It typically comes with shrimp and vegetable tempura, rice, soup or salad (both if you get the salmon bento), and 4 pieces of either tuna roll or California roll.

Also love that there is hardly ever a long wait, that there are lots of table options, and that the vibe is casual. Service is also awesome.“

“Stopped in after a haircut next door at cedar, it wasn't busy in the late afternoon early eve which was really nice. I had Kin Nori Bar on my radar so it was a happy accident to be right next door. It was dark and chill which I loved. The menu is super minimal which is a good sign in my opinion.
Everything I had was amazing, I was so impressed, the toro with caviar was a perfect bite and the unagi was so light and buttery! Everything was really fresh and high quality. The waitress was lovely and the chefs on display were amazing. I can't wait to come back again for a date night!“

“My husband and I were craving a warm and delicious pho. Umami sushi and pho, a brand-new establishment in town, exceeded our expectations from the moment we entered. The aroma of delectable and fresh food was exceptional. We ordered a couple of pho and the broth's flavor was intensely delicious and warming. The fresh vegetables tasted remarkably fresh. The entire venue was nice and neat, and the staff were very friendly, making us feel at home. We will definitely return soon, eager to try their sushi. I highly recommend stopping by for succulent pho and sushi. Umami Sushi bar and Pho es Nuevo aquí en Aurora, fuimos por primera vez y pasó la prueba del sabor. El caldo tenía mucho sabor y sustancia. “7/10. Air conditioned toilet, enough said. Just that.. the urinal is behind that right toilet stall door, which is slightly inconvenient.. having a door you pushed aside slowly greet your bum halfway taking a piss.

Anyways, food was good! Chinese operators serving Japanese, which.. is a lot more common than first expected here. Sashimi was fresh, though the lunch sashimi set doesn’t even come with a bowl of rice, which $4? That’s a bad indicator. Still, eel sushi was average but hit the spot.

Vibe was alright, not too crowded around 1pm. Spent about $40+ for the sushi, and sashimi lunch set - though you get a free salad or miso soup. A bit much for one person, for one meal. So don’t come expecting to be filled for cheap. You can probably get away with spending around $20 if you weren’t a hungry fella like I was that day.

Overall not too bad, but not good enough to warrant the journey to come all the way here, unless of course, I was already serendipitously nearby. Enjoy.“

“Truly the best sushi in Denver and one of my most favorite restaurants ever! I absolutely love the heaven Roll and the Taki black pepper tuna rolls! I have gone to many coastal restaurants that serve sushi and none of them compare to Shiso sushi bar! They also have some nice non-fish items such as the teriyaki chicken bowl, my friend had ordered that before and it was really good! They truly are one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to. They take extra precaution for cleanliness, customer service and quality of their food and I appreciate that so much! I often times will order their food to go as well and it always is a hit! Their dining service is nice as well and there is quite a bit of parking which is always a convenient addition to any restaurant. The owner Ken is a great guy and always remembers us and truly appreciates his customer base. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone and like I said it’s one of my favorites! It’s also very close to Sloans Lake which is the perfect activity to do before dining in, check them out!“
