“Such a great surprise to find homemade pasta and so local…just a few minutes away in Valley Village. Quaint setting with lively Italian music. Servers were delightful and attentive. Started with the most delicious Caeser salad and homemade garlic bread. Our entrees were all stellar—especially the lemon ricotta ravioli. Loved the reasonable portion sizes. Too full for dessert, sadly! Perfectly paired Italian wines, too. Will definitely return!“

“Our family wanted a wood burning pizza place after visiting Universal Studios and we found this little gem. It's really small inside, maybe only 3 tables, so we could tell it was more of a take out place. We were the only guests dining in. First off we ordered the recommended wood fired wings and they were SO good! Crispy and lots of meat. They are pretty plain with just maybe a dusting of salt and pepper, but it did come with ranch. The kids weren't too hungry so they just ordered a pepperoni and cheese slice. The adults ordered a mushroom and pepperoni. It was really good. It did get a little soggy near the end of the meal from the oil of the cheese and pepperoni, but still very good. If I lived in the area I would definitely be returning.“

“11/5/2018 I gotta give a shout out to this pizza restaurant. I just finished this long drive from long beach to LAX to santa Monica to NoHo. I drove by this place and said I am gonna go there as I drop off my last client. They were so kind, they let me use the restroom (which was for employees only), gave me a discount on a pizza and so I ate it from my hatchback. Top stars for service and for pizza in NoHo!“

“The little plates are yummy. I love the pita bread that came with the hummus (Salatim plate). The other plates were good also. I loved the bread pudding (I think it's better than the best cake). What I like the most about Bacari, besides the beautiful ambiance, is the friendliest staff.“

“My wife and I went to the Grove in Los Angeles last night and we had dinner at "Sogno Toscana," an it was outstanding. It was perfect in every way; great food, great drinks, outstanding and friendly staff, beautiful location, etc. I love Italian food but I can't think of one Italian restaurant that I like, until "Sogno Toscano." The food was outstanding, and there was so much more we saw go by that we can't wait to go back and try. And the drinks were outstanding. I love martini's and they served the best martini I've ever had. Giacomo was our server and took great care of us. He's from Italy and "Sogno Toscana" brought him to America when they opened their New York restaurant, and now he's in LA for this new restaurant. Although very busy, the entire staff were very fun to be around, and most of them are Italian which is also great.“

Oh my gosh, it was divine! The uni was so fresh and creamy and the pasta itself was cooked just right. Every bite was an explosion of flavor. We also tried the baked lasagna and it was delightful. The layers were perfectly balanced and each bite was full of rich, savory flavors. Let's not forget dessert! We shared a few different things and they were all great. The tiramisu was fluffy and decadent and the chocolate mousse was rich and smooth. Overall, Angelini Osteria is definitely a must-try for Italian food lovers in Los Angeles. “I am a neighborhood local at Marco Polo. This place is my favorite place, even as a local. Melissa and Anselmo will take care of you in the morning and afternoon--believe me! Then at night, they cater to events that highlight the culture of LA. Cannot say enough about this place... actually had an issue writing this review and getting the word out but... this place deserves it.

Okay... was here long enough to have the 1) hamachi crudo (mmmm... pistachios), 2) Caesar Salad (Go-to app), and 3) the pasta. I'm not even going to tell you which pasta. It's all delicious.“

“Went before attending a show at the Orpheum since it was within walking distance. Wasn't sure what to expect, but once inside and has the place got crowded. It was a nice vibe and food was good. Not a big fan of sitting on stools as the limited amount of tables were taken. Highly recommended however as it's far better value than going to some overpriced restaurant in downtown LA. “We celebrated my wife's birthday on Saturday, Dec 20 at the Cicada, this was our first time in this restaurant/lounge. We loved it, everyone was very nice and attentive, the service was amazing. There was confusion in regards to the food being brought out to the correct table (the people next to us had ordered the same thing) but the manager went above and beyond to make it right. “My friend and I had a terrific dinner last night at Civico 2064. We were looking for a quiet place for a tasty bite and this was a fantastic spot. Brandon greeted us at the door and made sure everything about the meal was perfect. The space is large but still felt cozy and the atmosphere is very inviting. We order a tasty starter to share and the short rib pasta which was sublime. I am Italian and the freshly made pasta and delicate, yet robust sauce, reminded me of my ancestral home in italy. There are plenty of authentic Italian options as well as a really interesting and large vegan menu. I love vegan food and can't wait to return and sample some things from that side of the menu. This is a terrific local eatery that feels both special and homey and we will definitely be back.“

“I asked my husband to find a cute + cozy Italian restaurant for Friday night dinner date, and we found what we wanted and more! Low lighting, but not so low you can’t read the menu. Quiet enough to hear conversation, but not awkward-quiet. And the service was top notch, nothing about the spot was pretentious, and the food was tasty. The owner (or maybe maître d’?) Vasak was so sweet and greeted us with a huge smile. He had us come to the back to taste all of the wines because I didn’t know which one I wanted, and he brought tiramisu on the house at the end of our meal. The whole staff was friendly and fast, and they all seemed to know the guests who walked in—big smiles, hugs, handshakes, “see-you-in-a-couple-weeks”. We got bow tie pasta with pink sauce and their house made gnocchi with pesto cream sauce; perfectly al dente and perfectly salted. I’m going to bring all of my friends!“
