“Came here on Labor Day morning for breakfast. The place is nice and cozy inside. It was busy but I got seated quickly. The staff are friendly.
I ordered eggs, sausage and potatoes with whole wheat toast. The food came out at a pretty descent time. The food was good. It was breakfast, I didn’t order much. They do have a decent amount of stuff on the menu. Definitely will be back.“

This place is iconic and the food is fresh and delicious. Standouts are their huevos rancheros (delicious), hot cakes, chili omelette and tuna melt. “Nestled in Burbank, Eat N Park is a phenomenal breakfast spot & is a true hidden gem! Get there early because it does get packed and for good reason! Eat N Park, an Armenian owned restaurant offers a huge breakfast with some lunch additions. This place offers dishes packed with flavor, huge portions and low prices! The omelets are amazing, the Belgian waffles, strawberry crepes fantastic & the pancakes are out of this world!!! And don’t get me started on the biscuits…hands down the best I’ve ever had! My hats off to the chef for cooking comfort food that made me feel like I was at home! The hospitality is beyond amazing! The owners are extremely welcoming and serve as well. I have been here a few times now and always with a large group. Their staff does such a good job handling so many people.

The meat is always fresh and I particularly like all of the sides they offer for your barbecue.

They kept the drinks coming too, which was much appreciated when we were there was such a large party.“

The lady that rang me up had a welcoming personality and another lady delivered it with a beautiful smile! The menu options are affordable. the food was so fresh and the restaurant was very clean! My day started out ho hum, but with the amazing friendly service and great food, it made my day I left with my tummy and heart happy. This will probably be my new Sunday spot Appreciate Y'ALL!“

It’s hands-down a better option than Denny’s or IHOP — better food, better service, and none of that “sad pancake at 2 a.m.” energy. It’s the kind of diner that actually feels alive. My only gripe? Pepsi products. I get it, contracts are contracts, but I’m a Coke person and this one hurts a little. Still, when the bacon’s this good and the coffee keeps coming, it’s hard to stay mad for long. Four stars. Swap Pepsi for Coke and we’d be talking five.“

“Loave this Denny's. We stayed down the road at Safari Inn from the UK and this was our local. Staff are so friendly. Fatema the manager was so lovely and took the time to welcome us and chat. She asked us about our family & travels and was really interested in our conversation. We have been to many Denny's in the USA and this one is the best. Food is delicious, fresh and served by robots (which we've never seen) and servers.“

“We are regular here - the food, service, and atmosphere are always great! It has an old school classic diner type of feel with a mix of booths and tables. The drip coffee is excellent. The have French vanilla creamer for the coffee, which is what we usually request. Our regular breakfast items that are consistently fresh and delicious are the breakfast burrito, pancakes with strawberries, and omelettes. They make their own salsa in house, too, which you can also buy by the pint. 10/10 recommend!“

“Wanted to leave a review here because I forgot to do so on Uber eats. I've ordered from this place twice now and I'm fairly surprised at just how tasty and fresh everything is. I got the breakfast luxe Bureito twice now and I ordered the taco platter for the first time. The tacos were absolutely delicious. I finished the whole plate, rice and beans included. It's a real gem to be able to find a restaurant that is consistent and delicious. I hope to continue having great experiences here. Haven't been in person but I just may one day since their delivery is great too.“
