“Too many coffee shops in the Springs to tolerate poor business practices. Your employees, including your manager, do not know how to make the box of Joe or do a refund? If that is in fact, true, it should be taken off the menu as you are setting your employees up for failure. Only one employee working Saturday at 9. The owner said I should have be tolerant because they are a small family business. Wow. Just shocked at his approach and this validated my opinion of a poorly executed business plan. I am very surprised you are still in business. You might want to invest in a real point of cell platform. If you have to go into the backend to do a refund that leaves you employees in a bind. Some additional training on customer service might be impactful as well. Some advice… Employees should not greet people when they walk in with… You’re just gonna have to wait. All of these. People are in front of you. That has the potential to make a customer who spent $57 online for your coffee. When you couldn’t produce, I requested a refund and was told by your employee that she doesn’t know how to do the refunds either. And then, I was told by the manager you had to go in on the back-end to get a refund. That’s ridiculous. At least invest in Square if you aren’t going to train your employees.“

“I didn't realize it when I bought it, but the scones I bought was frozen solid. I didn't expect it to be made in- house, but i did expect to be able to eat it while I was having coffee with my friend. Sneer offered to warm it up, but it would've tasted even worse after a round in the microwave.
The coffee was pretty good. Nothing to get really excited about. I'm not sure about the Hawaiian theme. There's nothing from Hawaii in the store, certainly not the coffee. It's just a franchise. If their store had some roots there, they definitely left after they decided to mass market the name. Nope it's just hoaky.
The stage was friendly. They were happy to serve me as soon as they were done chatting. I didn't have to stand at the counter looking at them for too long.
If you're in the area and want to grab a quick coffee, this is a good option. It's also a good choice is you want to sit down with a friend. But if you want something authentic or really good, you're gonna need to keep p looking.“

“I have been using Spanish Peaks Coffee since 2008. I have used them as my roaster since the original owners to Adam the second owner and the new owners they have now. Not one time has the quality faltered!!!! The Benevito Espresso is superior and I get compliments continuously from customers stating that it’s one of the best they have had. I highly recommend them for your roasting needs!!! Consistency and quality and amazing flavor!!!!“

If you want to see unfriendly, stuck up snowflake baristas, I suggest you go to California. The crew that I observed at this location ALL we're hardworking and ALL we're friendly and customer focused.Coming from an era where you could go to a tabletop counter and order a nickel cup of coffee to seeing a cup of coffee be over $5 I think people need to get a perspective on what exactly the services that they are looking for.“

“I love Dutch but today was let down. Got my drink wrong with size didn't even offer to fix just said oh I checked with you several times with you. When I don't remember even being asked about my size. I would have paid the difference but no offer at all to fix the size issue. Normally they would be right on that. Just not today. I went today mainly to try one of the new soft tops. I go about 2 to 3 times a week. Haven't had this issue before. I just was let down today.“
