“Xochipili is delicious. We had Three taco fiestas (I had potato, carne asada, fish, and chicken tinga) and all were fresh , hot, flavorful, and delicious. The corn tortillas are also fresh and taste homemade. We also had the chicken taquitos which were hot, crispy, and flavorful. The decor is cute and feels very Mexican village authentic. Best tacos in the west valley for sure!“

“Gourmet food court with a relevant bar. How can it go wrong? It doesn't. Everything I've tried so far is top notch, inventive, and delicious. Incredible pizza from D Town, and great sushi from Temaki. And I'm a sushi snob. Downside is that it's all kind of pricey, but it's worth it.“

“Great drinks! A little loud inside but they have a great outside patio where you can play some games and chat. Inside they got gaming consoles and games to play at the booths! Great activities to do while you wait, and the staff are very attentive! Loved the calm fun “

“My boyfriend and I love to come here for local eats. They have a good variety of beer from the valley which I like too. Michies are 10/10 ! Wednesday night they have whisky flights. I love places that have different specials each night. Menu is small but lots of good stuff on it! We were in the mood for a burger so we came here and it did not miss ! We were pleased with our order. Order the garlic toast with the dip 10/10! Fresh chips 10/10 service is okay the bartender seemed a little distracted that night but it's okay we're all human and I get it. It did not ruin the experience. I also say this place is cute for a date night or girls night as well for something local and fun!“

“I've been coming here to Bodevi many times this past year. I was so stoked when I found out they serve wine AND espresso. I initially was drawn to their WINE FLIGHTS and VEGAN CHARCUTERIE. But lately maybe because of the cold weather I've been craving their LOX & CREAM CHEESE TOAST and BLUEBERRY GINGER LATTE. They pay really great attention to detail because my lox toast is perfectly spread all the way to the edges. The salmon perfectly scrunched for texture (not just laid out flat) and topped with sliced red onions. Then drizzled with oil I think and perfectly garnished with dill and capers...yumm!! Love the orange slices as well! The blueberry ginger latte is so unique and pretty! It has a richness to it like mocha but perfectly balanced. I get mine with oat milk. And I love seeing actual blueberries on it to give it a nice finishing touch. Get this before they switch out their seasonal menu! Once the weather warms up I may go back to trying their wine flights again. I recommend THE DAVID BOWIE so you can have the assortment of white, rose, and red if you're trying their wines for the first time. Other items I definitely recommend are the BURRATA PISTACHIO SANDWICH (I get mine minus the prosciutto to make it vegetarian) , the VEGAN DELI SANDWICH, and the DEVILED EGGS. You can't go wrong with those. They're delicious! They even have an assortment of board games, chess, and checkers that you can play in the private room in the back. So chic and charming for big parties! Service is wonderful! My lattes always come out perfect here made by Caleb and Melissa! And like I said they pay attention to detail. There's also a self serve water station by the bar. Parking is FREE in the back parking lot. Front parking you have to pay for with coins not credit cards. Such an absolute GEM in San Fernando!“

“I had so much fun watching the 49ers here on Sunday. Such great vibes and I am definitely looking forward to watching the Super Bowl at the oaks. Solid group of San Francisco fans and the game is on a lot of TVs so you can see it all from any seat. Hannah the bartender is rad!“

“MY FAVORITE LA BAR!!! My review is loooong overdue as I've been coming here for years. I've moved further South on Ventura but I still manage to come to what I feel is my home in bar form. I'm a woman who loves mixology and good bartending and most bars are extremely male centric. TLP is great for women and men. It wouldn't surprise me that many women love this bar. You will hear everyone mention "the feel" of the bar and it's because they seem to consistently hire AMAZING BAR AND WAIT STAFF. Kudos to management for keeping such excellent consistency. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME..I come to the bar I sit at the bar and get an INCREDIBLE convo from the bartenders. They always serve me the most fantastic drinks and make me feel like a FUGGIN QUEEN. I love them so much for this. They manage people well and that's hard to come by. Even if I've had a bad day they seem to always say the thing that lifts my spirits -- it's wild. “Excellent food, I had the smash burger, my friend the blackened salmon. It was a fun and really loud crowd. No problem getting seated. The staff was very professional and no pressure.Parking: Valet fills up quickly at busy times. I was so full they had to close it before I arrived. Very little street parking at busy times, and the area looks a little suspect.“

“I hosted my 70th birthday on Easter Sunday at Corbin Bowl. Every Corbin staff member I dealt with in planning & executing this event were wonderful! I loved the venue because it has a 60's vibe. It is all about bowling. But they also have a bar area, food selections were good, and the game room was great for the kids. Definitely 5 star worth rating?“

“My companion and I ordered the rack of lamb, which came with mashed potatoes and vegetables. The lamb was delightfully seasoned and so tender! The mashed potatoes, though a small portion, were delicious, as were the fresh vegetables, broccoli and carrots.  For dessert we ordered carrot cake. What a huge portion !!  It tasted fresh and quite yummy! Our server was excellent, and kept coming around to see if we needed anything. “Bar Louie is fun they have a DJ on Fridays and Saturdays. There is no cover and every time I've been there I've been seated very quickly. There's ample parking and the plus is there is also Yard house around the corner. I usually order the Dos Sauz margarita. The truffle fries are delicious as well. “Was told the kitchen was already closed when we arrived but then a group of 3 that walked in after us was able to order some fries which is what we had wanted. Got an old fashioned and a Diablo. Old fashioned was good and on the stronger side. Karaoke was going on. There were a lot of people but had no trouble getting a seat and it didn't feel crowded. The bartender (I think Mike?) was nice and checked in even though it was busy.“

“Islands is a classic family favorite. I miss the giant birds that they had at the old location back in the day, however the modern day Islands is fresh take on the beachy island vibe of yesteryear. They have a spacious outdoor patio, bar space and plenty of booths inside. The menu has changed quite a bit over time (they have a burrito on the menu now?), but they are typically known for their burgers and fries. Their fries are so good and they always come in a large portion. I can never get enough! I ordered the big wave and the kid's burger for my son. For your burger you have a choice of bun (wheat or white) or you can do it lettuce wrapped. I thought the kids menu had a lot of great options for littles. My son really liked his side of pineapple! However his burger was SO salty. It was saltier than my big wave burger was, so not sure if this was a fluke or the kids burgers are just saltier. Didn't love it. I enjoyed my big wave. It's exactly what you would expect and the veggies on it tasted crisp and fresh. Service was great too! Our waiter was very friendly and attentive. Overall the restaurant was clean and the atmosphere is enjoyable. I come here more for the nostalgia of it but I do crave their fries often!“

“Instant replay is a chill bar if you want to have a drink with some friends. The bartender was friendly and really cool. They had some cool music playing and also have a jukebox that you can request songs on. They have a good selection of beers on tap so I'm sure you'll be able to find something you'll like. Definitely the kind of place you can go to and just hang out especially for the price. Just don't forget to tip your bartenders.“

“It's a cozy little local bar. Not that big inside but they've added a stage in corner and have karaoke on Friday and Saturday and open mic comedy on Sunday night. I used to come here twenty-five years ago and except for the bartender, the customers, and the stage it's the same old place. Nice to know that.“

She ordered chicken and shrimp fajitas and I had the salad with shrimp. The shrimp on my salad was one of the best shrimps I have ever had it was absolutely delicious. My salad tasted very organic and fresh I would get it again. This place can be expensive but it is pretty delicious“
