“Had a great experience at Cletus’ Chicken Shack at Universal Studios California! We ended up there because I have a very picky kid who pretty much only wants chicken, and it honestly exceeded expectations. The chicken was high quality — crispy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The portion sizes were also really generous, especially for a theme park meal. It made finding something everyone would actually eat so much easier. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re at the park! You can also pre order your food/drinks using the Universal Studios app.“

“Expensive but my teens enjoyed their food. My son got KFC and my daughter got pizza. From the reviews I expected the pizza to be tiny but it was actually big. Way bigger than Pizza Hut’s usual personal size. Still too much for 1 pie and a drink. Welp, since they liked it, I have no complaints.“

“Decided to give this place a try over Dave's for lunch. I'm glad I did. Great flavor, not oily, perfect crispiness, generous portion of potato wedges and the chicken breast was perfect balance of meat to batter ratio.

When I came in to pick up I was asked if I wanted a free vanilla shake on the house and I couldn't say no. Delicious all around. I'll be coming back around during lunch time for the special.“

“I am 65 years old. We had dinner at Humble Bird Saturday night. I have never, repeat, NEVER had chicken this good. Crisp, juicy (but not dripping like other places), no grease in sight. We got mild, but used the hot honey supplied and what a combination of flavors. We also got potato salad and slaw. Both great additions to an already wonderful meal. The staff was really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The place was spotless. I live north of Seattle, but would consider driving down just for more of their chicken...Well, and to visit my kids.“

“I was first introduced to Nashville-style hot chicken at Hattie B's in Nashville. Although I've never found anything quite like it here in Los Angeles (Hattie B's chicken serves bone-in whole pieces, marinated through), I'm addicted to Dave's, and love the Extra Hot! (I'll stay away from Reaper...I don't need to try something that requires a signed waiver!)

My go-to is the #4, and their fries are great too. The extra pickles they include are a really nice touch, and the sauce is a the perfect alternate to ketchup, and really goes with the chicken.

The staff is always friendly and helpful, and I can order at the counter, at a touch-screen kiosk, or on my app. The app has kind of become the easiest option for me now that I've gotten the hang of reordering my usual. I try to limit my fried, fast-food meals, but Dave's is usually my first thought when I'm in the mood to indulge in that kind of treat. If you like spice, it's a must-try!“

“The family and I decided to stop by and grab Mediterranean food and my husband brought me by his spot he has been going to for 1 yeah or+ years. Upon entering you get greeted by the sweetest owner and staff. The menu is quite extensive and has variety of things from kabob plates to wraps; then burgers and vegetarian options. I ended up getting the lamb and beef kabob plate with hummus and rice. I also got a side of falafel and some fries to share with the family. The hubby got the beef kabob plate and we shared with the girls. Portions were quite filling and more then enough for our family , hummus was so good. Everything is fresh and house made to the sauces that come with it. The garlic being some of my favorite. This family owned place serves really good food and made sure the family was fed and happy. Definitely recommend and absolutely coming back.“

“I come to this location of Dave’s Hot Chicken more than my doctor wants me to! The food is always top notch, the restaurant is always running like a well run machine, always clean, always welcoming, always a great atmosphere! The management and staff here are amazing. And did I mention the food? Seriously - skip the other hot chicken chains - this place rules. And when they say hot - they mean hot! Yessssssss!“

“I finally had the opportunity to go to Chef Mei Lin’s restaurant creation, daybird! Although she’s stepped away from the day-to-day, I still needed to try and I’m glad I did! The Sichuan Hot Chicken Sando was great!! I got mine as a mild-level spice but even with that there’s still some heat. The fries are a must too and you have to go with the milk tea or the mango lemonade. If I lived here, I’d be back!! Big portions of chicken.“

“This place rocks! Friendly staff and convenient location make it a weekly essential. Their online ordering could be better but we always call ahead for pickup and it’s super easy. The double sandwich combo is the best deal on hot chicken you can find anywhere in the area, hands down. The fries are crispy and well-seasoned and the sandwich is fresh and has everything you’d want: breading that doesn’t sacrifice flavor for spice, crunchy slaw and pickles, and juicy chicken, all on a toasty brioche bun. I’d put it up against bigger name hot chicken places in the area that will cost you a whole lot more money.“

“As a Regular here, I’m surprised I have not reviewed this fine established yet! My family and I literally eat from this location ONCE A WEEK! It’s either via DoorDash or GrubHub who ever offers the most Discount that week ;) unless I’m in the area I’ll pick it up. Personally if it was my wish or hope I would replace them with all of Dave’s. I’m surprised they only have 2 locations. The sandwich burst with flavor and most recently Im addicted to the Burrito. Lately, the service feels disorganized and slow, the quality seems inconsistent, and that warm Filipino welcome and atmosphere seem to be disappearing. On my most recent visit, I even received only 5 pieces of chicken when I ordered 6. Jollibee shouldn’t feel like just another busy fast-food chain. The Filipino warmth, hospitality, pride, and quality are part of the brand—and just as important as the Chickenjoy. I’m sharing this not simply to complain, but because we love Jollibee and want this location to do better. “Great food it’s just that my delivery person was too lazy to enter my apartment door code and keeps saying it’s not listed and he’s waiting there and he’s supposed to come up to my apartment door and leave food at the door of my unit and after a while my food was yet delivered where I wanted it except it was placed closer to the unit door next door and not the best photo and placing of the item and I had to put on my clothes to get out of my unit and next thing that I see is the bag of my food and delivery driver supposedly touched a bit of my food and the Brussel sprouts are burnt and not edible and they gave me flour tortillas with corn tortillas and corn is what the site automatically set it to“

“I just tried Honey Kettle Fried Chicken in LA, and it was GOOD! 🍗🔥 It was juicy, delicious, and had a nice crunch. I ordered it through Uber Eats, so I can only imagine how good it would’ve been fresh and straight out the kitchen!
The mashed potatoes and gravy were seasoned just right, and that soft, buttery, sweet biscuit? 😋🔥 I really enjoyed it!
I had a good time eating Honey Kettle Fried Chicken, and I definitely recommend checking them out if you’re a fried chicken lover!

“Zankou Chicken in the Valley is absolutely fantastic! I had the beef kebab and it was amazing. Meet was tender, juicy, and packed with flavor.
