Pancake lovers: try the Lemon Soufflé Pancakes, there’s just the right amount of citrus in these decadent fluffy pancakes. Vegans & avo toast lovers try the Avocado Toast. Plentiful, perfectly seasoned mashed avocado with feta & pickled onions on house baked bread is superb. Another vegan option is the Warrior Pudding Bowl, this healthy dish is super flavorful, light yet filling. Ingredients include quinoa, hemp, chia & oat. The Nell’s famous Hot Cocoa is rich, creamy & a quintessential tribute to Valrhona’s top of the heap chocolate. The recipe includes half & half, sugar, Valrhona cocoa powder & chocolate. It’s unreal! I’m a pastry fanatic so I always can’t wait to hear what flavor hand pie (pop tart esque) is on the menu. I also stash one in my ski back pack, makes the chairlift ride even more fun!“

“’m always looking for some place different to eat, to stay, to do, when we travel. I’m not sure how I even found this restaurant but I’m sure part of the attraction was a black owned business in Aspen. MAWA’s Kitchen is like striking gold in the mountains of Colorado. Every dish was excellent, from the Brussel Sprout Caesar to the Two Roots Sautéed Greens, pure heaven in your mouth. For our entrees Conrad chose the Red Snapper. It was served on top of some Zaalouk, which is a Moroccan salad of cooked eggplant and tomatoes. Delicious. I chose the West African Gumbo. The flavors meshed together perfectly and had a little spicy Andouille sausage to kick it up a notch. The servers were great and they even gave me a dessert for my birthday. I would definitely recommend this for a great dining experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stopped by for brunch today, another excellent meal. Got to meet Mawa. Such a great place. “A group of friends and I had dinner here back in November 2023 and I have to say the food here was absolutely spectacular. I've been to several other restaurants in both Aspen and Vail and when it comes down to quality, freshness, and taste, Meat & Cheese is at the top of the list. Some of my favorites on the menu were the steak board, the espresso martinis, and the Vietnamese coffee crème brûlée.“

“The food is off the charts and for the first time we had the artichoke heart bruschetta and it was to die for! My husband's daughter's favorite dish is the lasagna but I have never had it until our guest brought some back to our home so when they left I tried it and no question the best I have ever had!! Very smooth melts in your mouth is the only way I know how to describe it!“

“I had my first experience at Boat Tow last night and it was amazing! I am crushed it's going to be closing at the end of August. I wish I'd discovered it sooner. Our server could not have been more gracious and friendly, and the food was delicious. Unfortunately, Aspen is expensive and I'm sorry the operating company, Gravity Haus is unable to continue operating to in our town due to the high cost of doing business. A huge loss.“

“Everyone enjoyed their delicious meals. We had the scallops which were perfectly cooked and paired with smooth sweet potato puree and tender carrots, a burger, again, perfectly cooked, a wedge salad with shrimp and a pho bowl. We are regular visitors to WCB and the food was maybe the best we've had here. Our waiter was efficient and friendly.“

“As far an on-mountain “fast-food” goes, this place is up there! The Apple Strudel, which was highly recommended, was good, but could have been warmer. I had the hot-dog, very good and bigger than a normal hot-dog. Staff were friendly and the service was fast. Hard to find seating during prime lunch hours, but we managed to find a good seat. Views are fantastic.“

“This little hide away bar is cozy and personal. It was a treat to stop here. We came all the way from Parker because of a Tiktok and it did not disappoint! We met and chatted with the owner/manager and he indulged our mutual love of K Pop music by playing some K Pop music while we ate! Such a great experience! If we are ever in the area again, we will come back!“

“We had an amazing anniversary dinner tonight. The evening started with a warm greetings by the staff, with 3 of them wishing us a happy anniversary. We had a delicious dinner starting with the butter lettuce salad followed by our pork entrees. Service was great-our waiter was attentive and water glasses kept full and they swept the crumbs off the table after the dinner course. They have a great wine list as well as some excellent cocktails. We happen to be gluten free and we had the best ever gluten free bread along with their own freshly churned butter. The pork entree was delicious and very creative with a delicious reduction sauce. Finally they brought us dessert-an amazing pavlova plus home made sorbet. Everything was so fresh and delicately prepared. This restaurant ranks right up there with Michelin 1 and 2 star restaurants we happen have eaten in elsewhere. Overall, highly recommended for a wonderful dinner.“

“This is in the W hotel. Definitely other reviews about it feeling like a night club are accurate. We still decided to go. The food was excellent and service was also great. I'm sure this turns into a party spot later in the evening. Overall a good time but if you're looking for a casual restaurant vibe, this may not be it.“
