“Delicious, high-quality breads, pastries, and cookies. We regularly purchase the sourdough loaf with seeds. The flavor is slightly nutty and smooth. The texture is soft and chewy on the inside while being nice and crunchy on the outside. We also really like the croissants with filling—my personal favorite is the passion fruit cream croissant. Other notable pastries are the almond croissant, pain au chocolat, and the savory cubano ham and cheese pastry. The ambiance is cozy and inviting. The staff is always so friendly. We are regulars for a reason! One of the best bakeries in town.“

“The Flour Shop Colorado provided the dessert for my son and daughter-in-law’s rehearsal dinner. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. The chocolate chip cookie cake and other assorted cookies were a hit with all of our guests.“

“Ammonia reminds me of the Greek bakery in Chicago near where I was born 78 years ago. Its plain, unpretentious interior and hearing people speak Greek while enjoying their pastries and coffee give it a very warm charm for me. And they have the best spanakopita and yalaktaboureko.“

“Reunion is the best bakery in the state of Colorado, hands down. This bread is the only thing keeping me sane during quarantine. They always have a wonderful variety of delicious breads, but recently on the weekends, they've been offering bundles that are so much fun and a welcomed break in the monotony of a covid world. Recently I purchased a bread and butter flight (!!!! I know!) And they had a memorial weekend package with meat from a local butcher, veggies, pickles and aioli from acorn. I don't care that I can't go anywhere for the holiday, I'm taken away by reunion! Plus they had brioche buns in the package, which I'm making lobster roll (buns?) with! Their staff is wonderful and help out in any way they can. They now offer local deliveries too! I want to be selfish and keep them a secret, but they're too amazing not to share.“

“The baked goods here are delicious and the people are very nice. We have had tried their Naan, large Barbari style breads and their sesame bread. All of their breads have been awesome. The first time I went in it was pretty late and everything was put away but the last time I went they also had some pastry offerings up front. If you enjoy bread you will definitely enjoy this bakery.“

You can really tell she puts care and creativity into every detail. It was a highlight of the celebration and had everyone asking where it came from. She gave great tips for executing a recipe successfully, starting to experiment with colors/flavors and shapes, and how to use different kitchen tools. It was fun hearing her tell about a training course she took with Amary Guichon! I would 100% recommend taking a class with her and would happily take another one in the future!“

“The best panderia in the Denver area. I got a variety of things, but my favorite was the pumpkin empanada. Everything was very fresh, not too sweet, and tasted homemade and authentic. Prices were extremely reasonable, the self-service area was very clean, and the staff was helpful and friendly. They also carried a variety of grocery items, fresh meat, hot food, prepacked and/or imported foods, and many other goods. If you'd like to buy conchas or other pan dulce in bulk, you can even call ahead and order a dozen. I'd definitely return and would recommend.“

“This is the best one, I’ve been going here since it opened many years ago for flour tortillas and corn tortillas made each day . Tip for the uninitiated, don’t grab the package that’s on the front of the counter shelves, those are the day old ones, they are selling for less than half price. They’ll bring you the fresh ones from the kitchen, still warm.“

“My favorite sourdough and chocolate croissant in the city (the Maldon on the chocolate croissant makes it). Recently I’m also loving the cardamom bun and the pandan doughnut, but I’ve never had something I didn’t like. I come every weekend to get my bread for the week and a little treat and I always look forward to it.“

“Great food, service and relaxing environment, I believe I have been coming here for three years and the baked goods are tasty. The fireplace is nice on a cold day to sit next to.
Restrooms are clean and locked so you have to get the code, but that’s good for security of the customers.
As I mentioned the staff are all nice and thankful that we come in and have a cup of coffee.

“I've been going here for a while now and there's always a good deal. There's always good service. They're always very friendly.
When you walk in if you go to the right they always have discount stuff even though the stuff is heavily discounted to begin with.
They do stock some seasonal stuff and carry brands you don't know they make.
I always get the Orowheat breads Thomas, English muffins and the bagels.. they have a lot of Spanish stuff. Lots of different sweet bakery things. I've tried a few. I'm not as fond of those but they're cheap enough to try.“
