Tucked into a lobby spot on Sawtelle, you can get a giant delicious egg breakfast with fantastic potatoes or chicken sausage for under $20. Coffees, waffles, sandwiches top notch. “Amazing little spot. Service was wonderful despite it being Sunday during Labor Day weekend. Not too busy, as we were able to seat ourselves outside. Adorable dogs on the patio!

I got the French toast while my boyfriend got the waffles. We shared the eggs, bacon, and hash browns. Everything was delicious! The waffle was perfectly crispy yet tender inside. The French toast was soft as well. Order the hash browns crispy! You won’t regret it.

“My wife and I have been to a lot of IHOPs in different cities, but this is BY FAR the best in terms of food quality, speed of service, and wonderful management.
This IHOP consistently produces food that is well-seasoned, and never over/under cooked, all while having the food come out at a reasonable pace. We also had the opportunity to host a large event in this IHOP for about 45+ guests. Even with the large headcount, the food was AMAZING and came out so fast. All of our guests told us afterwards they would love to have future events at this IHOP.
We are so thankful for the manager (Marilyn) and our wonderful waiting staff who helped make our event so special and efficient.“

“Went here for breakfast recently and the food was good and the service was prompt. But what really impressed me was I used the restroom and the soap dispenser was empty. I informed the manager and he not only refilled the soap dispenser but brought over to the table a big bottle of hand sanitizer for my hands which was truly impressive. My husband had the chilaquiles with egg and he loved it. We bought two breakfast quesadilla's to split with our 4 kids and they were huge. They couldn't even finish them. And the owner was amazing, so friendly and he brought us our food even though we were sitting next to the counter. If we lived in Cali still we would come here often.“

“Whenever we are even close to Downtown LA and staying in a hotel for a night or more, we have IHop delivered. It is just the best.

We have eaten at this one more than once and it is clean, the service just great and the whole place is very comfortable. The servers are always nice.

This time we had it delivered and it was, as always so good. They pack it all in such a way there is no way it can get ruined or food mixed with other food. The delivery is fast and I have never had an issue, not once.

This time we had burgers, which were so good with bacon and cheese. My grandson had a grilled cheese sandwich with French fries and he loved it. I am the huge pancake lover in the family so I had their big breakfast that comes with the best, most fluffy and perfect pancakes along with hash browns and bacon, ham and sausage. It was all great and I saved the meat for our dogs who were waiting for us to get home (we were at a hotel nearby).

It is just the best and the prices are so fair. You will pay much more for some fancy place, but their pancakes won't be as good.

We love it. We are addicted.“
