“I wish I had taken more photos of all of our food as it was all delicious. Definitely the two stars of the night were the Tamarind Duck and the Lemon fish. The duck was so tender and crispy, and for me personally anything tamarind is delicious. My friend who ordered the fish said it was delicious, but take a look at this presentation!“
“I highly recommend this spot for authentic Cambodian cuisine. Our group of four didn't have to wait long and there was an iPad outside for joining the waitlist for a table. There's a variety of noodle options available. We tried the Phnom Penh Noodle Special dry and soup, Beef and Meatball Noodle, Pork Rice Porridge with fried breadstick, and ordered round bread on the side. While the round bread was too dense and hard, the meat bread had too many onions. Despite the rushed service causing a couple of mistakes, the overall experience was quite good, with fast and efficient customer service. It was very hard to find parking there so we had to park in the neighborhood.“
“Enjoyed a relaxing outdoor brunch at this popular Mexican restaurant in the Torrance Hollywood Riviera. We picked a nice corner spot with partial shield under the umbrella. It’s a dog friendly restaurant but we wanted to be away from others with our young puppy. The food came fairly quickly, we highly recommend the Octopus Ceviche if you like octopus. I had the Wednesday Burrito special, and my wife had two tacos specials with Asadas. Both were delicious. Our server, Anthony, was prompt and friendly, multiple other servers stopped by multiple times made you feel welcome and made sure we have what we needed.Parking: Parking: a bit of hit and miss in this popular district, once you find a street parking spot, I recommend using the QR code and pay electronically, it’s relatively painless. Another person tried to mess with the meter and sometimes the screen is hard to read, especially under the sun.“
“If you’re ever in the Southbay in LA do yourself a favor and source this seafood gem. It’s ALWAYS busy and I don’t like waiting in line but I will here. The benefit of seafood being fresh is because they sell enough that it’s always excellent. There providers must love the account and take good care of them.Okay, ceviche is a must do with tostada chips, avocado and a slew of hot sauces and a self serve salsa station that also offers marinated white onion ribbons and wonderful whole roasted yellow chiles dusted with a red tangy red spice.Tacos come with a variety of seafood options, I suggest the battered fish as a beginning test since you will come back for them anytime you go again, just trust this.Prices are reasonable and the staff are very happy, why not, everyone eating there are friggin happy too. Parking can be a buzzkill but you’ll figure it out.“
“Was in the mood for Korean BBQ and came across this place nearby on google maps so decided to give it a try? Went with a group of four people, and this restaurant has set menus which was very convenient. Ordered the beef and 8 kinds of marinated pork belly set (Family Combo 2 that feeds 3-4 people) and this set came with a large stew hotpot also. We thought we would have to cook the meats but Casey, our awesome server came by and grilled the meats for us as we ate the grilled meats off the grill. A couple soju and beers and this made for probably the best meal on my cali trip?? The service, the marinated pork, and the stew was both filling and delish. Would highly recommend.... 5stars ??Parking: Parking available right in front of restaurant“
“My recent visit to Ko Ryu Ramen was made exceptional by the outstanding service provided by Valerie. Her warm demeanor and attentive care elevated our dining experience to new heights. With her expert recommendations and genuine enthusiasm, Valerie ensured that every aspect of our meal was perfect. If you're looking for delicious ramen served with a smile, be sure to ask for Valerie at Ko Ryu Ramen. She truly made our visit memorable.“
“Olive Garden has been around for a very long time. The taste and quality of food have improved over the years. The service was great, our server Emily served smiles as well as good food. Both floor supervisors were attentive as they asked each guest how they were doing and offered assistance if it was needed.Great choice for dinner!“
“It was so busy when I went in but I was still served fast. Very hard working servers in there!! They have a lunch special that also comes with a drink and I chose eggrolls with my pad Thai. The noodles were fantastic and the chicken was delicious. The lychee tea was also very good. I liked that they had an outdoor area but I was there by myself and sat at the bar.“
“Been wanting to try this place out. I got a to-go order and ordered the combo number 1, spring rolls and Thai tea. The soup is really good! I love the broth and it's probably one of the best I've ever tasted so far. The spring rolls were good. I wasn't a huge fan of the peanut sauce, but it wasn't terrible. And the Thai tea tasted pretty good! It was a little pricey, more than i had hoped to spend, but mostly worth it when im dying from a cold and want pho lol. I'd recommend this place to people wanting pho and I'd definitely come again. When ordering, the guy on the phone was very nice and when paying as well. All in all, I had a great experience.“
“I'm not sure what the low ratings are about. It may not be the trendiest place, but it sure is a solid go-to for no frills, yummy ramen. The space is small and connected to a karaoke bar; some of the sound gets through. Value is their selling point. $9 gets you a satiating bowl of ramen while paying $3 more still gets you a heftyyyy size. The Kotteri Shoyu ramen was flavorful and the noodles were well-cooked. The only thing I would dock a star for is the chashu seeming a little dry or overdone for my liking, but that wouldn't be enough to stop me from coming back though. Service was quick. We were in and out in 20 min!“
“First time here. Got their Fried Chicken Curry and the Shischo Ramen to go. Both were outstanding! Perfectly done noodles backed up by broths that bring the flavor for days! For the first visit we went with the lowest heat levels. For my wife, the level one Curry was hot enough. For me, I'm looking forward to ramping up the heat next time! Not a large establishment but worth the wait...Parking: Have you battle the parking for the other restaurants on this end of the parking lot, plus the madness from the In-and-Out lines.“
