“I love the hideout, it's a small and unassuming spot just off the main street of crested butte. The food there is the absolute best with a great selection of Asian fusion but also more traditional meals like burgers for those that may want to simplify. The quality of the ingredients is definitely noteworthy. Their vegetables are too notch and they source really great quality meats.

It is some what of a cramped place just because it's so small, that aspect was not my vibe and I also got the impression that the staff was spread a little thin. We had a great waiter but he seemed like he was definitely juggling a lot of different tables because we didn't see him much. I was also surprised to find that they don't do refills on fountain drinks, but they definitely keep the complimentary water going.

The hideout is definitely worth the visit, I'm not sure it's my personal vibe but compared to most spots I feel like the quality is worth the expense. Definitely a solid restaurant to check out”

“Excellent, authentic Thai food. I grew up eating Thai food every day (my mom is Thai), and the pad see ewe and panang curry literally tasted like mom made it. We’re definitely coming back!”

“We walked into Izakaya Cabin and felt like we were right back in Hokkaido. Authentic atmosphere for sure. We had a reservation, and the host seated us at a great table in the sushi loft that matched our reservation. Our server, Olivia, provided some of the best service we’ve had anywhere despite some challenges at some of her other tables. Great menu tour, and the specials from her as well. Drinks were amazing, Sake flight was top notch and included one of my all time favorites - Pearls of simplicity - (a sake I have given as a gift to a mentor from Sapporo), and the shave ice cocktails are unique and well done. The food was amazing. Highly recommend for an authentic Japanese cuisine experience.”

“THE best meal we had in Crested Butte this trip! Grounded in the owner’s great-grandmother’s sourdough starter (named “Trisha”, because OF COURSE), this woman-owned gem is deliciousness at every turn. From the sourdough with black garlic butter to the house-made pasta to the flatbreads and finally bread pudding, everything was PERFECTION - well balanced, indulgent, DELICIOUS. And the wait staff were awesome too (thanks, Abby!). Don’t miss this spot!”

“The hummus and pita on the happy hour was delicious. The Paradise Punch was also very good. My husband had the pulled pork pita on the happy hour menu and a blonde ale which were also delicious. Will come back.”

“Absolutely remarkable food! I traveled from Texas to Crested Butte expecting something to fill me up and left astounded with the meal I received. I have had Mongolian Beef everywhere and it’s all the same. Not here! The marinated meat was something I did not expect surrounded by onions. You have to try this place! Wife loved it, kids loved it. Portions are huge! I pray this restaurant does well here in Crested Butte!”

“This is without a doubt my favorite spot in Colorado. The views are amazing and the service is fantastic. The bar closes at 3 pm each day, so we typically make sure we arrive here from wherever we are on the mountain by 2:30. We grab a pretzel, bowl of chili or a hotdog from the walk up window then get a cocktail from Larry and Liz in the heated Yurt bar so we can enjoy the sun and people watching for an hour or so before heading home for the day. I HIGHLY recommend a Bloody Mary from Larry, he says he makes them with love but really he means he makes them spicy and with plenty of vodka. We spend New Years and spring break in CB every year and Larry and Liz are the best bar tenders on the mountain, can wait to see them again in December.I gave the food a 3 star but not because it's bad food, it's only because there aren't many options. I wish they would put an outdoor grill up there so I could get a cheeseburger!”

“If you are starving and need a solid burrito this is your spot. They make a chain like chipotle look like child's play. Highly recommend the fajita burrito and the chipotle hot salsa. The vibes in here are always immaculate.”

“Who knew that some of the best Tiki cocktails would be in Crested Butte, CO? My husband and I were blown away, not only by the incredible flavor palette and healthy ingredients, but also the mixologists at the bar were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Sara was absolutely fantastic — could not give a higher recommendation.”

“Our breve lattes were delicious and they had a couple of gluten free pastries but there is cross contamination. They aren’t wrapped they are in the same area as the gluten ones. I saw the guy grabbing it from the display ones.”

“Great place to grab sandwiches. They do have some heat and serve and other specialty grocery items as well, though we've just tried the sandwiches. The food was fresh, everyone working there is nice.
There are a couple of small tables inside, but it's a pretty cozy space, really best for a grab and go. But plenty of wonderful places around to take your sandwiches to!”

“Was spending a few days in mt crested Butte and took a ride up to Gothic had some coffee at the coffee lab best coffee I’ve ever had went back three days in a row!”

“The food, the coffee and the smoothies were all top notch. I highly recommend stopping in here if you’re in town. I’m not for sure if it was the owner that I spoke to or not, but she gave me a perfect little spot for my family and I to have our breakfast where it was just us, to soak in the views of the mountains.”
