“I got the spicy tonkotsu and my mom got the regular tonkotsu. As you can see I ate everything I could and only left some soup but only because I was full!!!
It was absolutely delicious.
My mom and I have had many a ramen, and we rated this on a high level.
Btw- the second bowl still had food but because one of us eats at a regular pace 😅.
It’s clean and tidy with a screen to order for each customer.
Definitely should come here.
Their California roll was also a good option to start our meal.“

“We ordered the gold crunch roll, jalapeno tempura roll, and the curry udon. Overall, everything was flavorful and fresh. I really liked the crunch roll but the udon was amazing. I think you can pass on the jalapeno roll. The service was good too our server was really nice.“

“My child and I moved into the area in late 2022. We've been coming here since the place opened. It's a very nice environment and feel with the music playing. The deals offered are as they say, a deal. I always get the tonkatsu ramen with the chicken karaage. The karaage is very tender and the ramen amazing. I've always had the best service here and food is spectacular. Make sure to always try the deep fried ice cream. I could live off that stuff if I could.“

“The food was bomb! The fish was so fresh! And they only use blue fin tuna! It melted in my mouth! I absolutely loved it! The spot is cute! The service was great! They are so attentive! The ramen was rich and flavorful, but the standout for me was the roasted brussels sprouts served in the little black cast-iron skillet. They were perfectly charred and seasoned. I could eat those every single day.

It is rare to find a place that hits the mark on both atmosphere and quality across the entire menu. We left feeling completely satisfied and are already planning our next visit back.“

Plenty of parking up front and the restrooms were clean.“

“Their Tan Tan Men Ramen are the best! I love how I have the opportunity to customize our ground meat choices (I.e. ground pork or ground chicken). This was the place nearest to us that the ramen pics looked appealing. I have to say the ramen here was amazing. It tasted almost the same to the ramen we tried in our trip to Tokyo. And our server was so nice and attentive. He was so sweet that he gave our mom her drink for free since she wasn’t going to consume food due to not liking ramen but she was accompanying us. “I came here for the chashu ramen. I subbed the soup base to tonkatsu. A few things. I liked the chashu. It has a nice richness about it. Really slick texture. Yummy umami. The tonkatsu broth was really deep. It was very flavorful. The noodles were... ok. I like that it is wavy. But it didn't have the chew. I had hoped for more chewiness. Rather, it was soft and a bit mushy. The service was attentive without being overbearing. Just the right level. And the restaurant was clean.“

“Sushi Mura has the best ramen in Buena Park. This was my first time here. I've been to most ramen places in Buena Park, and didn't realize Sushi Mura is a hidden gem Sushi and ramen place near me.

The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. The menu had more options than I'll ever be able try. I had the special sake and appetiser deal for $30 and was not disappointed.

“A top ramen spot in Orange County located minutes from Downtown Fullerton. Go to dish is the Tonkotsu Ramen. Love the consistency of the noodles and the rich flavored broth. Service is always exceptional with a welcoming atmosphere. I drive past many ramen spots just to come here. That alone should say a lot!“

“Took my mom to try Kopan Sushi & Ramen on Main Street in Alhambra this past Sunday. They have a rear parking lot, but it’s a bit on the smaller side. Luckily, I managed to snag the very last spot. As soon as we walked in, we loved the ambiance. The decor gives off a great vibe that makes you feel like you're in Japan. The service was good too; the staff made us feel very welcome. We were both craving sushi rolls and were happy to find out they had a buy-one-get-one 50% off promotion on their special rolls. I ordered the Baked Scallop California Roll (BSCR) for my mom and the Dragon Roll for myself. The presentation was beautiful, and the ingredients tasted incredibly fresh and delicious. “Kyuramen is such a cute and vibey place. I was super interested in seeing the interior and it was very aesthetic! The decor was pretty, had unique honey comb seating, a bar, and cage area. The parking was smaller and can potentially be packed during peak hours. However, I came for lunch and parking was not an issue.

Got combo meal for two which was only 55$ for two with the choice of the following: ramen, appetizers, drinks, and, desserts. Also ordered the matcha tiramisu. The ramen and appetizers were good. Really liked the dessert (jello and matcha pudding) each one came with a paring sauce - it was not super sweet and pretty refreshing. All of this was a lot of food but was tasty.

The staff were really nice and attentive, making sure we had a good dining experience. Definitely would want to come back and try other things.“

They can get busy at times and you'll experience a short wait if it's only 2 people, if you're going to have a larger party, I highly recommend making reservations as this is a small restaurant.“

“Mixed tempura was delicious (they gatekeep that tempura dipping sauce like nobody's business). Bento box was tasty (salmon was cooked perfectly). The salmon skin roll was well liked by the wife. Loved the fact that Mikomi had Pacifico Beer on tap!!!

There was a barely noticeable wait and we spent it eagerly looking at the menu. Service extremely prompt and scrupulous. Place is a bit small and they fill the space, so be prepared for loud noises. Food came out pretty fast, especially for being slammed, and it was all very, very good! Tried the ramen, udon, and one of the 'baked' rolls. 100% would come back to try more of all of the above!“

Small location and usually always has someone inside but never had to wait more then 10ish minutes every time I've been. I love the hand rolls, sushi rolls, ramen, and their bowls. I have pretty mich tried at least one think from every category and its all pretty much a hit.
Thay creamy sesame sauce I would steal if I could, so yummy on everything. I always order extra as a dipper.
Definitely a staple dinner and date nite location.“

“This is a no-frills simple traditionally Ramen. The interior is clean. The atmosphere is very minimalistic. The surf surf great, including just the flavored water that’s given. Not a fan of the fusion items. However the Ramen is solid. Grape flavor, not too oily. Would highly recommend for those who’ve been to Japan and want to have traditional Ramen. Is a smaller location, it cannot accommodate more than 40 people. They do have to go options. They also have vegetarian and vegan options as well.“

The staff were very kind as well. It happened to be raining when we arrived, and they were nice enough to let us come in a little earlier than opening, which we really appreciated.

I ordered the pork cutlet with curry and the portion was very generous — definitely satisfying and full of flavor. The only small hiccup was that my Diet Coke was forgotten at first, so I had to ask again, but they brought it out shortly after.

“This is a little place but the food is full of flavor and made to order. Im not a sushi person but i did try 2 rolls of sushi and they were super delicious. The service was on point, fast and professional. I've been coming to the restaurant for a couple of years. This establishment has superseded my expectations!
