“Four of us ate dinner at Flame Broiler. We had the chicken and beef bowls, everyone agreed that the food was great. I will definitely come back and eat again.

Parking: This location is in the Park Plaza shopping center with plenty of shared parking. We had no problem finding a parking spot close to the front door.“

“It just has that KBBQ vibe. The servers are so friendly and super accommodating. They suggest, recommend, and chat you up. Super cozy.

As for the food, get the signature dish: gobchang (intestines). For a medium, you get to choose three of the four choices: abomasum (stomach), tripe, large intestines, and small intestines. Additionally, you get side dishes, a choice of a stew (kimchi or fermented soybean), corn cheese, steamed egg, and salad. They cook the intestines for you before bringing it out to your table, so that it says warm as you eat. They stir fry the intestines with potato slices, onions, garlic and mushrooms. They really do 곱창 right. We also ordered the beef tartare, since they had posters of it around the restaurant. The beef tartare is definitely in the top 3 of the ones I've tried around OC, NY, and SD. The cuts are thicker than normal and the seasoning is perfect. They don't include a lot of ingredients like other places do, but it just hits better.

It's within a plaza, so there is plenty of parking around the restaurant. This place has become one of my go-tos for gopchang. A++!“

The seollungtang rivals that of hanbat without having to go all the way to korea town and they serve other things which i always wanted from hanbat. “Nahhh… this place actually lived up to the hype. 😭🔥 The chicken was CRAZY crispy without being dry, and every bite was juicy. Soy Garlic is hands down my favorite flavor. It’s the perfect balance of sweet and savory, and the sauce is so good I could eat it every day.

The sides were solid too, everything came out fresh and hot, and the staff was super chill. The place was clean and the whole vibe was a W.

Definitely one of the best Korean fried chicken spots I’ve had. If you’re debating whether to try bb.q Chicken, just go. The Soy Garlic is a must. 10/10, I’m already thinking about my next order.“

“Food: Ordered Malatang and Street Squid to share, and both were great. The Malatang, which feeds two people, had a nice heat to it (take caution, those who are heat intolerant) and a nice assortment of ingredients. The Street Squid was addictive and tender. Overall, great first impression. Who knew this little gem was sitting in our backyard!

Service: No complaints! We were waited on by two guys, who checked in on us a few times.

“Made to order meat. Flavorful and not dry. Meat was a bit more fatty than expected. Macaroni salad wasn’t my favorite heavier mayo taste, but know a lot of people may like it. Kimchi & spicy cucumber was average. Spicy cucumber does have a nice crunch.

“Lately, I’ve been very into kimbap. However, I can be pretty picky about it in terms of what’s inside. There’s sooooo many options for what kind of kimbap you want. For me, I’m really into the beef kimbap. Kimbap Paradise has the best beef kimbap, in my opinion.

The restaurant is located in Torrance, super close to my home. It’s in a busy shopping center so there’s plenty of parking. I easily just call in my order and pick it up. It’s usually ready within 10/15 mins depending on how busy they are. I never dined in, but there’s lost of seating inside to do so. If you’re not a kimbap fan, they have many other Korean dishes to choose from.“

“I love how ethnic markets: Korean, Japanese, Chinese, and Mexican supermarkets in So. Cal included a food court where everyone can sample ethnic dishes. At this H Mart, I ordered Hot Stone Bibimbap. It arrived with three sides, and two sauces. Yummy doesn’t even begin to describe this dish. All the raw vegetables were freshly sliced, warmed by the heat of the stone and rice. The cooked vegetables were perfectly cooked-maintaining their bright green color. I prefer low salt, so I just poured in a little bit of the sauce. While sitting down to eat my lunch, I thought about groceries to pick up from H-Mart. I’m a little surprised that this food court with 4 eateries wasn’t busier during the week. Bring your appetite.“

Ventilation is pretty bad, your hair and clothes won’t survive the bbq odor with smoke directly hovering into your face most of the time. Some people might actually enjoy this dinning experience, but definitely not for all.

“Moon bowls are my go-to delivery food. Healthy, great care taken with meal prep and a perfect portion for me. Affordable and nutritious. They also have great customer service and are very engaged, patient and responsive to text messages. I don’t think they have a physical location and this is more like a ghost kitchen, which took a minute for me to understand at first. But since then I have ordered from them at least a dozen times and introduced them to other locals who also love their food. Hope they stay with us in LBC forever!“

The staff were incredibly attentive and A++ for the cleanliness of the restaurant. 😊 I really like that most of the common cookable meats are out on the salad bar as well as vegetables, appetizers, all the sauces, fruits 🤤 all readily available to everyone - so you can easily get more. 😉 I highly recommend trying the beef belly, beef rib finger and marinated short ribs each cut was tender and flavorful. “I was craving the black bean noodles but didnt want to drive all the way to KTown. This place hits the spot. Good quality and flavor. Fresh ingredients. Not too salty or oily. We also tried the Shrimp Fried rice which was 10/10. The sweet and sour pork was served separate from the sauce which is perfect because then it doesnt get soggy. The pieces were perfectly fried in clean oil (you can tell if its been sitting around...these were made FRESH!). And best of all, the gentleman at the counter is always SO friendly! Definitely worth a trip even though its in a food court, don't knock it.“

“Great little neighborhood spot with good breakfast, excellent burgers, and some Mexican as well as Asian selections which are great options to add variety to the typical burgers and chili fries. I personally love the steak sandwich and they make an excellent breakfast burrito. Prices are reasonable and there is plenty of free parking in the center lot or street parking on Torrance Blvd. They also continuously post specials and bundles which they really discount to provide a nice savings. The guys who work here are really nice and I have seen them clean at the end of the night and they do a great job. I have eaten here so many times I can't count... no fancy, not expensive.. honest tasty food quickly and affordable. Highly recommended.“
