“Food is great. I ordered their burrito, and it is basically one of their kabob plates in a burrito. I ate half for lunch and half for dinner and was so full. The food is tasty. Same goes for their loaded fries, it was a guilty pleasure and was so much food.Portions are huge and worth the money, especially in this economy. I will be eating here more oftern“
“Outstanding. This place could be a white table cloth restaurant. Had the meat plate. Chicken, lamb kabobs and beef. All other-worldly. Had hummus, baba ganoush and tabouli all delicious. Definitely will be back. For quantity and quality it was very fairly priced. Leftovers the next day tasted great.“
“This is what it’s all about. Nile, the owner, is there on the daily and has been for 23 years with his staff pumping out good vibes and delicious authentic food. I love to see a locally owned and operated place killing it the way they do.“Best falafel in the country” with spices sourced directly from Jordan.“
“| Rating: 4.9/5 |* Parking: Limited parking on a hill, but you can park around the vicinity. I ordered online, so it was easy for me to run in and grab it out. * Restaurant: It's quite medium-sized, with a couple of seats. You can see the chef cooking up the TASTY chicken behind the glass. Some of the chicken that is already cooked is displayed on trays behind the glass for your visibility. It's quite clean inside and pleasing to see the food displayed for us to see. The lady behind the cashier register was quite nice, smiling for everyone and managing multiple orders. The chef behind the glass was also quite interactive and takes your order like Subway and you get to choose what toppings/additionals you'd want. The only reason why I wasn't too big of a fan of this assembly line was because it got confusing for people who already ordered and who were to order. People were cutting me in line, and my introverted self stayed quiet. But still enjoyed reading their Olive Oil that came from Palestine. Another reason to support this business, they are fully Palestinian-owned. * Food: Food was absolutely delicious. I've had my fair share of rotisserie chicken or baked chicken. But this place hits home with the flavors honestly. I got the Lemon-Garlic Chicken, and the Emashkan. The Lemon garlic was perfectly savory, sour and sweet. I was quite skeptical since it was "lemon" but it did not disappoint at all. It blended perfectly with the garlic. It came with two sides, and I had their lovely simple potato salad along with their hummus with Pita, can't go wrong with that. Then their Emashkan, oufffff, beautiful! Soft, tender, and the onions were a bit sweet, perfectly blended in together. I had ordered that for my sister, so I will order that next time for myself only. Food quality is favourable. * Price: When the quality matches with the quantity, I can't complain. The dishes come with sides, that's perfect for one person. It is very much reasonable. | For more Halal restaurant reviews check out my account, hope it helps your adventure for your taste buds :) |“
“Ordered the chicken thigh plate and it was delicious. The girl taking our order was very nice. The portions were generous on top of the deal they offer (at the time of getting them) with buy one get one free which is some great value. It sucks to spend money eating out and having it be tiny proportions or so-so food even more these days, so I’m very happy this place wasn’t that kind of experience.I wish I ordered some sides to go with the rest of the food since the plate I got was pretty straight-forward but other than that, I’m def coming here next time I’m around.“
“Great, just great. The fellafel gyro and chicken kabob were amazing. This guy made my sandwiches right in front of me, good conversation ? made it to go because i had to work.Good prices. He is the closest to my house. I recommend Give him a try .“
“We held a special event at Nua a few days ago and it turned out so well that we keep receiving compliments from our guests. The food was served family style and everything was so tasty and plentiful! The outdoor space is perfect and felt like this restaurant is somewhere in Europe. A hidden gem! Thanks to Chef Yoav for the best Mediterranean food in Los Angeles. Thanks also to Sierra (the event planner) and her staff who helped us so much with all the details of our party. She was present the whole time to make sure everything was to our liking.“
“A great, cozy place for dinner and for lunch. I had lunch here twice, and I liked it so much that I was determined to bring my husband here for dinner. We had the hummus, the Caesar salad, and the merguez sausage main dish. Everything was very tasty, and nothing was super heavy. My husband had a glass of wine, and I had a delicious cup of Ambrosia tea. Highly recommend!“
“We recently had lunch here, and I have only positive things to say about the excellent food and the warm, inviting, and pleasant staff. Having visited this place several times in the past few years, the food and service have remained excellent!“
“Food was pretty tasty. Enjoyed the condiments that came with the pita sandwiches. The halvah milkshake was very decadent. My only complaint is that other guests brought their dog right into the indoor portion of the restaurant and the hostess essentially ignored us when we commented on it. The patio has a nice atmosphere.“
“Googled and located on a whim and prayer.. orig heading for a Zenkou meal and then decided against the 405 traffic heading north Artesia blvd. OMG what a find! fragrant soft delicious rice cooked to perfection as waa thier kabobs kofta chicken and fish. The lentil soup was perfect. only dissapointment was the v thin pita bread. two of is spent over $100 - no tea of coffee . Perfect food in a family atmosphere.. run v proficiently.looking forward to trying thier El Segundo location soon.We are so gleefully we leff without a single photo loooool just happy tummies.its all perfectly Halal..Ample safe free parking.“
“Had chicken shawarma with falafel. 4/5Also had their chai, which tasted like dipped tea with milk. 3/5Overall an ok experience. We got lucky with the street parking as we got the spot right in front of the restaurant ,otherwise might have to look for other parking spots in busier time.“
