“My new favorite Thai food spot! I always order yellow curry so that’s what my review is based on. I am vegetarian so chose it with tofu. I had additional requests and they came through. I asked to make it mild and leave onions out and add vegetables too. Got everything I asked for about $15 out the door ! Sauce was thick and tasty, rice included. Atmosphere wasn’t the best but I had my food to go anyway. Waited about 15 minutes. Worth every minute and penny. We found parking in the back.
Vegetarian options: I had yellow curry
Dietary restrictions: Vegetarian“

“Farmhouse kitchen is the best Thai restaurant I’ve ever had. On top of the food being great and delicious, the presentation makes you want to order everything from the menu. Chef Bo was so nice to come out to our table and all I can say is she was a very nice, young & talented person. She even made me a special dessert for my birthday. Thanks Bo❤️ I highly recommend this place if you want an authentic, excellent and delicious food. In addition, the place is so full of life. The decor is amazing! I can’t wait to go back and try some of the fancy drinks and dishes on the menu.“

“Delicious food, hot and prepared when ordered.
Generous amounts too.
Service was friendly and recommended a dish.
The cafe itself was clean, tables and booths inside. A table or two outside, sits below a Motel“

“A wonderful little Thai place, seating is a bit limited as it seems more of a takeout/delivery place but it's never too crowded that you can't sit down.
The food is incredible, and the service is on the same level. Highly recommend if you're anywhere near the area.“

“Smallish servings (comparing normal sizes in US), but delicious.
Very Spicy was on point and is ? (from a seasoned Thai curry eater).
Didn't include cutlery on our order which made it difficult.
They did add a free White Rice with the order.“

“This is GREAT Thai food. LOVED the Tom Yum with shrimp and Pad Thai Chicken. Reasonable prices for this zip code! It’s an upscale dive in terms of ambience. Location wise it’s a hidden gem, hiding in plain sight right near Highland and Rosecrans. Very limited seating (about 6 tables) and I think their main focus is on take out, vs in house dining which is ironic as there is a parking lot literally across the street!

“Perfect small restaurant with delicious Thai food, easy parking nearby, great prices & portions! Highly recommend the Tom Kah, Red Curry, and Thai tea. Inside you’ll find walls of signed celeb photos, pics of their food options, and decor.
Food came out in no time, hot, and portions were 💯🙌🏼 - check out the 0.5 pic! I’m vegetarian so it is amazing that the tofu and vegetable options were plentiful!
Service was incredible: friendly, efficient, and locally owned.
Will certainly be returning and recommending it as a regular spot for my friends.“

“Delicious! Got the tom yum soup, pad thai, and soft shell crab curry. All soooooo good, much better than natalee thai . I wish i knew about this place earlier, then we wouldn’t need to drive all the way to thai town for great thai food!
Service was quick and friendly, no wait on a weekday evening! A little hidden behind the trees on the street but glad we saw it on google.
(We asked for everything to be spicy but it wasnt spicy so I think they toned it down for us?)
Vegetarian options: You can choose the proteins in most dishes, they include tofu or veggies as options!“

“Some of the best Thai food I've ever had. We split two dishes. The flavor was solid on both, but definitely indulge in their hot sauces because it elevates everything from great to phenomenal. Would honestly eat here everyday if I lived nearby.“

“I was across the street at 4 Season Brewery and happened to see the place. Had the green curry with chicken for $16, it was very spicy but still edible. Very fresh and crunchy vegetables, one of the best curries I've ever had. The service was also super friendly! Unfortunately our vacation is coming to an end, otherwise I would like to come back.“

“We had a good experience here and will be back. Note that for a $1 upcharge they will cook your dish in avocado oil rather than vegetable oil, AKA soybean oil. It's hard to find Thai restaurants that don't cook with soybean oil. Since I have a reaction even to soybean oil, I truly appreciate their avocado oil option!
Dietary restrictions: I was able to eat safely here on my strict gluten, soy and dairy-free diet. They were cooperative and knowledgeable about their food.“

“—Pacific Rim Thai Kitchen—
#Pacific Rim Thai Kitchen
I was traveling by car in Los Angeles. I remember that day after I left Santa Monica Beach, I headed to Manhattan Beach after noon. I found Pacific Rim Thai Kitchen near my hotel because I had already eaten In-N in the morning. -Out of the burger, I want to eat it with white rice! Because Thai food has fried pork rice, which is very on point.

