“I was born and raised in KCMO, where BBQ is taken seriously. We have made it our mission to find the best BBQ in the Thornton/Denver area. We've gone to a lot of places, but lo and behold, the best BBQ came to us when we discovered this little gem of a food truck parked up the street from us. Everything we have had here has been top notch. The meats are infused with a wonderful smokey flavor, and seasoned/sauced perfectly. The beans are some of the best I have had. Mario is one of the nicest, friendliest people you could ever want to meet. If you're looking for some exceptional BBQ I highly recommend this truck.“

The Lemon Pepper Sauce is amazing - it's like a traditional hot sauce but it better! The ribs were fire, again the sauce was amazing. We got the mac and cheese and corn as our sides. I loved the corn!! The indoor area is pretty large but it can get a little Smokey in there. We sat outside there were a few tables and get's some sun in the afternoon. As you would expect from the title, the means were extremely saucy!!! They do catering as well. This is going to be a go to spot for us, I would venture to say some of the BEST WINGS in Denver!“

When visiting Denver for my anniversary we decided to check this place out and have it delivered to our hotel room. I will say whoever made this food took me home, they had to either lived in or was raised in the south cause that was some of the best bar-b-q I've had since leaving back home. Lots of colors on the buildings help make the space more inviting. Many of the buildings have super high ceilings with very pretty wood trusses; cool architectural feature.There's a parking lot that runs down the middle, in between the rows of businesses, and another lot on the south side.“

“We ate at this mom-and-pop shop for Saturday lunch. We ordered the duck, chicken, and roast pork combo; half a pound of crispy pork; shrimp chow fun; and garlic sauce bok choy. Service is quick and to the point, but friendly and welcoming. Our food was high quality and honestly the prices were hard to believe they were so good. Everything was full of flavor and the portions were large. We did dine-in and our food was served in to-go containers but not bagged like takeout orders. Bottled beverages are available. There was a busy line the whole time we were here. I would definitely go back.“
