“I went to this coffee shop for the first time today to meet up with a coworker. It was pretty busy in there, so a little noisy, but so bad that I couldn't hear my coworker.

The coffee was so-so. I'm used to more strong coffee. I got a mocha, but it mostly tastes like flavored milk.

The maple pecan scone, however, completely makes up for the so-so coffee. It is amazeballs. Plenty of pecans and the maple icing on top is just enough. Not too sweet. And the scone isn't too dry. It crumbles well enough that you can pull it apart to eat it in smaller bites.

I'd be willing to go back and try a different coffee to see if it was perhaps a one-off.“

“What a lovely little gem!! We had a quick stop to water my dog and get myself a little pick me up and this popped up on google as the closest spot. Very friendly and helpful girl served us and was incredibly courteous. I had the wildflower with a shot and she recommended a spice on top which was like the cherry on top, so delicious!! My first time trying hemp milk as well, as recommended by her, and fantastic option! They have a loyalty program via punch card so another reason I can’t wait to come again! “Too many coffee shops in the Springs to tolerate poor business practices. Your employees, including your manager, do not know how to make the box of Joe or do a refund? If that is in fact, true, it should be taken off the menu as you are setting your employees up for failure. Only one employee working Saturday at 9. The owner said I should have be tolerant because they are a small family business. Wow. Just shocked at his approach and this validated my opinion of a poorly executed business plan. I am very surprised you are still in business. You might want to invest in a real point of cell platform. If you have to go into the backend to do a refund that leaves you employees in a bind. Some additional training on customer service might be impactful as well. Some advice… Employees should not greet people when they walk in with… You’re just gonna have to wait. All of these. People are in front of you. That has the potential to make a customer who spent $57 online for your coffee. When you couldn’t produce, I requested a refund and was told by your employee that she doesn’t know how to do the refunds either. And then, I was told by the manager you had to go in on the back-end to get a refund. That’s ridiculous. At least invest in Square if you aren’t going to train your employees.“

“Good little Starbucks right in the corner. It does not have a drive-thru. The morning I went there there was some young lady working and she was totally killing it. She was doing the work of four people. I did not catch her name but whoever she is she's amazing“
