“I have to admit, I wasn’t expecting the food to be this exceptional. And that is because sometimes chain establishments are not great. However, Camille suggested a couple of dishes for us and they did not disappoint and in fact I would’ve licked the plates if it was publicly appropriate. I highly recommend the biscuits and gravy and short rib hash!!!!! Omg so delicious!! I can’t wait to come back for more!!!“

“Lovely experience here, both the little grocer and bar/restaurant side were delightful with a warm atmosphere. All the staff members were friendly and informative on the menu. The sandwich itself was delish and I wish I lived here to try more of the menu. “This place is amazing. The decor, the lighting, the ambiance, it's perfect. The bartenders are great and the drinks are incredible. Do you want an actually good dirty Martini? They have one on the menu! The margaritas and (true) classic cocktails are great too. The music is top notch too with an in-house DJ on the days I've been there, but I will say it's too way too loud on the lounge side of the bar. The dance floor is small but poppin, but the lounge side is a bunch of people leaning too far forward in their chairs and attempting to scream at each other over the music. We left with sore throats just having normal conversation, lol. That's the only point to dock, please mildly adjust the sound system on the one side of the house.“

“Every time I’ve been at Black bar a very enjoyable experience, it has a wonderful selection of whiskey which I drink. They have wonderful, creative cocktails that I’ve tried and never been disappointed. The pizza is wonderful as well. Please try it. “To John Hansen, My wife and I would like to thank you for such a lovely evening. Chez Bacchus represents the “True Expression of a Dining Experience”. Starting with the welcoming staff at the entrance. John, your hospitality is the beginning of the joyful experience. The restaurant is so elegant. We enjoyed the vaulted ceilings with wood beams. We enjoyed the large window at the kitchen area so you can see the Chefs at work. We got to sit next to the impressive wine rack display. The restaurant’s ambiance wouldn’t be complete without the soft background music. Our waiter, Issac, was a delight. He provided us with his expertise in choosing our wines, appetizers, entrees, and desserts. It was a pleasure to meet to give special thanks to the Chef, Danny Le and Su Chef, Donald. Their expertise is why we had an amazing and delicious dinner.“

“The atmosphere is popping here! Excellent DJ, very welcoming people, and good vibes. The only downside is that it is a very small place for the number of people that arrive; no dance floor, only one pool table, and hard to order a drink because of the very crowded bar. However, it is a very good spot for the Black community and for anyone, of course. Everyone was so happy to be here. This was my first time visiting, and I am confident I have found a new local to hang out at.“

“Hands down, Smog City is the best beer and customer service in Bixby. A great chill spot to hang out. All their beer tenders are amazing, knowledgeable, and friendly. “This place is really growing. I went to their opening and since then started going to the weekly trivia events. It’s a really fun brewery atmosphere, lowkey local and good beer on tap. On the Tuesday trivia nights they have a food truck come. Definitely a great addition to the downtown San Pedro area.“

“Just went to blondies yesterday! Saturday night around 9:30 pm. It's a nice bar! More standing space than seating. There is outside seating but it was taken up when we arrived there and it didn't seem to free up by the time we left.Age range is millennials, maybe some college students.Music is a bit loud if you are trying to have a conversation, but overall its fun! They got games playing and I think you can have lil birthday gatherings there? There was a small birthday hang out when we were there which was really cute.Overall, good bar, would come back.“

We went Saturday night 11-9-2024 to see the tribute band Live Forever a tribute to Oasis and what a show so good the singer nails it it was like Liam was right there in the flesh. The bartenders are top notch very attentive always making sure you don't have an empty drink. And they know How to pour and me she drinks properly. The owner is a cool guy and old skate boarder he's not that old but he was telling me about the bad it's a family business very cool guy. Its a fun hang all the people in there were nice.
