“It was great to eat with family!!I chose All U Can, and the meat quality was better than I expected. In particular, the brisket and marinated ribs were really good. The staff were friendly and I enjoyed my meal to the fullest!!The valet parking fee was $10, which was too expensive, so I used street parking nearby.“
“Went to the sherman way Location Saturday morning with the family. And our server that morning was the lovely RAQUEL! Besides, the food being delicious ( she recommended the T-bone steak and eggs said it was one of her favorites) and I was very satisfied with my meal! Raquel, thank you very much for your friendly and fast service. You really set the bar high that visit, seriously thank you GOOD JOB!!“
“Lexi was an amazing server! very attentive and helpful. the food was outstanding, and i will for sure be going back here to try different things. everyone else looked happy, and enjoyed doing what they were doing. if anyone wants to go to a dine-in go to mel’s you won’t be disappointed.“
“Had a fantastic meal with my niece yesterday at Patrick's Roadhouse. Although it appeared the whole place was being served by one waitress and one cook, the service was prompt and friendly and the food was excellent. My burger was huge and juicy (I just got the regular burger) and the fries were seasoned to perfection. My niece loved her french toast and the all the fun kitch on the walls and tables. Will be back.“
“You really feel the nostalgia when you walk into this restaurant. For my first attempt I tried the chicken fried steak and was left with a smile on my face and some room in my wallet for the next meal. This place deserves all the hype it can get. Can't wait to try more goodies.“
“Cutest little diner with friendly servers and staff! I was skeptical to eat here, but I am so glad I did. The food was good, the place was clean, the waiter was very attentive and kept checking on me. Service was fast! If you're in the area or getting your car serviced at Galpin..... give this place a try!“
“I can't wait to go back to The Waffle! lol The break is amazing! I got the classic Belgian waffle and it did not disappoint! I came with a group of 7 and everyone enjoyed their food. The mimosas are on point as well and we ordered a few shots which were pretty big for the price, which I like! The service and location are great. Highly recommend!“
“Exceptional service from beginning to the end. Our server (Pao) was very attentive, thorough, and friendly. The food was delicious and cooked perfectly. The restaurant was very clean. My overall experience was a perfect ten. Thank you to the staff at Denny’s on Sunset Blvd.“
“My favorite type of no b.s. diner. No gimmicks, no show. Great food and cash only. The best places on earth are cash only. I get to sit there and roll my eyes as all the douchebags who start to fumble around when they realize they don’t have cash to pay for their food, pure entertainment.“
“Saw the name and had to come in. This will be the third place named Snug Harbor I've been to! (Lakewood, California & Kearny, New Jersey if you are wondering). The place is really cool inside. Straight out of the 1940s, which is very cool.Okay, I started this review years ago and never finished my draft. I had an opportunity to come back today and am very happy that I did!Sergio took care of my drink order right away and with a smile. He definitely made me feel very welcome here. I started off with a Bacon Bloody Mary. Very tasty and you cannot go wrong with bacon.Delaney took care of my order and was fun to talk to as I had to share my Snug Harbor story with her!Food was delicious. I ordered the corned Beef Hash. The potatos were surprisingly flavorful, and the hash was done just right. Just a bit of salsa, which added some depth. The apricot jam was also great! If you have an opportunity to eat here, you should! Hopefully Delaney is working!“
“Rae's is a blast from the past, an original 1950's tiny diner! Perfect for breakfast. Prices are very reasonable compared to other restaurants such as Mel's Diner. Presentation of food is not important here. They bring out the food fast! This is not a fancy diner, but rather a simple cozy local breakfast diner that has not changed much since the 1950s in decor.I had the Rae's Special Omelette which is chunks of chicken, onions zucchini and cheese. The omelette was a bit hard, not soft and fluffy, but it was tasty with the breakfast potatoes and toast. This was under $12.My friend ordered the 2 eggs, 2 sausage and biscuit. The gravy was an extra .69 cents. She enjoyed her meal.On Sunday around 10:30am, the wait for two was not bad at all. Service was good, service with a smile, even though they were short staffed. They all worked very hard.Restrooms are located from the outside patio. You will need to ask the staff for the code to unlock them.Park on the side streets. Read the parking signs carefully to avoid any parking tickets.“
“I had a burger and onion rings. I took an order home for my brother and split mine with my 98-year-old mother. And they join my opinion, that was the best burger ever ...cooked medium-rare ideally by the chef. With avacado, lettuce, cheese, tomato, onion, mayo ... what a fantastic burger. Oh, I won't be going back to Cafe 50s soon? You know I will! Ask for Victor, A real gentleman.“
“It's my first time to dine here. It has a strong sense of American tradition, special U-shaped seats, classic American burgers and fries, and Heinz ketchup and yellow mustard sauce. You're welcome. The waiters are hardcore but fast. I will try the pecan burger and apple pie next “
“I came with my coworkers and special need adults for brunch and all 15 of us was well taken care of by the amazing Alejandra, who made sure we were comfortable and food getting out quickly. Can’t wait to come back for her smiles and warm personal touch. Thank you!!!!!!“