“Delicious food, great yelp deal, fast and friendly service! Matzo ball soup ia very tasty as are all the meat dishes we have tried so far (Cornish game hen sandwich and plate, schwarma, and beef kebab sandwich). This has become a regular place for us to visit!“
“Kebab Shop is the real deal. The steak was amazing, so delicious. The garlic yogurt and cilantro jalapeño sauce are very tasty. I really enjoyed my meal here. The place is clean and management was very friendly, coming over to ask if I was enjoying my meal. Easily accessible location with plenty of parking. This well intentioned establishment deserves your patronage.“
“I’m only leaving this review because their food is so bomb that I hope they are here forever. They don’t go cheap on their ingredients and everything I’ve tried has been good. They keep the place very clean, but you aren’t going to impress anyone with their dining area. It’s a perfect place for someone who likes middle eastern food. Their prices are great too.“
“I had the best chicken kabob at this place. So flavorful juicy and tender. Very generous portions and well worth it for the price charged. I just ordered a Chicken Kabob with fries replacing rice and fresh orange juice ( it's freshly squeezed and it's REAL orange juice. ) then I received this large beautiful colorful tray of food with large gourmet fries like The ones in Steak Houses. I was so pleasantly surprised that couldn't wait to taste The food that missed taking a picture. Don't miss their garlic sauce for it's out of this world. This clean and cozy restaurant has very warm and welcoming staff. Everything is made from scratch from very fresh and top quality ingredients. I'm a good cook and very hard to please person. I'm hooked and so pleased to have found this place. I highly recommend it.“
“I got a Kafta Beef Sandwich. It was the most amazing meal I've had when eating out in a WHILE. The prices are incredibly reasonable and the meat is cooked on a skewer and the aroma is incredible. This place is just absolutely amazing. They also have vegetarian options. 10/10, I think I've found my new favorite spot.“
“Not enough signs to let you know that they are open. Went there for lunch, chicken kobideh and chicken kabob was very tasty and meat temperature was great, our server was very polite, we tried baklava not so good … but overall good food!“
“Always wanted to visit Chicken Maison and this was at the Redondo Beach location. My mom is pretty picky and she really loved the food! Great variety - salads, wraps, soups, rotisserie chicken, beef kabobs , garlic sauce.. great portions and nice service. Highly recommend.Vegetarian options: Lots of vegi options - Rice, Coleslaw, Salad, Stuffed Graped Leaves , Pita Bread, Soup, Wraps, etc!Parking: parking in the shopping center.“
“I love this Chicken Maison as all other fast food are not the best choices as health wise, but you still need to eat out or carry out by far this such a better choice not only because it's healthy but the flavor are delicious. Our favorite is the spicy but you can not ho wron, and the rice is soooooo gooooood.“
“In LA, you will find free street parking (no handicapped parking), and you can eat inside, outside, or take it to go. You self-order at the electronic screens as soon as you enter, you grab your own table number next to the ordering screens, and find a seat anywhere that isn't reserved. I ordered the baklava for $2.73 and it was delicious! The employees are nice, too!“
“Loved the beef koobideh kabob plate, grilled to juicy perfection. The accompanying salad, yogurt dressing, and rice were also good. Also had the trio sampler of:Mast KhiarVeggie. Gluten free. Yogurt mixed with chopped Persian cucumber and mint.Addas Polo Veggie. Gluten free. Rice mixed with lentil, raisin, date and fried onion.Roasted Eggplant DipVeggie. Gluten free. Roasted and seasoned eggplant with caramelized onion, fried mint and a yogurt sauce topping. The yogurt dip was refreshing, the mixed rice perfect (if only this came with the kabob plates), and the eggplant dip was finely mixed.Service was fast. The ambiance felt very down to earth.“
“This restaurant offers a delightful blend of Persian and Italian recipes, creating a unique culinary experience. The combination of flavors is well-executed, and both the price and quality of the dishes align seamlessly. The restaurant's convenient location in the heart of Century City Mall adds to its appeal. Fast service and a pleasant ambiance make it a solid choice for those seeking a diverse and satisfying dining experience.“
“When it comes to Persian food, I'm a bit picky. This place surprised me. The meat is perfectly spiced and juicy. The service is impeccable, and the atmosphere makes you feel like you're part of the family. This place will remain my go-to for real Persian food.“
“Small kitchen serving authentic persian food. Owner makes the food himself. It is a take away place. No dine in. The food is very authentic and generous amount. Would definitely recommend if you want to try Persian food specially if it's for a group of people. Would try again.“
“Bella Pita is right near UCLA. Parking is for a fee and can get pricey. The food is amazing. They have the best pita sandwiches, all made to order and all served warm with fresh pita bread. We Love the kind service and they are fast. You order and pay at the counter and there are a few indoor seats to eat. Many people get it as take away. There is not one thing we don't like there. The prices are fair. Have fun.“
“The best loaded hot dog I’ve ever had. The best panini meat toast I’ve ever.Heard they have great burgers so I need to try those as well! Everything was delicious fresh hot. The customer service was top notch even when it was super packed. The wait time was reasonable. The pricing is great!Vegetarian options: You can make a vegetarian panini. You don’t have to have the meat inside.I heard they have great burgers I have to try, maybe they have beyond meat burgers as well!Dietary restrictions: If you’re allergic to something just let them know and they wash their equipment before making your order. It’s not 100% guaranteed in regards to allergies but it’s definitely better than other places I’ve been too that don’t even make an effort in regards to allergies.“
