“Had a great experience at Cletus’ Chicken Shack at Universal Studios California! We ended up there because I have a very picky kid who pretty much only wants chicken, and it honestly exceeded expectations. The chicken was high quality — crispy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The portion sizes were also really generous, especially for a theme park meal. It made finding something everyone would actually eat so much easier. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re at the park! You can also pre order your food/drinks using the Universal Studios app.“

“Expensive but my teens enjoyed their food. My son got KFC and my daughter got pizza. From the reviews I expected the pizza to be tiny but it was actually big. Way bigger than Pizza Hut’s usual personal size. Still too much for 1 pie and a drink. Welp, since they liked it, I have no complaints.“

“oh em gee, love love love!! this seriously is some of the best crispy chicken sandwich i’ve had in a while, it’s perfectly seasoned with the best crunch. the workers are super welcoming and sweet! even gave us free corn ribs because they heard it was our first time, defo recommend the corn ribs and the original sandwich mild. definitely recommend if you haven’t tried!!“

“I am 65 years old. We had dinner at Humble Bird Saturday night. I have never, repeat, NEVER had chicken this good. Crisp, juicy (but not dripping like other places), no grease in sight. We got mild, but used the hot honey supplied and what a combination of flavors. We also got potato salad and slaw. Both great additions to an already wonderful meal. The staff was really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The place was spotless. I live north of Seattle, but would consider driving down just for more of their chicken...Well, and to visit my kids.“

“One time when I got food here, the kale slaw was rotten and disgusting. But otherwise everything I’ve gotten was very good. Service is fine. The employee was a little unhelpful when I asked about what was gluten free but I was able to find the info on their website.“

“We stopped in to find something affordable for the family after a day at Universal Studios. We looked online and saw Blazing Hot Chicken had decent reviews and wasn't far from our destination and decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed and Martin the manager took care of us. The kids had the chicken tenders and we had a Mild and Hot chicken sandwich. Martin also let us try to Blazing Hot 🔥 which lit up my mouth and taste buds 🥵. Don't try that if you're not up for a challenge. It had me on fire for a quick minute and I was glad that I didn't get that as my sandwich because my body would have hated me. Flavors were good all around and pleased with the amount of food that we got.

“Came for the codfish Sando which is available in limited quantity daily. Staff are really friendly and will help you along with your order should you need any help with your order. The fish burger is really good and the tartare sauce they put on it is amazing. Can also order a side of the daybird sauce that they have and it has a really good umami flavor that goes very well with the fries. Would be back again to try the chicken Sando too.“

“Ordered this place on doordash and it was really good. Theres no ½ and ½ button on doordash but i put it in the notes and got half spicy half soy. The wings were fried perfectly. Rendered dry sky and moist well cooked inside. The soy garlic and spicy Korean were delicious. Not too sweet or artificial tasting. The side is what i would describe as a “deep fried side chex mix” it was onion ring, fries and hand cut potato chips. This was a delight and solid market differentiator. I got 8 wing halves total and the website describes the order as 1lb ranging between 6-8 wings. For the price, i liked getting the full 8 wings. Will be a regular.“

“Great food it’s just that my delivery person was too lazy to enter my apartment door code and keeps saying it’s not listed and he’s waiting there and he’s supposed to come up to my apartment door and leave food at the door of my unit and after a while my food was yet delivered where I wanted it except it was placed closer to the unit door next door and not the best photo and placing of the item and I had to put on my clothes to get out of my unit and next thing that I see is the bag of my food and delivery driver supposedly touched a bit of my food and the Brussel sprouts are burnt and not edible and they gave me flour tortillas with corn tortillas and corn is what the site automatically set it to“

It’s so good, I think its suited better as a breakfast place and a lunch/dinner place, but regardless the chicken is so crunchy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and the bread is so soft and buttery. I love everything about this place. Their milkshakes are the best too.“

“Small shop inside the mall but the wings is fabulous. The service is excellent, super nice and friendly. This was our first time try the wings there. We love the Yam fry also, fresh and yummy. “I’ve been eating at this place before 1987. I used to take my children here for dinner or lunch on Saturdays. My children are grown and are raising their families now. I am in my Senior years now and moved from that area. However, I still go over there to eat on Saturdays every now and then. One thing I can share with you, is the recipe has never changed. 😎😎“

“Their charbroiled garlic chicken over fries drenched in garlic au jus is unique and worth the 15 mile drive from home. I normally go to the Pico Union one but this one has easier parking and more seating. They also have more selection but I've never gotten anything but the chicken. It was hot and fresh and as always addicting.“

“Omg, my family and I are big on wings. We go to wingstop and to bww all the time. First time we tried Chic Wings and we are truly blown away by how tender they are and how good the flavor is! We got the 20 for $20 on UberEats, plus some jalapeño poppers. The jalapeño poppers were delicious, only thing is we said for the price of plus $5, for 4 small jalapeño poppers are, they should be more. I think 8-10 would be a better amount for the price. Other than that, I know we will be coming back over and over again! Can't wait to try other things on the menu!“

I ordered the Breakfast Burrito, the Strawberry Palmer, and the Nuttle Waffle — everything was fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned.

The breakfast burrito was packed and perfectly balanced — fluffy eggs, crispy tots, and savory chicken all wrapped in a warm tortilla. It wasn't greasy!

The Strawberry Palmer was super refreshing and not overly sweet. It had a real strawberry flavor and paired perfectly with the meal.

The Nuttle Waffle was definitely the highlight. The waffle itself was light and slightly crispy on the outside, soft inside, and topped with fresh strawberries, bananas, and Nutella. It felt indulgent without being overwhelming.