“The food was terrific. My girlfriend and I enjoyed everything about the food. We got the chicken skewers, market seafood soup, and Thai fried rice.
The only thing that bothered me was the service. It was Sunday night, and the gentleman sat us down. His only interaction was not until we finished our food to check if we wanted more water. I would understand if the excuse was because of a busy night. He had help on the floor but took care of every other table in the restaurant and outside the table. I am unsure if it was a situation where we didn't match the demographic of people who came in.“

“Poom Thai Cuisine is an absolute gem! This charming, intimate restaurant offers a cozy dining experience with limited but comfortable seating. The warm ambiance creates the perfect setting for an enjoyable meal.
The food is exceptional! Their Pad Thai Rice stands out with its perfect balance of flavors and a brilliant touch of lime that elevates the dish. The Drunken Noodles with Shrimp offer just the right level of heat - flavorful and spicy without overwhelming the palate. The Pad See-Ew with Noodles is expertly prepared and absolutely delicious. Oh! And we tried a coconut ice cream with peanut toppings that was lovely treat!
What truly sets this family-run establishment apart is the outstanding service. The father-son duo running the restaurant are incredibly gracious and attentive. So sweet.
Poom's friendly and professional demeanor and excellent attention to detail with orders make dining here a delightful experience. The genuine warmth and passion they put into both their food and service make this restaurant truly special. Highly recommended for authentic Thai cuisine!“

“OMG this place is AMAZING! The food was the best I've had in a long time. I came in without much of an appetite, so I was pretty shocked at how much I was loving the food. It was a Saturday night and the place was almost empty. Definitely a hidden gem. Super highly recommend!!“

“This is a nice, small, quaint place with great service and delicious food. It's a smaller, more intimate type of restaurant that serves Thai food. I was with my daughter and we both had the Thai Tea which was very good. We ordered egg rolls for an appetizer, then she had the Snow Crab Meat Fried Rice and I had the Garlic Chicken Noodle. We both were full after eating just half of our meals so we were able to bring the other half home. The female server was really pleasant and helpful (didn't catch her name) but she saw my daughter looked cold as we came in from a day event and my daughter had on a short sleeve shirt but we were seated at a table by the door and there was a cool draft coming in. So the server turned on the heat in the restaurant just for my daughter. And she was sure to check on us throughout eating our meal to make sure we were good. I'd definitely return. My daughter had been here before but it had been a long time and she wasn't sure if it was still there or where it had moved to, when we stumbled upon it.
There is 2 hour street parking nearby and a few metered spots, but must be careful as there's also permit parking too. But the 2 hr parking is available in the permit parking area but can't park there between 8pm and 8am. There's also a paid parking lot behind the restaurant that I saw cost $12 (we parked on the street during the 2 hr allowance).“

“Absolutely delicious. Everything tasted fresh and appropriately spicy when ordered Thai spicy. We had the crispy rice salad with sour pork and it was crunchy, flavorful and sour. The sai ua was full of herbs and grilled perfectly, served with a fire nam prik. We also shared the pastrami pad kee mao and it was great. The pastrami works well with the noodles and basil and I always love a green peppercorn! Will have to be back.
Side note - cute interior!“

“I think this is one of the better Thai restaurants I have been to in the area in terms of quality of food and ambience. I ordered the Tofu Phad Thai with no egg and the Vegetable and Tofu Curry off the vegetarian menu. Both were very delicious. The restaurant space was very nice as well with a nice bar. I will be coming back again whenever I am in the mood for Thai.“