“Step into 1946 here, where the owners care, and the food is handmade and delicious. Not the fastest food, but when did that become a priority, anyway? Thoughts like this pop into your head as you ponder the menu and soak in the horseshoe-bar ambience. Then, the food arrives and you are in heaven.Kid-friendliness: Great for kids. Fun to sit at the "bar," and plenty of options like hot dogs, fries, etc. and the pies and shakes....“
“First time here...always wanted to try this Italian haunt. Absolutely loved it! Best Tiiramisu in town!! Delicious homestyle Italian offerings with good size portions. The gelato bar looked so good. On my list for our next visit. They also have a grocery section with a rather wide array of Italian staples, as well as some interesting eats. Definitely worth checking out.“
“A relic to visit if you are in Studio City. Up there in status like Mel's Diner or Bob's Big Boy this little burger shop situated in a decomissioned train car has great food and an awesome setting to enioy it in. I have come here since I was a kid, I have seen alot change in the area and it is still around after all this time. They have got it down and I hope they will be around for my kids to experience!“
“The wait was a little bit but it was worth it. I wish I'd have taken photos of everyone's breakfast! I ordered the French Omelet - egg whites, garlic, basil, zucchini, (no tomato) and boursin cheese with hash browns and English Muffin. Absolutely delicious ? Nice presentation and all items were fresh, served hot. The coffee was flavorful and also hot. I'd highly recommend and look forward to going back and trying something else.“
“Went in on super bowl Sunday ..Jesse helped my family and i....he was awesome...respectful. polite funny had me and my grandkids laughing wonderful person...food was awesome fast...delicious....place was packed everything went smoothly...thanks MR RORO...U ROCK “
“Nice diner in burbank. Offers the standard food you would expect. Very busy with a nice outdoor seating area. I had avocado toast & eggs, our friend had a bowl of chili & chicken Caesar salad . Nice hot & fresh food. Service was on point and we enjoyed lunch here. I was a little suprised they upcharged for some cheese & onions for the chili. Most places offer it standard with a bowl & you can say no if you dont want it. it wasn't an outrageous charge, it just suprising. The deserts in the case looked quite delicious so we may come back to try those next time.“
“This is my favorite place to get breakfast in the valley and that's saying a lot because I don't like to go north of victory Blvd when I'm in van nuys. There's usually too many police floating around. But I will gladly duck and dodge those jackholes for the French toast this place makes! They have several different kind and they're all good. I usually get the granola crusted French toast but today I just got regular French toast and I wasn't disappointed! Every time I've ever been here there has been a wait, but it's worth it. This is one of the top 3 places to get French toast in the valley, trust me, that's all I ever order. This is also one of the only places in the entire valley that has turkey bacon!“
“Good breakfast joint with friendly service and a simple but satisfying menu. Very attentive wait staff.Vegetarian options: Lots of egg options for breakfast.Parking: Pretty busy but parking is available.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly with kids menu.“
“Amazing and very good. We had been wanting to come here for a while and today after so many years living out here we finally decided to stop by. We were seated right away and they also accommodated our stroller. The host was super nice and kind and asked us for our drinks. Our server came by right away and asked if we were ready. She took our order and then refilled our coffees and water while we waited. The food came out in a timely manner and let me tell you it was sooo good. My hubby's sirloin dish was the bomb. The steak was juicy and tender and the Mexican potatoes were amazing. I had the hotcakes with bacon and eggs and added hashbrowns. It was so much food that I ended up taking two pancakes home. The portions are so big but it is worth every buck and not too pricey. I appreciated the great service we received from our server. I didn't get her name but I will for sure ask her next time . The inside is so cute reminds me of an old Italian restaurant and appreciate the stained glass. That is a beautiful piece of art that isn't so common anymore. Next time I will also try the chilaquiles.“
“I would say they have my favorite breakfast burrito in all of Beverly Hills. The name is a bit misleading though I would not call it a diner more so a Mexican restaurant that also has a few classic American breakfast combo dishes. It’s more designed to go, but there are tables inside, which is what I chose to do for breakfast this morning. Service was really quick and I didn’t have to wait very long for my food. They don’t have a parking lot but metered street parking is easy to find in this part of town. They have a very large menu with a lot of the classic Mexican dishes, but they are most well-known for their breakfast burritos. Being my first time I wanted to try that so I ordered the La Neta and Chori Burritos. Both were really great but La Neta was my favorite because crema and avocado are the secret combo to make any breakfast burrito a great one. I would recommend to anyone searching for a solid breakfast or lunch option in Beverly Hills.“
“Stumbled upon this place on our trip to LA. Very good fresh food, good drinks, great service. I see how this place could have been a super cool Instagramble spot a few years ago but some of the decor is pretty outdated. Regardless, I recommend to try it out as we left full and would definitely come back on our next “
“The best diner in the Sunland/tujunga area. Love everything about the place the staff and owners are super cool. I've never thought of writing a review until now. They're shutting down tomorrow for good. Please find another location. Don't end it. I'm saddened by the closure. Crying now“
