“We walked into Izakaya Cabin and felt like we were right back in Hokkaido. Authentic atmosphere for sure. We had a reservation, and the host seated us at a great table in the sushi loft that matched our reservation. Our server, Olivia, provided some of the best service we’ve had anywhere despite some challenges at some of her other tables. Great menu tour, and the specials from her as well. Drinks were amazing, Sake flight was top notch and included one of my all time favorites - Pearls of simplicity - (a sake I have given as a gift to a mentor from Sapporo), and the shave ice cocktails are unique and well done. The food was amazing. Highly recommend for an authentic Japanese cuisine experience.”

“We did not get to try many dishes here but the braised beef noodle was really good. I also loved the Thai tea - not many places can make it as authentic and perfect as they did here! We also tried the drunken noodle which was good but not great in my opinion. I would have liked to try more dishes here but maybe the next time. I definitely recommend this place!”

Combo plate was phenomenal and kept me going all day feeling great like good food does. The spicy sauce was extraordinary and they will put it on the side if you like.”

“Exceptionally refreshing take on American-Nepali fusion food. Bold flavors of Nepal with a slight American twist and each Dish feels authentic and very delicious. Do not forget to try their MoMo and Chow-Mein. Also the elegant setting with the bar sets it apart from rest of the restaurants around. The portion size was generous. The staff and service was top notch. Definitely a must try if you are in CB.”

“Graham was an amazing server! He was quick to respond to all of our requests and was very accommodating! We really enjoyed having him as our server! Also, the ambience was amazing. We arrived a little after four and the doors to the dining room were open and there was a band playing outside. It really felt like we’re on vacation, even though we live in the Gunnison Valley :-) Our guests commented on how good the food was, and we really appreciate the fact that we were able to bring our own cake… which we shared with others at another table and with Graham and the people in the kitchen :-) It was a wonderful birthday celebration for my husband! Thank you so much!”

“I visited both coffee shops on this corner. I preferred Rumors overall. The coffee was 7% less expensive than the place next door. The inside space was more spacious. And although they didn't have my drink on the menu they made it for me. They offered breakfast items as well. Definitely seemed more family friendly with a bookstore inside and workplace meeting spaces. The barista was super friendly and accommodating.”

“Had a great experience at McGill’s in Crested Butte! The food was solid. Tried a bison burger for the first time and definitely did not disappoint! It had plenty of flavor and was a great choice.

The customer service was excellent. Our waiter was polite, outgoing, and attentive, which made the experience even better.

The restaurant stays pretty busy, so be prepared for around a 20–30 minute wait, especially during peak times. It seemed like a great spot for parties of around 4, and the atmosphere was welcoming and laid-back.

Overall, great food, great service, and a fun Crested Butte experience. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in town! 🍔🏔”
