“When I find myself in Downtown Los Angeles near Union Station, and need to feel comfortable and satisfied for an hour before my next Amtrak or Metrolink train, this is my go to place within easy and relatively safe walking distance of the Station. While the decor is a tad sterile, it is clean, the menu is expansive, the portions generous, and they do not rush you out. They are generally open until midnight which is a plus. Good, solid food. The big screen TV sometimes has videos of Chinese food being prepared.“

“My experience at this P. F Chang’s was amazing. Came here with my fiancée and had the golden feast as part of the new promotion. The Korean style wasn’t as good as we hoped but the manager Mary was quick to help us get the dry rub! She was very helpful in us resolving our situation and Carmen the waiter was so helpful. Excellent service will definitely be back.“

“Great place for a group to hang out, drink, and eat some food. Very cool atmosphere. Like an old timey tavern from Chinese dramas. Good, fast service. Order food on a tablet. There are options to omit scallions and cilantro for people who don't like them. You can also call the servers from the tablet, otherwise they leave you alone. Had a live performer (singer) when we went.“

“This is one of my top 5 places in LA. The service is amazing, super friendly and kind. And the food, IS SO GOOD. The tea smoked duck, homemade tofu and sesame chicken are unbeatable (to name a few). Jade wok is always in our rotation, we come here at least once a month.“

“This meal was the highlight of our LA trip! I don’t know what kind of sorcery is afoot here but this little spot manages to be so much more than the sum of its parts. I felt so welcomed from the moment I stepped through the door and I liked that they have you order and pay before sitting down, it makes the dining experience more relaxing and low key. Loved how short and sweet the menu was, the chef has incredible restraint and a crystal clear vision. Every single thing we had was incredible, the best hk french toast and bolo bao I have ever had, and omg the scallion roll and dumplings. I don’t know what it is about this place but I’m still thinking about that meal days later. Also, the dining room made me feel like I was in a tvb serial from the early 90s which is the highest compliment.“

“this is a must try. it is one of my favorite places in the SGV and is easily the best sichuan restaurant i have ever been to. i strongly recommend the zajiangmian, and all of the cold dishes. the sliced pork with garlic sauce is standout. i have not tried much else from their menu yet, but i would feel confident ordering any dish. the portions are generous and the pricing is fair. if you like sichuan food, get in your car right now and get over here. it’s worth it.“

Vegetarian options: Not the best location for this.
Parking: Right outside the shop.“

“Excellent food, and I enjoyed it a lot. After I eat, I order more food for the days I don't want to cook myself, remember they closed on Tuesday! It depends on who serves you. For an inviting feeling.
We like Eric as our server.“

“The best Chinese food I had in a long long time. We have been with six, sharing different dishes - a blast. Share the soup! Highly recommended. Thanks for reading my comment. Now, if you are curious enough about my "rating scheme", here's "the moment of truth. I am a music photographer who has traveled the world with the world's greatest musical talents (Michael Jackson, AC/DC, Rolling Stones, and Rammstein, to name a few) for almost 40 years. When being asked "Where do you live" I tended to ask "in hotels". At my peak, I "shot" 250 shows a year. Will say: been there, saw and tasted it, and a lot, as I may say, and much to the dismay of my doctor who is in my back to lose a few pounds. Quite a few, as I may add, which is why my wife and I walk ten thousand steps per day, where- and whenever we can - and explore a lot of new exciting places - places you may oversee when just driving by. While I love to share my experience with others, I am sometimes shocked at how people use their "power of the word" to down-rate amazing places because of minor incidents (in my all-time favorite restaurant Le Petit Four on Sunset Plaza the owner was even called a racist as he refused to toast the (free) bread in his packed restaurant - they simply do not offer toasted bread, as no French place does, as I may add). Or I just read "Chicken piccata so over-salted I hope the dog enjoys the leftovers tomorrow, I brought home most of the dish." Did they speak to their service? How could the restaurant learn that something was wrong when patrons even have their leftovers boxed to take home? As a dog owner, I want to take the writer and shake him or her really bad and say "You give over-salted food to your dog? Anyone with a bit of brain understands this is a horrible idea... I hope you agree. So If I had a say on this portal, I would offer just to see the ratings of my friends. So I would see what the ratings were by like-minded people. Sadly, I have no say. I try not to compare apples with oranges. A place like this does not correspond to "The Ritz". At first, I assume that a restaurant is clean, they do not greet you with a gun - and they deliver whatever they promise. I do not give stars for things that are expected. In my rating scheme, three or more stars are awarded if they actually exceed my expectations. Four, if I am sure I will come back. To achieve five stars, I must be willing to take a detour of thirty minutes or more to go again. Thank you for reading this.“

