“Hall Wines was an experience beyond anything that I could have imagined. When we came to wine taste at Hall, our expectations were not set. I've been too many wineries in St Helena, but I've never been to Hall. The grounds were absolutely immaculate. The winery was stunningly, beautiful. Our server Alfredo Hernandez was knowledgeable, warm, friendly, inviting, and a superb host. I love talking about wanting and asking questions as I taste and both Alfredo and Tom were both a pleasure to engage with. We enjoyed absolutely everything in our experience. We enjoyed everything so much that I decided that after July of this year, I would like to switch my wine club over to Hall from another wine club that I have in Napa. Very much looking forward to our next visit!“

“This place is a classic little deli! Their sandwiches are always amazing, and they have a wide variety to pick from. I recommend getting Guigni juice on your sandwich. They have tons of other things like drinks, chips, old-time candies/ treats, and my favorite deviled eggs ever.“

“The 2023 Napa Valley Merlot and 2022 Santa Lucia Highlands Pinot Noir were fantastic, and most surprisingly, the 2024 Sauvignon Blanc and the 2023 Carneros Chardonnay were delightful. I have never truly liked a white wine until I had those two.“

“We were 8 people going to the winery for a tasting. We had the best experience. Marcus welcomed us and showed us around, after which James seated us and did our wine tasting. We had cheese platters as well, and James went out of his way to create our little own wine pairing with bites from the platter. The whole experience was amazing, and we really enjoyed the wines. “I enjoyed my shrimp tacos. They bring you chips and salsa, which is a small portion then they charge you $2 on your bill when you get it? So in other words, you don’t have a choice unless you tell them next time you’re there that you don’t want the chips in case you don’t. That was a little strange that they charge you automatically. A little overpriced. Other than those 2 things (being automatically charged for chips and a little overpriced), everything was fine.“

We were treated to the Sherwin Family story of renaissance from destruction in 2020 to a complete rebuild in 2023. As a Veteran, the patriotic flair of the vineyard was particularly attractive and the bottle itself is spectacular! Highly recommend this Vineyard!“

“We attended their 3rd Thursday of the month event and had a really great time! The staff were all extremely friendly and welcoming. The food truck that was present was really delicious. Enjoyed the outdoor grounds and the tasting room had a really nice modern feel. I really enjoyed both their Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. The Merlot which is usually not my go to was a really smooth wine, an easy drink despite the heat. This is a really fun event, you just have to register ahead of time and the event is free, you just pay for food should you choose to eat and any bottles you may decide to purchase. I would definitely go back to this winery on my next trip to California. Thank you again for a lovely evening!“

“The entire crew at Merryvale are simply the best! We frequently visit, as wine club members, and have enjoyed a variety of different tasting options, special events and pairings. Each and every time, we are greeted as if we are family and everyone goes out of the way to make our visit extra special. We happened to stop in one day three years ago just to check this winery out and it was the best decision we could have made. Now every trip to Napa Valley must include a stop here!“

“This was my second visit, and I brought a crew of first-timers with me. Jojo was amazing—smart, passionate, and totally dialed in on both the wine and the A&O story. Our group had questions (a lot of them), and she made the whole thing feel effortless and personal.

The wines were next-level. So good that all of us bought bottles, and a few of us ended up joining the club.

Bottom line? This place delivers. Highly recommend.“

“Pleasant to be here and learn about the wine aroma wheel. It’s been a very educational experience, learning to sense and smell aromatized, vaporized particles. This is a wine smelling event rather than a wine tasting one—there are only five basic tastes, but the aroma wheel captures hundreds of different scents 😂 the signature insignia line is great.“

Mykee went above & beyond for my family and I - safe to say he’s a highlight in our entire Napa Valley holiday. 5 stars for the people & property - not my favorite winery as my expectations were higher for the cave tour, but I’d say worth a stop for some pretty photo ops & getting a chance to meet the people we did!“

“Amazing Customer Service Experience. I placed an order last Friday to take advantage of a promotion. On Tuesday, there still was no tracking information, so I reached out to V. Sattui to check, as part of my order was for a gift that I needed this weekend.

The Shipping Department researched my order and saw that it was not scheduled to be delivered until Sunday and knowing that I needed the order for a gift, they express shipped a 2nd order to deliver today.
