“Hard to pick. menu great! even a half of list! was perfect to show grandson lil by lil different choices with smaller portions. He enjoyed it all. :)”
“Excellent service and presentation from the servers to the owners acting as MC. Very organized. I'm impressed. I would recommend to do your event here.”

“Between 1983 and 1995 I ate lunch almost daily at to your restaurant. In 95 I moved away from Southern California. When ever I visit the area I stop in for a bite. Best pizza in the world! The pasta is excellent. I now live in the Lake Tahoe area and there's nothing even close to it here or anywhere else for that matter (and lve been to NY and Jersey). Everything I've ever ordered there has been fantastic.”
“We love Manny! Family owned this has the best food always. Breakfast burrito 🌯 😋 😍 to fast made to order lunches toco crunchy or soft choose of meat, burrito. Dinner specials l love the burria special the rice and beans are 👍 👌 Salsa bar. Friendly people. I 💕 this little place.”
“Amazing breakfast burrito and some of the friendliest staff I've encountered.
The original breakfast burrito is a must but I look forward to trying the rest of the items soon.
While we were waiting for our order she offered us free samples of the soup which was also amazing. I will definitely be ordering the split pea soup next time I'm in.”

“I’ve been craving Mongolian Bbq for a while but haven’t really explored. Saw this place with good ratings and must say, the ratings didn’t lie! It’s a cosy hole in the wall place which you know that means it’s good. Staff are very friendly and attentive, explaining the menu and how this roll. I got the all you can eat with my boyfriend, it was so much food! I will absolutely come again and I will highly recommend this place to friends!”
“One of my favorite matcha spots! It’s creamy and the matcha flavor really shines through, particularly with the double matcha latte. You can also adjust the sweetness and ice levels, which is appreciated.
Really nice vibes inside but can get crowded. Place is popular for its multiple matcha options including banana matcha (delicious, does not taste artificial at all) and black sesame. They also have Ube and pandan lattes.”
“My teenagers and I had the Motto Black, the Motto Red, and the Motto Special. All bowls were tasty and delicious. Noodles were fresh and the chaschu melted in your mouth. Staff was super friendly and attentive. I would recommend as a casual and family friendly atmosphere. We will definitely be back again.”
“The bill was $168 for 4 dishes+2 beers+ 1 hot tea pot + 1 hot water pot. We had 4 people for dinner. The ripped off is $20 for the 1 hot tea + 1 water pot(charge $5 per person). The manager credited back only 1 time favor(not second time in the future) of $10 for hot water pot after i complained that we ordered 2 beers for drink. It was ridiculous since a bottle of beer only $3. We will not go back to this place again. New customers please stay away from this restaurant. This restaurant's food is not that good and ripped off.”
“Price depends on what level you're getting. I think vip is worth the $$. You get one set of the items in the VIP portion and unlimited of the regular items. You have 90 minutes but the last call for your table is at 60minutes. Would definitely come again if I'm in the area.”

