“Really good Chinese BBQ place. All of the bread items we tried were flaky and tasty, highly recommend the brown sugar one. The skewers were all solid, and I appreciated that the beef had a more teriyaki-style flavor, because too much cumin starts to get a bit sameish. In that regard, you should consider getting an order of the lettuce leaves to use as a wrap for the skewers, it's a great palette cleanser and adds some nice texture.

Would love to go again, but it's a bit far from my house and Chinese BBQ isn't something you can do too frequently.“

“Soo much value for your money. Small place with a few tables but mainly everyone orders to go. I got the bbq combo for around $17. Holy cow this could have served 3 people! Delicious. It has bbq chicken, Korean short rib and kalbi. I obviously got it with the macaroni salad. Across from in and out burger. I would much rather have scratch cooked food than a burger meal for $12. You wont be disappointed“

I got half a duck and this was plenty for my boyfriend and I to share.If I'm being picky, the duck was on the salty side. However, it's very flavorful and savory. Not very sweet like other places. The duck pieces didn't have a ton of meat on them, but the pieces that had more meat were pretty juicy.Overall, not the best duck I've had - but definitely good quality! “This place is perfect. It is so cheap for the amount of food they give you and it tastes amazing. I am truly in love with this place and will go back whenever I am in the mission. You can get a small plate for 10 dollars or a regular sized one for around 13. A regular is a huge portion of food and for the price and quality I think it’s unbeatable. It can take a while to get the food as they make it as you order but it’s definitely worth the wait.“

- The beef tongue was a bit chewier than I expected - definitely had to work at it.
- Oxtail stew was tasty but they went a little heavy on the green onions.

They take the bowl and let you choose which sauces/fresh garlic/ seasoning you want on it and throw it on a flat top grill with a bowl full if noodles. It's great for the price. Pro tip: There's a huge parking lot, but on holidays or peak weekends you'll still be circling a couple times. Hang in there.
Because when you finally get that box? The most flavorful, tender, crispy-skinned, melt-in-your-mouth roast pork and roast duck you'll find on the Peninsula.
