, warm, friendly, inviting, and a superb host. I love talking about wanting and asking questions as I taste and both Alfredo and Tom were both a pleasure to engage with. We enjoyed absolutely everything in our experience. We enjoyed everything so much that I decided that after July of this year, I would like to switch my wine club over to Hall from another wine club that I have in Napa. Very much looking forward to our next visit!“

“This winery is absolutely beautiful! Che is absolutely the best guide. The wine and champagne we had there was amazing. This was a girls trip stop and we did the Journey of the Senses tasting in the vineyard and I definitely recommend that experience.“

“Food is well prepared, and the staff is super helpful. As a bonus you can buy good wine at a great value, or do a wine tasting. Wednesday is especially special as they select a type of cuisine from different parts of the world. This is more like a 4.5 , but Google does not allow that.“

“We let them know we were coming up to celebrate our anniversary and were greeted with "Happy Anniversary " and then when we were seated and handed menus, we saw that we had special menus that said "Happy Anniversary " on them. We were given complementary rose sparkling wine. We were treated like royalty and the food was outstanding as always. It is unfortunate that they will be closing at the end of December. We love Goose and Gander!“

“Spent an hour or so enjoying a delightful Sparkling Pino Grigio. We were hoping for a tasting, but appointments are required for that & we just showed up. They said we could buy a glass or bottle & enjoy their patio. We were given a small taste choice & we purchased a bottle of Sparkling Pino Grigio. My daughter & I were there on a Friday so there were few people around and we enjoyed the quiet of the patio with some conversation with the host. I'm sorry I didn't get his name as we appreciated his company. We only finished about ½ of the bottle and purchased another. We got the opened bottle capped so I could bring that one home & my daughter had her own bottle. I'm enjoying a glass of it now as I'm writing this review. Yum!
As the driver, I appreciated they supplied cold water also as the day was warm. They also provided a water bowl for my daughter's dog.“

“We attended their 3rd Thursday of the month event and had a really great time! The staff were all extremely friendly and welcoming. The food truck that was present was really delicious. Enjoyed the outdoor grounds and the tasting room had a really nice modern feel. I really enjoyed both their Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. The Merlot which is usually not my go to was a really smooth wine, an easy drink despite the heat. This is a really fun event, you just have to register ahead of time and the event is free, you just pay for food should you choose to eat and any bottles you may decide to purchase. I would definitely go back to this winery on my next trip to California. Thank you again for a lovely evening!“

“This place is a great vibe. Ignacio curated a tasting specific to our palates. He spent ample time explaining the Napa wine scene, challenges over the recent years, and background on each wine. We felt spoiled well beyond our expectations. Walked in at 10:15am on a weekday without a reservation. Nice low key, upbeat music situation. Multiple tasting areas to suit your specific style.“

“Amazing Customer Service Experience. I placed an order last Friday to take advantage of a promotion. On Tuesday, there still was no tracking information, so I reached out to V. Sattui to check, as part of my order was for a gift that I needed this weekend.

The Shipping Department researched my order and saw that it was not scheduled to be delivered until Sunday and knowing that I needed the order for a gift, they express shipped a 2nd order to deliver today.
