“Good place for Italian. DO NOT RELY ON ANY PRICING you see on google Maps to give you the cost of meals here. ITS OFF ABOUT $8.00 to $10.00 per plate. It is not accurate or updated on Google Maps. As for the meal, my chicken piccata was a little tough. Usually, at most restaurants, I order this meal, the breast meat is butterflied, sliced thin, or has been tenderized with a mallet or ran through a tenderizer to break down firmness The sauce for the piccata was nicely acidic, with just enough wine, capers, and butter to complement the chicken.“
“These guys are my favorite taco vendor at Smorgasburg. Their chicharonnes (pork skin) tacos are just fantastic. I haven't ever really liked chicharonnes that much before, but I've come to Smorgasburg a couple times now to specifically get theirs and satisfy my cravings. It's gloriously fatty with the right amount of chew. Carnitas seem to be their signature item and overall a mix of both is probably best, but I would definitely recommend getting at least one taco de chicharonnes to savor by itself. Their tacos are quite ample in size. Larger than a lot of places. I think they come out to $5 each but you get a lot of meat and thick double tortillas - it's very filling and a good value. Also, I definitely recommend the cucumber aqua fresca which is refreshingly tasty and sweet. Their jamaica (hibiscus) aqua fresca is sweetened more than I normally find elsewhere. I prefer a tarter version myself but theirs is good, just different. Also, really nice service and just cool folks all around.“

The Spicy Pomodoro Pasta may be the singularly most delicious pasta dish on earth. The lamb meatballs… to die for. The grilled octopus, OMG. Pasta will never be the same for you. The beet spaghetti? Just ask Luca… it becomes part of you. Highly recommended.“
“We had a reservation and were seated immediately upon arrival. The restaurant was crowded but not too noisy, everyone was enjoying themselves. The server was amazing and offered menu suggestions. I forgot the name of our appetizer but it was delicious! I danced at the table the whole meal because I enjoyed every part of it. Definitely lived up to expectations and I'd be back.“
