“This place was a great surprise! I didn't realize this Cafe specializes in Persian food and coffee drinks. I had the sesame latte, which is just solid coffee combo. I also had the Spicy Shirazi wrap, which seemes a little pricey at first, but it was worth because which great Persian flavors. I will be coming back to try their other wraps!“

“My wife and I went to the Grove in Los Angeles last night and we had dinner at "Sogno Toscana," an it was outstanding. It was perfect in every way; great food, great drinks, outstanding and friendly staff, beautiful location, etc. I love Italian food but I can't think of one Italian restaurant that I like, until "Sogno Toscano." The food was outstanding, and there was so much more we saw go by that we can't wait to go back and try. And the drinks were outstanding. I love martini's and they served the best martini I've ever had. Giacomo was our server and took great care of us. He's from Italy and "Sogno Toscana" brought him to America when they opened their New York restaurant, and now he's in LA for this new restaurant. Although very busy, the entire staff were very fun to be around, and most of them are Italian which is also great.“

“This isn't a coffee shop. It's a communal space. The coffee is basically free if you think of your donation as more of a rental fee to be in this lovely communal space and have access to all that it offers. This place is ideal for making plans with business partners, writing scripts with friends, or just getting together for some time away from screens and computers. This place is tailored toward bringing diverse people together into one place to sharing ideas and stories with each other. As for the coffee and baristas both are fantastic. Cappuccino rocked me off my behind all day cuz I'm used to watered down crappuccinos from Starbucks. I love this place. “The experience I had in this cafe was fabulous. I ordered eggs on bread and yogurt bowl, they stand out from those in other cafes. The bread was soft and with perfectly balanced moisture. You can have your eggs poached if you like and they were amazing. Coffee was of high quality with amazing flavour. The staff was welcoming and dining in was the most divine and cozy thing in the morning. A wise choice if you are visiting Santa Monica as a tourist!“

“Everything here tastes wonderful. Whatever you order, you'll have a hard time finding a place that does that better. I live in OC but whenever I have business in the area, I make sure to pick up a drink and 1 or 2 pounds of coffee beans.
Also, I don't know if this is new or I was just not aware but they do teas too! Not really my thing but I had an iced mint tea the other day that was amazing 🤩

“Very friendly group there. They had information available about all the cats and you could tell they loved where they worked. The cats are obviously well cared for and the facility is well maintained. I was impressed with the entire experience and will definitely be back.“

“Coffee is amazing, specifically the hojicha and the lattees. Pastries are delicious as well. Some are vegan and ask for some butter with your order.

The staff is super awesome, they remember your name and are super friendly.

For lunch the steak bah mi is my go to and it doesn't disappoint. It comes with a small broth to dip in and its delicious.

“Oh my gosh, is this my favorite place to get coffee in SM? Yes! So cute, great coffee and smoothies, great avacado and egg salad toasts. Great dog watching and people watching too. Easy to park, but pay the meter, the meter people make a sweep in the morning. Lovely place to sit, lots of shaded places.“

“I love Cravings’ food and the fact that it has so many options to pick from. Their menu has a great variety, it’s quite impressive. Shane and his wife are very friendly and provide a great service. I have ordered meals from daily lunch to catering food for the office and the food is always delicious. I highly recommend this place. Prices are accessible too.“

I absolutely love Rumors Coffee! Every time I walk in, the place feels warm and welcoming, and the staff is always so kind and genuine.

But I have to mention the highlight: their handmade Bosnian börek. Oh my goodness… it’s incredible! Flaky, fresh, and full of flavor. It honestly tastes like something you’d get in a Bosnian home. I find myself craving it all the time, especially with a hot latte.

Rumors has become one of my favorite spots to relax, study, or just take a break from the day. Highly recommend it to anyone who loves good coffee and delicious homemade food!“

“I have been going to Porto's since the 1980's..the one in Glendale. How elated I was with having them being in Northridge where I live. The food is terrific and the lines go fast due to a tremendous quick system they have. The catering for parties has never let us down and people you have invited that never have experienced Portos are thrilled. The cakes are delicious. What I do miss is not having the individual cake slices for purchase so you can experience the taste. They only have the neapolitan, Parisian, and carrot for slices. I've seen the menu change over time and do miss some of the items.“

“Arrived on a late Tuesday morning. I like places who serve a late breakfast. Place was not super busy so I was quickly seated. Ordered the California Omelette (mushrooms, zucchini, tomatoes, onions, spinach). It also came with toast, roasted potatoes, and a side of fruit. The wheat rye bread was good. Satisfied with everything including the fresh OJ I ordered (good portion). The two gentleman running the show were friendly and attentive! The food was out quick too! Limited metered street parking. Restroom available. I would definitely come back again.“

“I have been looking for quinoa all over LA. This place serves it and it is very good. The mix has just the right amount of dried sweet cranberries and a few chickpeas. It was perfect. I had a salad with tuna avocado and egg salad. I was able to sub the egg salad for tuna which was very nice of them. They gave me a fork full of a mayonnaise free tuna they had prepared on the way out which again was a great experience. This is the kind of place that you feel cares and you'd want to keep going back to. A+++“

“The building itself is a work of art. The outdoor landscape is also carefully designed. There are so many exhibits that you need to have enough time to explore. You can also start from the West Pavilion, where you can see more familiar works. This is an art museum worth visiting many times.“
