“I have been here many times, mainly I stop by when I am in the area where I am in need of a quick bite. This spot stands out, because there are little to none Hawaiian eaterys within the area. This place is very convenient when I am here, they are located in a plaza with many parking spots that are available. This place is just like any other L&L, but they do have some items that other location might not have. Their menu consists of Hawaiian plates mini or regular size, seafood items, saimin (Noodle soups), appetizers, sandwiches, burgers, desserts and much more to choose from. Everything here is made to order which is always a plus for me since it is quality over quantity and I never mind the wait since I am a very patient person. At certain hours it can be very busy, but they cook and prep very fast where your food comes out quick. The staffs here are very welcoming, well trained, professional and understanding where I had never encountered an issue during any of my visits and I simply leave satisfied. You can order for dine in, order for takeout, place an order over the phone or have it delivered to you through a food delivery app. I highly recommend this place to all Hawaiian food enthusiasts. If you are in need of a quick bite just like me, to anyone willing to try something new or if you just so happen to be in the area to check them out. “Managed to get a last-minute reservation and felt quite lucky! The restaurant even followed up to confirm our arrival. The service was excellent—they even poured the sake for us. I loved the heated tray on the table that kept our skewers warm; it’s such a thoughtful touch. The menu has plenty of options, and though the place is small, it feels very cozy and atmospheric. The upside-down umbrellas hanging from the ceiling are a unique touch. One thing to note: it’s quite dim inside, so it’s a bit hard to take photos. If you're taking a group shot, watch out for blurriness!“

“WOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOW!!!! Smokin D's BBQ far exceeded my expectations when providing super delicious Southern food for my brother's memorial! I would give them 5+ stars if I could! First, owners Daniel and Lareina met with me at the venue a few weeks in advance and carefully went over every detail of each dish that I wanted. Since I wasn't sure if our guests could eat spicy food, they took out the jalapeños from the mini cornbread muffins and any spice from the other dishes I wanted. When I talked about wanting a sweeter coleslaw, Daniel asked if I wanted KFC-style coleslaw, which was exactly what I was looking for. Second, on the day of the memorial, Daniel and Lareina arrived on time with all of the hot and cold food ready to go. All I had to do was show them where to place the trays. Third, after our guests left, Daniel and Lareina were very quick to pick up all of their equipment, which meant that I could go home earlier than expected. Most importantly, all of our guests absolutely RAVED about all of the food, especially about the smoked pulled pork and cornbread muffins!!! In fact, many sent me texts later saying that the food was a "huge hit" and asking me for the company's name, which I was pleased to provide. If any friend wants catered BBQ for their parties, I will recommend Smokin D's BBQ in SF in a heartbeat! SIMPLY AWESOME!!!“

“So this place is a community side grill joint. Drive by and pick up your food and head on out. Strong smoke taste with a Memphis sweet flavor on the pork ribs. Smoked with mesquite the pork has solid penetration. The chicken also had a good smoking but I felt it was a little past done. Im not judging as I know how hard that timing can be and this may not be the norm but the exception.
I am a mac+cheese connoisseur. That being said it was good. Not the best i have had or worst. My critic is that it needs more sauce and maybe less salt.
Baked beans are made with ground turkey of which I assume was smoked and added to the beans for a more smokey flavor. All said and done the meal was enjoyable and hit the spot for my need of some smokey food.“

“Our family has been stopping by to eat Pete's BBq since he first opened in 1976, my late father took me when I was 7 years old now I'm 56and still love Pete's, we moved to Fort Worth Texas in 2022, my wife and I came to visit relatives the week and had to stop by and visit Pete and his great food, nice seeing you again Pete, he always brings back great memories.

“Came and found parking around the block. Put our names on the Yelp waitlist and seated in about 15 minutes. Despite how busy it was, the tables did not feel crowded. After scanning the QR code and placing the order, food came out pretty quickly and stayed warm ish on the metal plate in the center of the table powered by 5 tea lights. The stinky tofu came out first and luckily the smell did not linger. We were surprised at how affordable it was. The food did end up over lapping but the flavor profile is more or less the same.“

“Really good Chinese BBQ place. All of the bread items we tried were flaky and tasty, highly recommend the brown sugar one. The skewers were all solid, and I appreciated that the beef had a more teriyaki-style flavor, because too much cumin starts to get a bit sameish. In that regard, you should consider getting an order of the lettuce leaves to use as a wrap for the skewers, it's a great palette cleanser and adds some nice texture.

Would love to go again, but it's a bit far from my house and Chinese BBQ isn't something you can do too frequently.“

The food was great, the brisket was definitely the hero dish of the night; it was perfectly moist (to our delightful surprise). The chicken was also a huge hit and tasted great.

“This is a really fantastic new Korean BBQ restaurant. The service was both warm and incredibly prompt, which really made for a pleasant experience. While the short ribs were a little bit on the sweeter side for my liking, the pork belly and chicken thighs were absolutely perfect. I especially loved the really crispy chicken skin!“

“Korean place with good vegan options. Items are labelled vegetarian on the menu, some items need to be modified to be made vegan. Clarify that the banchans are vegan (they have fish cake sometimes). Like greens, bean sprouts, and fried tofu banchan they have. Bathroom was nice and clean.

Love the mushroom tofu soup, really flavorful and they are generous with the mushrooms. Also got the hot stone tofu bibimbap, make sure to ask for no egg to make it vegan. Good option to go to if going with a group of omnis, can also accomodate larger groups as well but would consider making a reservation if the party is 6+.“

“Boneyard catered our wedding and all of the guests were pleased. The chicken, pulled pork, and brisket were true to form -- what you'd expect from a *good* BBQ joint in Texas. The staff (Rich and his family) were friendly, professional, and did an excellent job. Sides were delectable, the iced tea was perfect, and all leftovers were boxed up at the end.