“I had my wedding at Diamond Seafood 3 in July 2024, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The venue owner - uncle Bao, is an absolute professional and a huge help throughout the entire process. We had so many questions leading up to the big day, and he was always there, patiently answering everything and providing guidance. What really stood out was his genuine care in making our wedding affordable - he offered suggestions to minimize our budget wherever possible, rather than pushing us to spend more on additional services!
The venue itself was beautifully decorated - simple yet elegant, which perfectly suited the atmosphere we wanted to create. The food was amazing, served in large portions, and absolutely delicious! The staff was also incredibly helpful and friendly, making sure everything ran smoothly.
After the wedding, we received so many compliments from our guests about both the food and the venue itself. I’m so grateful to uncle Bao for making our special day so beautiful and memorable. I highly recommend Diamond Seafood 3 to anyone looking for a wedding venue in OC - it truly exceeded our expectations!”
“Nice atmosphere and good service, friendly staff and great food. The drinks are also great”
24 Hour Restaurants
“Is this the best pho value around?
Finding a solid bowl of pho under $10 isn’t easy these days, but this spot delivers. We went for the larger bowl, just $2 more, and it felt worth it. The broth leaned a bit oily yet still clean and flavorful—exactly what you’d expect from a good pho base. Wide noodles are our go-to; they give off a fresher vibe even if they’re truly different. The meat was satisfying, not prime cuts, but for the price it’s more than fair. Overall, a hearty, worthy bowl and a great value.
Service was what you’d expect from this type of establishment—efficient in handling our orders. The ambiance was straightforward, with a simple design and no unnecessary frills. Restrooms weren’t filthy like a gas station, but they could benefit from some upkeep.”
“The eggs here are good. It's a little less than $2 each egg. The man working spoke mostly Vietnamese, there will be a language barrier for those who don't speak Vietnamese. My only qualm with the place is they don't let you pick which eggs you want. I personally like picking them myself. The eggs were good but a little too mature as there were tiny bones...you could eat it but i prefer not having that texture. But just ask for small ones and they'll be good!”
“The food is amazing, service is on point! Great place to try some of Vietnam’s delicious food!”
Takeout Restaurants
“Quality fresh food for a cheap price! Located next to Starbucks and Subway, this place is owned by a very sweet family. I would definitely recommend getting the chicken beef plate, but everything on their menu is delicious. Support local businesses during this rough time!”
“She doesn’t specialize in pho but this is orange county. It was the best rare beef i’ve ever had. Her broth is peppered with black pepper. I’d recommend lots of lime. The noodles are fresh and not rehydrated.
There was no tendon or tripe in the dac biet. I’d recommend the pho tai if you’re having pho. To the owner I’d recommend just taking the dac biet off the menu. Ppl don’t come for pho dac biet, they come for pho. The pho tai is clearly your best here.”
“Amazing tasting food!
Vegetable Samoosa, Daal Tadhka Lentil, rice, and Naan were delicious. Prices were very good, and very nice clean table settings, plates, and inside. The outside, which looks misleading, is nothing like the clean interior. I highly recommend this restaurant!
For the record, for all other Indian restaurants: Take notice of how Daal Tadhka should be properly cooked and looked like, as was the case at this great restaurant.”
“We run a busy DIY art studio nearby, and Fantastic Cafe is one of our go to places when we get really busy and need something to go, or when we need an extra energy pickup at the start/end of a long day. Our favorite is the two for one hamburger special after 4 PM, but we also love the patty milk with extra onions, the big, hot fries, and breakfast. Watch out for their milkshakes. They’re huge and addicting.”
“We mostly order the matcha storm in this location. But I personally love it. So far one of the best matcha within OC . Especially with the pudding its very nice. My kid loves the strawberry milk tea too. The spot is not too crowded and a lot of parking. They also have lots of promos so dont forget to signup.”
“Was craving for com tam so stopped by here since it was close to where I was. Plenty of parking and clean too. Very nice simple decor, clean, spacious, airy and well kept inside. Plenty of TVs hung around with different channel of cooking or food traveling shown. You ordered on the tablet that they provided along with a menu in case you can do on the tablet. Easy order and quick turn around…the foods look delicious and tasty plus it comes with free veggie soup - a really small soup that you wonder why bother. All are good and tasty plus good portion. I was impressed or really hungry that I cleaned up the plate, except the soup (it was so so). Coffee was good, too much iced. Overall not bad at all.”

“Small, hole-in-the-wall place, but it was AWESOMENESS on a bun! I'd heard about this local legend in the South and had to see what it was all about before heading back up to Monterey. I really do wish the hot dogs were all-beef. The burgers were killer! WE NEED a Monterey or even a San Jose location. Definitely coming back for more!”
“Very chill and clean environment! The staff is very friendly and the wine list is beyond anything you can find locally. Seafood is actually fresh and the owners actually great you! Best place to hangout on Saturdays!”
“I don't eat chicken but I tryed onion ring past few month its amazing . Not fry its bake so no oily. this is the best onion ring I ever eat only this location . I had tryed other location it was not same taste. I bought chicken for my son he said its the best one. by the way my son is very picky about chicken”

