I had the BEST experience at my local Starbucks today! The whole crew was absolutely amazing — so friendly, welcoming, and sweet. A special shout-out to Stenfani, who went above and beyond! I accidentally dropped my drink, and without hesitation, they remade it for me with such kindness and zero judgment. That level of customer service is rare and truly appreciated. This location is now my favorite — not just for the delicious drinks, but for the incredible people who make every visit a bright spot in my day. Thank you for being the BEST team ever!“
“This location is open for walk in but not sit in and also drive through. I ordered using the Starbucks app and then went inside. Social distancing is practiced and the servers wear masks. They were out of the chocolate croissant I wanted but they allowed a substitution. There were a lot of cars in the drive through. I definitely recommend ordering ahead using the app to cut down on wait time if you walk up. Or even in the drive through as this location is still fairly busy. The servers were friendly and efficient. It was a little sad that I couldn’t sit down and just relax. But after yoga my little almond croissant and venti very berry hibiscus was refreshing and the breakfast I needed. It also made the tire rotation more pleasant. I’m so glad my boss gave my a gift card so I could enjoy a little break.“
“The day I was there, service and product was excellent! I met a friend and we were both treated so well and totally enjoyed our drinks. We sat and chatted for several hours. During that time, we watched how the team treated others and it was always respectful and friendly. We'll be going back!“
“This Starbucks stands out, as a great place to meet friends and business prospects. They have wood panels dividers that really help with sound and echo. It's noisy, but you can still carry on a conversation. The tables are not close to each other, good for privacy, and they have plenty of outdoor seating.“
“Well located off of I-25 & Arapahoe. The positive, plenty of seating, the negative, so busy with drive through that they loose focus on in-store customers. It took me 15 minutes to get my drink, and I'd probably still be waiting I'd I hadn't said something.“
“If I could give Nancy's customer service 100 stars, I would. Good customer service is hard to come by, especially at 6am and Nancy is gold!! I don't go to this location often and because of how well I was treated by Nancy I most certainly will be back! Thank you, Nancy! And the pistachio latte was great🥰“
“I go here all the time and some of the baristas know me like Doga. as much as I love it there manager seems to be a rude person to her baristas and to customers other that there manager I would have given 5 stars she just doesn’t have a nice enough mentality to make it 5 stars. Recommendation is to get a pumpkin spice frappuccino double blended.“
“I love this Starbucks. It’s convenient as it’s right by my job, and they never miss. Every time I go here Im greeted with amazingly positive attitudes and they greet me by name at the window when Im picking up a mobile order. Many of their employees have come to recognize me and always have something nice to say or they pass on their positivity and it really goes a long way. By far my favorite Starbucks to visit 💚“
“I love ordering at the drive thru at this Starbucks location as they always get my orders accurate every time. They are also fast. Whenever I go inside they prepare my orders quickly and have a nice selection of coffee related merchandise and are happy to answer my questions.“