“Wowzerz!!! This place has got to be the best kept secret eatery in LA period OMG! A true hidden gem! I'm from the Bay Area, and the place I'm at is in Beverly Hills and wow the food is amazing classic American, with a few exceptions to the rule like Teriyaki chicken bowl and Teriyaki Salmon bowls, Chinese Chicken Salads, and burritos! What! Yes! This is must place to visit while in LA hands down. If your from LA and don't know about this place, stop by and get to know it, it will be your new favorite place to eat!“
“My family and I come here alot. Never is the wait to long. I was not happy with a situation. Let me tell you. My complaint was not taken lightly. From the manager to the general manager to the ownerI got calls from all.of themMultiple times. Making sure the minor situation was cleared up. I was so happy and impressed. Thank you Hamid, Juan and JonathanI look forward to making more memories with my oh so busy family. In ur restaurant. It's hard getting everyone together. Somehow we. Always make it happen here. Thank you so much“
“great location, ample parking, big space, very clean and the christmas decorations are so nice. great food for the price.but the service is 6 star . Cindy is so nice and knows basic Filipino conversation even though she's obviously not Filipino. Israel (the older guy ) was always moving making sure everything is in place. Both of them cheked on us probably 5 times (maybe more) the short time we were there. We will definitely be back“
“This is your typical coffee shop with decent food. Enjoyed the burger with seasoned fries.I am concerned for the current and future employees as our dinner was delivered to our table by a robot. While it entertained the other dinners the future looks bleak as the need for human employees diminishes.“
“We have been waiting for a long time when a big restaurant that serves standard American breakfasts opens in our area. Finally! First of all, it is still clean and I hope it will be kept in a proper way to stay clean as long as possible. Lots of tables inside which I personally like. It creates a specific atmosphere when many people come to enjoy time and food in one place. In the morning there were lots of seniors which is wonderful! The portions were huge for me personally. We had scrambled eggs, veggie omelette, hash browns and pancakes with blueberry syrup. Everything was delicious! The service was really nice! Our servant name was Fernando. Thank you, Fernando! So, I am very glad we have this restaurant in Hollywood!“
“Not what you'd call a great dining room but the food is always good and the price is affordable. They give you a free value grand slam on your birthday and that is always fun, you can basically get a large portion of pancakes, eggs, toast, and some bacon/sausage valued at $15-17 for nothing! I have never eaten anything other than breakfast there, so I don't know about the lunch or dinner options. I think one time I did eat a chicken salad and it was pretty blah. But if you want a REALLY good breakfast for about 1/3 less than you'd pay at other diners, Dennys is where you will find it.“
“I will start off by saying...Denny's has not been the same for me for a little under 20 years. Most of the Denny's locations I have been to have always left me with regret on even going to eat at one. Most Denny's locations aren't the greatest esthetically and the atmosphere in any restuarant is a huge part of the dinning experience. Now, I only stopped at this specific Denny's location to use the restroom. Traffic was horrible as usual when you're commuting in the 405, and we all know how horribly hard it is to find a restroom...especially one that you can drop the numbers and not feel dirty after. Like all locations in the city, you normally have to be a customer to use the restroom...so of course I ordered a meal. When I got seated it was quick and I immediately asked for a decaf coffee and briskly walked to the restroom. When I returned the waitress brought me my decaf beverage and I could tell she was kind enough to wait until I returned which I appreciated. After my restroom emergency was handled and I sat down. I was able to norice my surroundings. Normally, all the Denny's locations I have been to in the past 20 years have looked terrible and are pretty dirty. This location is actually pretty nice and quaint, and fairly clean. After I had some time to look at the menu the waitress came right when I closed it and set it aside. She nicely took my order and I didn't feel rushed at all. The waitresses name was Gabriela, and if anyone in management at this location reads this...just know, Gabriela made me want to come back in the future. I ordered the multi grain pancake meal. I got the eggs over medium and coupled it with sausage and bacon. When I've ordered this meal at other locations it typically never looks like the picture, and not in a good way. When my food came it actually looked good, and I was pretty amazed th as t it looked edible. I just wanna say this before I continue. I had a protein shake before I got on the road to start my commute home, so keep in mond I was not hungry. The Denny's I have been to in the past always had flavorless hash brown and eggs, and the pancakes were always hard to eat because the flavor was not there. Oh, and the sausage and bacon were always burnt and cold. I can say I have been disappointed with restaurant pancakes for half my life and especially at Denny's. Today I was surprised! The food had flavor, wasn't cold, and the pancakes were very good. I don't know what the cook is doing in the back, but he made some good food today. For all you out there...I would say you should come to this Denny's if you are in the area, but normally when any restuarant becomes well known, even a chain restuarant, people go and food quality goes down.Sooo...I'm not going to say if your in the area and craving Denny's to stop by at this location. However, if you have a bathroom emergency and need somewhere "to go". Just know you won't be wasting your money as a customer at this Denny's location.“
