In the time leading to the event, communication with Tumi has been prompt, and she has been very helpful in providing suggestions on the types of dishes and amounts to order, especially in the setting of some of the guests' dietary restrictions. Tumi has also been very understanding in suggesting different options on how to stay within budget.

Regarding the food delivery, it was delivered early and displayed beautifully with the chafing dishes and sterno fuel. We were then given instructions on how to serve them.

Beyond that, they have items from places like Germany, Poland and similar countries from those regions in Eastern Europe. On top of that, they have a decent refrigerator section with meats and other items that might be difficult to find at other places as well, and the staff is really helpful too.