“I would of took a picture of our food but we devoured it! Platano Maduro Con Todo & Chuleta Frita, deliciosa!Ordering was easy and simple, atmosphere when I walked in for pick-up was phenomenal, lots of imported goodies, and great service every time.Thank you Honduras.“
“The food is good but it is not worth the price. I got the pho combination which was 16 dollars. I would not mind the price but they are stingy with the meat. I would not bother coming back when there are so many other options that are worth the price of admission.“
“One of the best galbi tang I've had and not just in the South Bay, but all of LA. I've been to plenty of places in Ktown and I still prefer Hansol. The portion is huge, bachan is delicious, and the meat is juicy. They give you two giant ribs per portion. I can't speak to anything else on the menu since this is all I ordered, but my friend also enjoys their chicken katsu. 100% worth coming. To go is equally good. Great for a cold day!“
“CASH ONLY. As of now, this is the closest place to get Thai Boat noodles from where I stay. Normally, my husband and I would prefer to go to LB Thai, but when we don't want to make that drive, we go here. The broth for the Thai Boat is always thick, rich, and full of flavor. I wasn't a big fan of their Hainan Chicken, which they only serve on certain days, but their Rad Na was pretty good. Super saucy with their gravy, but flavorful, nonethless. The pricing is pretty steep here for the serving size that you get. I felt like my plate of Rad Na didn't have too many noodles as I'd normally get elsewhere, but it felt like more veggies instead. I didn't really feel full after my meal, but it was fine. I wasn't trying to feel super stuffed either, I guess. But this is the place you want to go in the north for Thai Boat cravings. Free parking in plaza.“
“We had a family birthday gathering, perfect place for a big family. Ordered the small family feast and it was a lot of food more than it said on the menu. Everything delicious. Servers kick butt they are prompt in getting you everything you ask for and super friendly.“
“I love supporting local restaurants, I had gotten back into town didn't want to cook. I ordered a pizza from #thunderbolt, as I was leaving I noticed the sign for fire pepper wings. I love wings so I ordered wings 10 minutes was my wait time . It's a cute restaurant you may dine inside or out which I love the option. The wings were yummy will definitely order again. When we arrived home my daughter realized she didn't have her purse called the restaurant it was left hanging on a chair , glad I only live 10 minutes away...“
“We ordered take out while in town for a quick vacation and were very happy we did. The service was kind and friendly and most importantly, they were happy to accommodate our vegan request modifications. We appreciated that the tofu in the dishes was fresh - not fried - and that they could make the summer rolls with tofu instead of shrimp. Fresh vegetables in the dishes as well was notable. It was a bit pricey but you get what you pay for and everything was fresh and made to order. Would return.Vegetarian options: They were happy to make vegan accommodations-tofu was very fresh as were veggies!“
“Pretty solid but feels like they cheap out and charge you for a lot of little things like chili oil that tradionally are included. Also some of the orders/portions are weird - unusually granular which is nice but also so unusual it's a bit of getting used to. You basically can get an order and a half of har gow or shu mai??“
“A solid place for a quick meal. Clean and friendly with small parking lot in rear. We had a few different platters and liked everything. Hummus was fresh and shawarma was delicious. Happy to have another option in RB. Pricing pretty standard these days.“
“It's a turo-turo (all the food is displayed and warmed behind a glass counter) with dining tables. They offer tasty traditional Filipino food and the staff is just wonderful and friendly. My favorite is the Bicol Express. I wish their kare-kare had more meat and tripe instead of just oxtails. They also have teriyaki chicken (yummy) and spicy ribs (also yummy). I just wish they had someone to bus tables.“
“I had not been to Olive Garden in years. The lunch was under $15/person... a good value. I still embrace the bottomless salad as a game changer! Our waitress was wonderful.Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is one level and the aisles are wide.“
“I got the Pad See Ew lunch, medium spicy, which was very good. It came with fried rice (add some soy sauce if it's too mild) and a salad. I was craving something spicy and it hit the spot. You can also get it mild or not spicy. The price has gone up to $11.99 for lunch, but it was a pretty big portion, I couldn't finish it.“
“We visited during lunch time and three people in our group each had Yangpyeong hangover soup. We ordered homemade dumpling soup and grilled noodles and shared them with each other, enjoying them. The mixed grain rice, cabbage kimchi, and radish radish radish were crunchy and delicious, and the other side dishes were clean and delicious. The staff is very friendlythanked.“
“yoooo this place is freaking amazing....i had two amazing grandpa dude who barely spoke any english but it made everything tasted that much more authentic. we did a lot of pointing and mumbling but we got everything we order with no problems. dan dan noodles...the beef broth stew soup....and the freaking wonton with chillie oil!!!!!! it was so good, it made me wanna go to din tai fung and slap the paid actor behind the glass windows making dumplings! don't let me get started on the fuxking prices...the prices were never updated since 1995 let's gate keep this place!“
“I ordered through Uber Eats. This taco place is sooo good. I ordered the carne asada taco with lemon, salsa and cilantro on the side. My lemons and cilantro were neatly placed in a bag. I loved how everything was separated so neatly. But let's get to the taste. The carne asada tacos were so juicy, plenty of flavor and not greasy. Its so hard to find good flavorable tacos these days. Growing up in LA the food and the tacos were so good back in the day. SP tacos definitely have that back in the day flavor. I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends and anyone visiting LA. You won't be disappointed. ❤“
