The crust was flaky, the lemon curd filling was not too tart, and the meringue was perfection! Everyone really enjoyed it! The food from the catering truck was very delicious I had two sopes with rice and beans you have to try the food much to choose from my wife had nachos cheese with jalapenos and those were delicious as well. To bring better business if a homeless man is outside offer him to clean up the parking are around your establishment and to scrub your your concrete entry floor area near the front area to keep the business clean and so people can see the establishment is clean inside and out. Better business happens when both business are clean inside and out. I am from a Mexican heritage I believe in sweeping outside the store to sweep bad juju or brujaria or brujo or evil out from your stores. Idk if it a superstition but I do believe it true.
