“So happy we re-found these guys! They were AJ’s kitchen on the 41 and we went quite often there. They left that location and came here. It’s a quaint place with small section of seating indoors and a nice patio area outside. Enrique even remembers our names and it’s been at least a yr since we’ve seen him. We have always loved their food. And this time did not disappoint. The salsa was smoked just right. Chips are fresh. The pastrami sandwich was great. And the macaroni salad is the bomb! Seasoned just right. With this location they have beer but only one for the time being. We will definitely be back more now that we know where they are. If you haven’t been here, you are 100% missing out. Go check it out for yourself.“

“We used to be regular Starbucks visitors, but those days are long gone since coming to the Human Bean. The service, quality, and prices for what you get can't be beat. We absolutely love the bright energy drinks for a pick me up, the coffee is delicious, there are so many childrens options for our son - it's just the best spot. And it's supporting local which we LOVE. Human bean is simply the best around!“

“My first experience with their Costa Rican Beans: I woke up this morning in Atascadero to a black lab licking my face a child generated chaos, just like any other day. I hear the coffee grinder grinding away in the kitchen and then the un deniable sound of the high speed fruitless spin that comes with running out of beans. I jumped into my pants, hastily walked to the truck to retrieve a little black bag and filled the hopper. I made no adjustments to the machine, pushed in on the portafilter, ground coffee began to gracefully descend from above. I tamped the grounds with a slight rotation of the tamper, engaged the porta filter into the machine and depressed the two shot button. A velvety waterfall descended from the porta filter streaming into my weathered mason jar, a cloud of creama floated above my espresso and then I proceeded to add a deluge of microfoamed whole milk. I then grabbed my cup and floated through the chaos to my recliner, sat down, pulled. The lever, took a sip of this heavenly nectar, closed my eyes and found myself gently swaying in a hammock somewhere in a rainforest in Central America. I could hear the birds and the monkeys playing at symphony just for me I could smell the sweet humidity that follows an equatorial rain, and for just a moment I had peace.“

“Definitely try this place! The owner and the employees are so sweet and welcoming! We tried the mint chocolate shake and the peanut butter banana shake and they were delicious, not too sweet like protein shakes in other places tend to be. “Libby and her team did my desserts for my wedding and they knocked it out of the park! My now hubby has the biggest sweet tooth so this one was a decision he was apart of! We did a sample tasting where I went and purchased all the cookie and cupcake options and went home and taste. 10/10 recommend that! It was a fun date night we had our friends apart of! “I have been a supporter/consumer of Starbucks coffee and their other products for decades. I/we have eaten inside of locations for breakfast on numerous occasions and this was the first time I was asked for here or to go? I said well here of course. My breakfast came out on a plate! It was even hand delivered by the very friendly/smiling Cathy! My coffee also came out in a great big mug that was also a pleasant surprise! This next level of customer service was unexpected but at the same time I was touched by how special the employees here made it feel like another level of relaxation and exemplary customer service! If I lived closer (we are in the Seattle area) I would make this my number one place for coffee! Thanks again for a memorable trip down superior customer service lane with a big shout out to Cathy!“

“I'm not usually a huge Starbucks fan... but I received a gift card for Christmas and stopped by to use it. I have to say, the Toasted White Chocolate Mocha was really good and the Impossible Breakfast sandwich might just be my new fave! Still not gonna spend $5.50 on an 800 calorie coffee everyday... but, I will definitely stop by for a sandwich and a coffee now and then. (And my granddaughter loves those cake pops... so they can't be all bad!)“

They have day old donuts that taste just as freshly made as the others and at a super crazy discounted price . Staff is always welcoming and attentive.
