“This place is incredible! The menu is HUGE, and everything we got was amazing. If you’re like us and have a hankering for several random items, this is the perfect place. We got a sushi roll (huge!), potato taquitos, a crispy shrimp taco, and French toast. 😂“

I mentioned I was looking for something keto-friendly and protein-packed, and she recommended a side of chicken and a side of avocado. Simple, healthy, and surprisingly delicious! To top it off, I treated myself to their strawberry sourdough scone--absolutely amazing, especially paired with a good cup of coffee! Ronan, the manager, was exceptional as well. “We had a great time have dinner during summer evening. We sat outside for happy hour. I found it a bit warm inside. Outside offer a nice breeze to keep us cool. Food was delicious and filling. We ordered the LINGUINE WITH CLAMS

“This is my 3rd or 4th time at Hummus Republic. The food is consistently excellent. Today I tried the Earth Burger. This this is HUGE and delicious (I have enough for at least one more meal)! Sweet potato fries - excellent, and I tried their new cinnamon sugar pita chips - WOW! Tahini Shake is super tasty. My only recommendation on the shake is that they need larger (circumference) straws. A regular straw is too narrow for this thick shake. Thank you for coming to Surprise, you are a GREAT addition to the area❣“

“My family were hanging out at the beach in Ventura and we decided to stop here to get some lunch. I believe they were short staffed. However the person was able to quickly get to us. We placed the order and for food arrived within 10 minutes. The portions are generous and the food taste pretty decent too. The prices are reasonable, and they have some great smoothies and iced teas to choose from is APPLE parking in front and behind the restaurant. This is a family restaurant and they are plenty of tables for you to dine in or takeout. They also have a restroom for customers.“

“I was first introduced to Bright Spark In March at the Ventura Beer Experience. We talked with a lovely couple behind the table and tasted Day Trip, which has become my all-time favorite. We were introduced to a concept called Musical Bingo that day, and I was delighted to make my first visit to the brewery on my 55th birthday in May. Every single one of the employees there was kind, gracious, and warm. The food was absolutely amazing and the Musical Bingo is so much fun! I have since been dragging people left and right there and recommending you guys because of what a great laid back family-friendly atmosphere it is. “I have to say this place is an amazing find and treasure. My husband was stationed in Greece for two years and while he was there we travelled to visit. While there we had some amazing food and oh boy do we miss it. Nothing compares to authentic Greek Cuisine and this place has it. From the Gyro to the bakery items, this place made me feel like I was back in Greece. I definitely recommend trying it out and falling in love. We will be forever customers ❤️“

“Tacos are very good. The salsa bar has lost of goodies. The red bright salsa is spicy & tasty. I wanted to have caldo de res, but I found out they only have that on Fridays. Every day of the week, they have a different Mexican sopas. I will be back again to give it a try on the soups. This place is clean, and the people are very kind and helpful. “Absolutely delicious pizza! Even if there is a wait, it’s completely worth it. The prices are fair, good amount of seating, and the owners are friendly. The pizzas are huge. My brother (who usually has a big appetite) and I shared one pizza and couldn’t finish it.“

Now to the good and bad ... it's worth the visit but it comes at price. I had their crab cake appetizer (superb) and wild boar shank (you'll have to wait 30 minutes for this to cook), a glass of wine and their flourless chocolate cake. It set me back over $100. I WOULD GO AGAIN. Every bite was top notch. I sat indoors, but there is a small nice patio in back. Next time I'm trying their duck.“

“The busy bee café is a place to go eat you could eat indoor or outdoor. They wait on you as soon as you get in they are so nice it’s clean services top-of-the-line, and the food is more than top-of-the-line. Great food come in and get it I live in Santa Barbara and I go to eat there each time, I’m there in Ventura.“

They were very warm and welcoming. Appeared to be a family run business and they were working hard to make my fresh bagel sando.

The bagel and egg were tasty and fluffy and there was a nice amount of turkey sausage.

We came here for our anniversary, and LOVED the rooms, the peace and quiet, the row of chaise lounges at water's edge, the restaurant on site, and the gracious continental breakfast. The management was chill, and we couldn't ask for more.“