“This restaurant is terrific and the staff are 😃 but do not order online from the website linked in the Google profile, it has been hijacked by another company called "QMenu" and you will not get your order (they will scam your cc info)
Go directly to Postmates or Uber eats if you want delivery otherwise call the restaurant. They do not have their own website. They're all fake.“

“The zajiang mian, spicy beef noodle soup and dumplings with chili oil were very good. We also got the lotus chips which was fried and decent. My friend ordered the steamed egg with minced pork that was also very good. You can choose your spicy and it matches fairly right with the spice and mala level. We also got the main cold combo that came with the spicy black fungus, Chengdu beef jerky, sweet & sour seaweed and spicy radish that were all very good.
The staff was very nice and attended to our needs. You have to order your food thru the app/QR code which is slightly annoying but it works once you go thru the order system and get the hang of it. The music inside has a chill vibe to it and there are a lot of large windows and sunlight inside the restaurant.
The parking situation in that area is hard to find and chaotic.“

“Went with my 89 yrs. Old mother. She was the one that prevented me from giving this place a 5 stars. Her complaint/observation?
The food was NOT WARM enough, I asked if it could be warmed up in the microwave? They DON'T HAVE ONE.
(2 strikes) My complaint?
Hearing my Mom's bitching and complaining.
Bty, the Brazilian employee who served us, was very nice and friendly. Will I go back?
Yes, but by myself or a friend;)“

“I recently had the pleasure of dining at Lee's BBQ & Boba Chinese Food. I was thoroughly impressed! The flavors are absolutely delicious, with each dish prepared perfectly. The meats are tender and flavorful, and the variety of options on the menu made it hard to choose just one. I highly recommend the chicken Chow Mein and the dumpling soup — they were simply outstanding!
It's clear that they take pride in their food and customer experience. Whether you're craving a quick bite or a satisfying meal with friends, this is a perfect place to visit.
Can't wait to return for more amazing food.“

“This place has a really cute vibe—definitely more of a bar with small eats than a full-on restaurant. It’s cozy, with a laid-back atmosphere, making it great for a casual hangout or grabbing a quick bite with friends.
The food is decent, but I wouldn’t necessarily call it authentic. It’s tasty, don’t get me wrong, but it feels more like a fusion or modern take on some classic dishes rather than the real deal. Still, it’s enjoyable, especially if you’re just looking for something easy and flavorful to snack on with a drink.
The vibe makes up for any little imperfections in the food, and if you're in the area for something light and fun, this place is definitely worth checking out. Just don’t expect the authenticity you might find at a traditional restaurant.“

“This restaurant is very affordable, every dish looks big and is packed with great flavors.
If you come to this place with a group, there is a mandatory tip so don't get surprised by that (it will be included in your check).
I got various items from the menu, some of the highlights were the garlic and shrimp fried rice and the Chinese sausage fried rice.
The service was great and included tea. My party kept drinking hot tea and the waitress was always on top of it and refilling it. Even when we finished our meal and we were just chatting amongst each other, the waitress still offered tea, it was a very nice gesture and made us feel welcome to stay more.
Pending on how much you eat, I recommend getting the number of plates = the number of people in your party. If you cannot finish everything, they offer boxes to take out the rest of your food. I recommend dining in, it is clean and spacious.
The only bad thing is that some members of my party went to the bathroom and it was not clean, one of them even said that it ruins part of the experience. For the owner: Please clean the restroom, it would have been a perfect experience.“

