“I am extremely loyal to our local sushi restaurant gems all along Ventura blvd and have my staples saying that none compare to this most amazing sushi spot we've discovered and many have already known about and it is Sushi Tomoki! Wow! Paradise for sushi lovers and I must say from the moment you enter this most authentic of joints it takes your heart and you fall in love with the chefs, the ladies and gentleman serving you and guiding you along the way is next level. We absolutely have found our local spot for good. Magic!“

“Super good, quick and really great service. The appetizer, Popular demand, was something I had never tried before and it was so yummy we ordered 2. We also had sweet Hawaiian roll and shooting star. Very good! Shooting star was my fave. Reasonable prices and it feels somewhat upscale.“

“Stopped by on Thanksgiving night and it was amazing! First time, and will definitely be back. From the second we walked inside we were greeted with smiles. “I almost didn't want to post about this place because i dont want this place to get too busy! I like the chill (titanic) vibe and delicious food above all. I get my most frequent take out dinners here. My favorite is Galbi-Tang, its very similar to caldo de rez, but with different veggies. Anyway, hoping this helps someone decide this is a good reliable spot to try sometime when youre craving Korean food.“

“I go to Sushi Stop in Studio City quite often. Overall, the food is really good. When ordering delivery it’s not always as fresh as dining in, but for the price it’s worth it.

The only downside is one of the waitresses. Unfortunately, I don’t know her name, but she never seems to make an effort. Last time I was there on Saturday, August 15th and she didn’t even bring wasabi and ginger — we had to wait for another waiter to help us. She also never clears dirty dishes, and even after we finished our dinner, she never came back to clean our table.“

“Wonderful Experience all around. Stumbled on this place looking for sushi while visiting Universal Studios and what a WIN. We waited 25 minutes for a seat at the large U Shaped counter that seats about 30 people - see photo. The hostess did an amazing job of cleaning and resetting the seats while the staff behind the counter crafted hand rolls and served beverages. Loved the simple and easy to order menu and you will not be disappointed with any of the hand roll set menus! Add a Japanese beer or some Sake and you will be in a state of culinary bliss.“