“Good egg rolls place with other reasonable & affordable noodles & congee dishes - to go only that is. Outside is abit dirty and outdated but inside is very updated, spacious and cleaned. I been here so many times before (decades ago) for their congee dishes and coffee (they used to have combo). Still very yummy and great, friendly folks working there. I got 5 of combo (shrimps/pork) egg rolls and 5 regular (pork) rolls for less the! $10. Not bad. They also do part trays too.”
“This place is run by an older Vietnamese woman and she’s very sweet. She engaged with the customers and did well at making the drinks. Though my peach iced tea tasted like straight syrup and took a little while, I did appreciate her effort as a small, locally owned bakery. She also had a variety of services and snacks too.”
“This hole-in-the-wall is a treasure. $1.30 per egg roll with tons of variety.
My wife appreciated that they offer vegetarian rolls, but we had to buy minimum 10.
I loved the crab+shrimp+pork roll, though I could not taste the crab.
I'd love to come back to try their large shrimp egg rolls.
Parking is behind the building, as is the ordering window/door.”
“Saying I drove 2.5hrs on a Saturday morning just to have beef stew and bread for breakfast/lunch might throw some people off but honestly its more than worth the drive. I first came to this restaurant with my wife and every other time has been fantastic. The beef stew is absolutely packed with flavor and the meat is very tender. I appreciate the carrots and fresh jalapeños which add texture and some much needed heat to the meal. The baguette was very fresh, crunchy (I guess is the right word) on the outside and so soft in the center. It did a wonderful job of soaking every drop of the stew. I will absolutely be returning any chance I get, even if it means another 2.5hr roadtrip.”
“My husband and I stopped by after seeing Eddie Izzard's Hamlet right down the street. I got the Damon Bruce and my husband got thr Hollywoo. Both were fantastic (though I tried both and think i picked best). The dirty sauce was surprisingly sweet, and the only complaint I have is that it was sweeter than I would have liked. Did not stop me from devouring the deliciousness, though. I will be back if I am in the area again.”
“Would recommend getting food elsewhere like Mike's but I've been coming here since 2014, it's my number one bar to chill and enjoy a couple rounds of billiards. Love the owners and the bartenders, shout out to Cass, Eric, Tess, and Monique. Will continue to be a patron for as long as they stay open.”
“I tried the chicken Banh Mi, it was lovely and delicious. The bread thickness was just right, not overly thick like some other sandwich places where its mostly bread. The chicken was warm not cold which was nice. Very delicious I can't wait for lunchtime tomorrow so I can come back for another sandwich”
“This place has my favorite chicken dishes. When I’m feeling like I need something with broth, I’m going for the pho ga. When I’m feeling for some rice, I pick the com ga chien ( fried chicken rice). They have many other great dishes as well. If you’re in the area, stop by and dine . You won’t be disappointed.”
“This place is miraculous.
This is the best fish and chip left in all of Southern california, with the best most competitive price and a nice quaint restaurant.
I have probably come back here 10-15 times ever since I've written this review - and it only keeps getting better.
If you want to take someone to the best fish and chips in the city, bring them here. This place cannot be beat.
If you have anyone to ask for quality fish and chip in the area, just bring them here. I
promise you - you will be happy.
They have many other things including hush puppies and chicken fingers, but they make the MOST AUTHENTIC ENGLISH fish and chip in the entire Los Angeles area.
BE PATIENT. QUALITY FISH AND CHIP IS DONE RIGHT THERE IN FRONT OF YOU... SO IT'S GOING TO TAKE SOME TIME BUT IT'S WORTH IT”
“Royal the best place you can hangout 👍🏻 good food and the best service ❤️”
Cheap Eats
“I stopped by Lily’s Bakery in Westminster and was really impressed. I tried two different pastries – one filled with chicken and one with coconut – and both were absolutely amazing. The pastry itself was golden, crispy, and flaky, with that perfect balance of texture and flavor. The chicken one was savory and rich, while the coconut one had a slightly sweet, creamy taste that was just as satisfying.
I also ordered a passion fruit drink, which was refreshing and naturally sweet, a perfect match with the pastries. The shop feels like a hidden gem, offering not only these unique pastries but also cakes with a bit of an Australian touch. On top of that, the service was very friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better.
Highly recommend this spot if you’re in the area – it’s one of those bakeries that makes you glad you found it.”
“Food: We tried three things
1) We try the HK style beef chow fun and it was really amazing a must try here. You can taste the charcoal broiled taste and it was well seasoned. Might be a little oily though but the taste is very nice 5/5
2) Next is fish Congee with pork blood on sides. The presentation is nice and taste is average but I try putting little hotsauce and fish sauce to add flavor and it went well 4/5
3) Chinese Donut is a must too. taste blend well with the congee and taste is reallu 5/5.
Service: When we came in it was not too crowded so the order was done pretty fast so service is 5/5
Ambiance: It was nice and clean like typical vietnamese restaurant nothing fancy.
Parking: A lot of parking space.”
“Went to a celebration of life and food is not normally to this quality. It was so good and well presented. I had to ask where it came from. When they told me it was prepped by love, I remembered them from another event that I had the same reaction with different food offering. No matter what they make, it taste and looks great. Awesome caterer 👊❤️”
“This my second time here, and definitely easy going and great service for sure. Easy parking and small menu. The hole in the wall was cute and clean fills with baked goods upon walking in. So I heard that they’re known for the Pate Chaud and baguettes, and they do yummy. I ordered a pate chaud, a sandwich and a sweet treat. Pate Chaud has a great but small portion well mixed meat filling, the crusty pastry was mixed for me, top part was crusty and smell fantastic but as you voted into it, it become tough and abit chewy for me. The bánh mì, for me didn’t do much - just nothing special. The baguette was not hot nor crisp as you bite in it, it was just room temperature. The size is abit smaller then other place with decent price for it. The opera cake was abit disappointed for me, I love love this cake and it was just below average for me, abit sweeter then I would like, the bottom of the cake sticked to the paper and the cake itself was just fell like cake mixed from the box. Just nothing special. The displaced cakes look great so will come back to get them to give a taste another time.”

