“Love this place!!! My wife and I decided to go here after seeing somebody post about it on IG. We had the Mixto Ceviche, grilled octopus, hamachi and Parmesan scallops. Everything was excellent with just the right amount of spice. We will be back soon!“

“One word ... EXTRAORDINARY!!! My soul was transported to a TROPICAL HEAVEN and I never wanted to come back down. The Beef Lomo and Ceviche Mixto was the formula of flavors that made me feel like I was on a beach on vacation and I didn't have to pay bills anymore or wake up to an alarm; pretty powerful stuff right? Jump in the line and rock ya body on time at Lonzo's...might change your day, week, month or even yea life.“

“No family trip to SoCal from San Francisco is complete without coming here. Our LA cousin had shown us around Hollywood and taken us here for dinner. Located in a small little plaza by a 7-11, you would have never known this was here. You'd have no idea the hidden gem hidden in the corner would have some of the best Peruvian food I've ever had. I haven't been here in 10 years, but I'm so glad we did! Food is still amazing. I never forgot about the green sauce. We ordered a variety of dishes that were all so delicious.“

“This restaurant set the bar high for LA Peruvian cuisine. I will be here over and over. The flavors are bold and well balanced. We started with the Kampachi ceviche dish and finished with quite possibly the best paella I've had. Authentic and a must visit in the area.“

“Saltado de mariscos is the best here , I've been coming here for soooooo long I had my 5th grade graduation dinner here lol The pan with Ají sauce with some butter to get started is top notch ! The service is always great they are alert of the table if we need anything else . Wait time can be wildly long if you plan on going on a weekend 40+ minute wait ! Just go to the 711 hang out in the parking lot the food is worth the wait .“

“OMG I will be dreaming about the Ceviche Mixto from now on. Almost cried tears of joy when I took the first bite of the sour flavor bomb of lime juice, onion, calamari, shrimp and fish. This is some of the freshest most satisfying ceviches I've ever had. We also got the Beef Lomo Saltado, Seafood Lomo Saltado, and the Fried Rice with Chicken. All the portions are huge and you will definitely leave satisfied. We barely touched the fried rice because we were so full (and probably wouldn't order that again). The flavors here are on point, and the staff is so friendly. They have 4 tables inside that can seat 4. Very hole in the wall authentic spot. Plenty of street parking out front.“

“I had the Lomo Saltado with beef. The beef was perfectly cooked, juicy, tender, abundantly flavorful & the fries were also spot on. Not saturated at all, very crispy & fresh. A delicious Inca Cola to wash it all down with is the absolute perfect pairing for this dish in my opinion ??“

“Yummy food! Happy to have been able to walk in on a Saturday as a group of 4 and be accommodated right away. Definitely worth trying but..Be aware of their verbiage when dining, they might try to upsell ya on water, etc. Also the check felt like a trap.. They added a service charge that ended up being 20% when doing the math. But still had a dedicated line showing suggested tip amounts. So you might end up tipping twice which isn’t the end of the world but still felt pretty deceitful.“

“I've tried many Peruvian spots in LA, and this one stands out with its freshness and taste. The quality in the food, such as the meats and vegetables, is super good and tasty. The potatoes are never saugy, and the ceviche is never smelly or fishy. It's not the cheapest spot to grab a Lomo Saltado, but to be honest, it's worth every penny. Pair your meal with an Inca Cola or a fresh juice like yheir Piña or Chica Morada if you've never tried them.“

“Visited for the 1st time on a Saturday , place was almost full . Clean , service was fast and friendly . Order Started with papa a la huancaina and tamal de pollo as starters , both 10 out of 10 - super delicious We also ordered a lomo saltado , one apanado a lo pobre and antucuchos with pancita The lomo saltado 10 of 10 ( presentation and flavor ) The anticucho with pancita ( mixto) was also delicious, the combination with the sauces and the left over papa a la huancaina sauce was perfect The apanado a lo pobre came late ( everybody else was done either way their meals ) but ate it anyway it was great Stop by worth the visit“

“We went for dinner, we arrived at 8pm and there was no service at the table, only takeaway... the food was very delicious and well served, the place is not very big but it is cozy! Totally recommended... the prices are affordable, we ordered for two and spent around 40 dollars.Kid-friendliness: If you come from Peru or Latin America you will find rice!!! What do children ask for...“

“Amazing food that though a little pricey, can definitely be worth the value. Their saltado de mar y Tierra combines meat with fish in their special sauce that I always need more of. Forget the name of the cookies but a dessert of theirs in a small bundle are also fantastic. Worth at least a try.“

“Rikas Peruvian restaurant is like the 5th or 6th Peruvian restaurant I've been to in LA. It's interesting because it's located in Koreatown. But this little Peruvian restaurant packs a bunch. I enjoyed it a lot. It's like classic Peruvian comfort food. If you guys haven't tried their ceviche mixto, it is a must try. It's probably the best Peruvian ceviche I'd had in LA. Nice fresh raw fish, and the sourness to the juice was just about right. Their chaufa pollo, or chicken fried rice, was also another knockout. It's safe to say that this is the best fried rice I've had outside of any Asian restaurant. Haha. Their lomo saltado was also pretty solid. Great sauce, fries, and steak. In all, I would highly recommend Rikas if you are in town. It is one of the best Peruvian restaurants in the area. You'll feel so great after eating the food here. The chef Jose is also a hospitable man. Look out for him if you come here. I shot a Youtube video of my experience at Rikas, which you can find on my Youtube channel Rockstar Eater.“

“Foooood is sooooo gooooood. The one I went to was a taco stand, but honestly the service was nice and the server very understanding. It is outside, so you might be cold so it's probably better to have it for togo and eat it at home! Tacos are bomb and the quesadillas is not bad!“