“Hole in the wall, hidden gem, mom & pop vibes! they take card!
I can't get over these egg noodles in this wonton mein! seems like most places serve it up clumped together and you need to split your chopsticks to break them apart - BUT NOT HERE. they are silky and bouncy! and the soup is nicely flavored, enhancing everything in the dish. you also get four big wontons filled with plump shrimp and pork. I also love their hainan chicken, well seasoned, and the filet mignon has a nice kick.
Nice selection of traditional asian dessert options in individual serving sides (tofu pudding with ginger syrup, "che thai", ube tofu, etc.) and they also sell their wontons/dumplings frozen + noodles in packages.
parking is available on the street!
limited seating, but a lot of folks are doing takeaway!“

“I googled "best Chinese in LA" and then this popped up as the #1 place. So we drove - and had a very good meal. However, if you expect the classic Chinese dishes, you will be disappointed. This is Shezuan, "a different animal". So no rice, no sweet-and-sour-this-and-that. So be prepared for very spicy Szechuan food. Noodles. No rice. Try the dumplings, they were delicious. We ordered mild (1 out of 5 spice degrees) and we were burning inside (we had two separate orders of dumplings - but spice grade 1. There is no consistency, so be careful). So if spicy is what you are "in" for, you'll love it. The ambiance is sort of authentic ;-) - the sign on how to use the toilet (outside the restaurant in the alley) says more than words. But then, it was $100 all-in for the four of us only. My advice: I could barely understand the service language. Better check the menu before you go. As we were first-timers, I wanted to share three starters and three mains among the four of us and leave it up to the waitress to make us explore - she did not understand. I asked if they served beer. The answer was "noodles or dumplings". :-)“

“I try few plates and soups.. the beef noodles soup is giving you should try that, I definitely not like the pork noodles smell and flavor but is the only disappointing of the food of this place.. the most of the plates are so tasty and in a good portion… about the costumer service they are not a big help cause they don’t give recommendations or even help with your options.. or probably it was just the person who attended me… there’s parking in front, close to the E line train station. “Handmade with love. Tastes as if I'm at my Halmoni's house. Delicate, real and subtle Korean flavors of my childhood, not too sweet or salty. My bf and I ordered the steamed veggie dumplings, chive pancake ((better than my Sumo's! Shhh)), king sized veggie dumplings, side of rice and miso soup. Cooked to order -- be patient. Soft textures. Sweet, hardworking couple. Our fav is the steamed veggie mandu. Vegetarian friendly. Perfect meal. ❤️❤️❤️🎶🎶 I love this place, if I lived in LA I'd be here all the time.“

“The restaurant itself does look quite humble, shall we say? Don't let that deter you, or you'll miss out. The food is amazing, portions are large, and the staff is very friendly. I went with a less adventurous eater. I had the Guilan noodle soup off of the specialties section of the menu, and he had the sliced beef noodle soup. Both portions were substantial and came out of the kitchen quickly. My Guilan was amazing. I particularly liked the pickled cabbage in it. The beef shank was fall apart tender. This place is awesome. I only wish I had one closer to where I live.“

“Too many people at the buffet table sometimes!!! One man brought his own containers. Not good!!! The man at the cash register is not too friendly. This is my favorite Asian food place in my area. The food is always fresh.
Vegetarian options: They have a food bar where you can pick your vegetables and the cooks will prepare your food for you.
Parking: The parking lot is small. It's shared with other businesses in the small shopping center.
Kid-friendliness: Family style restaurant.

“I decided to try their Hainan chicken dish so I had a to-go order. As I was ready to pay, I was told that a minimum charge of $15 is required for credit card payments; hence, I ordered osmanthus tea. I didn’t have to wait too long for my order to be ready, and I had my dinner in my hotel room. There were three types of sauces (ginger, spicy and soy), and i enjoyed the dish. There’s a plenty of rice to finish the chicken as well!! The only reason I deducted a point from their service was that there was no utensils included in my order. I will remember to ask for utensils next time I time, as I stay at a hotel in the area.“

“Had a appointment at 12 with the traffic and another company holding me up. I got to their facility 2 hours after my appointment time. They had no problem with that got me right on a door and was loaded with in a hour. This place is a little tight to back into but it's a straight back off the street just have to time the light right and hopefully the people in the cars will stop and give you a couple of minutes to get yourself setup for the straight back from the street.“