“Great place for warmly party. Have dancing space. Hope they can have karaoke 🎤”
“Ordered the Pork, so much flavor not just the crispy skin but the meat itself! YuMMM. Ordered a little over half a pound for about $12, it’s a sufficient amount. Sorry not the best pic but I had to eat it!🤣 Togo spot.”
“This place was pretty good but I definitely would make it a take out place since the place seems run down.
Ordered the #4 bo la lot and it was great
#7 duck vermicelli was bad. Smelled terrible like they didn’t wash the duck enough
#10 bun cha was great
Overall would come back for the #4 and #10 but id stay clear of their duck dishes”
“I always come here with my friends. The sushi is definitely the best I have tasted in all of Orange Countyy. The sushi is fresh and it comes out so fast. The staff are very friendly.”
“I frequent Lien Hoa for there roast pork and peking duck which I highly reccomend. The best bang for your buck; roast pig head $10! crispy skin, tender soft fatty meat with tons of flavor!”
“Good food and service.. banh xeo is great and crunchy. Plenty of lettuce 🥬. Will come back again. 😋”
“Tables and chairs are arranged reasonably, not too close together, creating a comfortable space.”
“This restaurant is a hidden gem. The food is great and their prices are very good too. Staff is very friendly and accommodating as well.”
“I ate here and I I flew 2,500 miles from Orlando, FL to Westminster, CA on a business trip and after 2 delays at LAX I finally got home at 2AM and I just woke up and had to tell everyone if you're in town remember to stop by Tan Kim Su on the corner of Bolsa Ave and Ward St!
Seeing the large selection of Vietnamese, Chinese, and Korean restaurants in Westminster/Garden Grove is dizzying. In Orlando we're only a 3 mile strip. Over there from Brookhurst to Bolsa it seems every intersection has 4 corners and 4 strip malls to eat the 4 major Vietnamese categories: banh mi, banh cuon, pho, and ca phe. A lot of them are humble and low key. There is a low key mom and pop charm associated with eating the plain 2010s wood interior with a slightly sticky floor, mismatched ceiling panels, haphazardly painted ceiling speakers, dusty television sets and window frames that haven't been dusted in who knows how long.
You will find many of those places but you can just not find an experience like Tan Kim Su. Big, spacious. grand, white. Luxury. Amazing crab and lobster tank view.
The fried rice was amazingly crisp. The egg noodles were very fresh. It was very clean tasting compared to most places.
It was busy noisy and lively! I came specifically Sunday December 14 around 12:00pm in Cali time. There was a line out the door. I worked restaurants before the pandemic. Some people will down vote your restaurant both if they think you have too few customers and especially if you have a lot of customers! If the sight of a packed, noisy, and busy restaurant scares you more than an empty one, there is probably nothing I can say to convince you. But look at the pictures this place was packed and alive and people are out having the time of their life with the mountains of food on the tables. If you like piece and quiet, maybe not at the hour I went. Look at the line of the door. People want to be here. And I can see why. They certainly aren't in line to ask talk about their 401ks on a Sunday.
And to top it off the owner in red came by our table to make sure everything was going well and it was with our group and associates. I watched she was working there alongside the staff, bussing, moving plates, even serving. She was energetic and charming as expected of any successful hospitality business owner. I once read in a book: people who treat you like they were expecting you/ready for you/waiting for you are the people you want to be around.
I could go on but I won't. But I could. Let me just end with this, if you are in the Westminster area on weekend travel like myself, time and food are precious. Each day you are probably not going to visit more than 3 restaurants (except many dessert places like che or ice cream or smoothie). If you are going to eat somewhere, make it worth it. It's not even that far from Phuoc Loc Tho and instead of eating street food in a gloomy tiny food court with weird drifters talking to themselves you could be enjoying life to its fullest.
Thank you for ending off our now memorable business trip to Westminster, Tan Kim Su Seafood Restaurant located on 10530 Bolsa Ave, Westminster, CA 92683.”

“Ma Juicy – Delicious & Refreshing!
I absolutely loved Ma Juicy! The drinks were so tasty, fresh, and full of flavor. You can really tell they use quality ingredients. Everything tasted perfectly balanced — not too sweet, just right. The presentation was great too, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Definitely my new go-to spot for a refreshing drink 😋🫶”
“The restaurant is located in a small shopping center. The staff is friendly. They serve hot, fresh, delicious fried chicken, wings, shrimp, and garlic noodles. I recommend this business if you're in the Westminster area and looking for good chicken, etc., but come early because they get busy due to limited seating.”

“I was worried that you were closed; I’m glad you just got a new location. Bún măng vịt and vịt salad are always great. I was seated within seconds; the food was ready within a few minutes. I finished them after 15 minutes.
To all of the reviewers, please be kind and patient, always give people a chance to improve if your first impression is not as impressed. Please help keep their business up and running to serve the customers.”
“Excellent Thai and Lao food! Having travelled both countries I have to say this is some of the best legitimate local style food I’ve had outside of Southeast Asia. Highly recommend the Lao sausage and the crispy rice salad”
