I would recommend not skipping customers to make cake cups. I had to wait for the person in front of me to order then two other parties were helped before my cake cup was made.

By the time it was made - the person at the counter forgot what was going in it and I paid for a $6 cake cup with not what I asked for on it.

“Delicious, high-quality breads, pastries, and cookies. We regularly purchase the sourdough loaf with seeds. The flavor is slightly nutty and smooth. The texture is soft and chewy on the inside while being nice and crunchy on the outside. We also really like the croissants with filling—my personal favorite is the passion fruit cream croissant. Other notable pastries are the almond croissant, pain au chocolat, and the savory cubano ham and cheese pastry. The ambiance is cozy and inviting. The staff is always so friendly. We are regulars for a reason! One of the best bakeries in town.“

“Wow! I've seen this Danish bakery, and have wanted to try it for a while now. It's on the other side of town, about 30 minutes, with no traffic, and driving the highway. I have a brunch party tomorrow for which I'm tasked to bring dessert-y treats. So I came to Taste of Denmark to try it out. I've got some chocolate and hazelnut tarts and some rumballs. I also bought a freshly baked sourdough loaf and a caramel tart for Monday's breakfast. The baked goods all looked and smelled amazing. The almond croissant that I had with a cup of Dazbog coffee was simply the best example of this treat that I've had in the US. I am glad I have to go out of my way to come here, because if not, I'd weigh 300 pounds, easy. The staff, some of whom are owners and family, are friendly, helpful, and not in the least surprised at how everyone in the place was gushing about their products. I gave them 5 stars but it would be 10 if possible. Take the time to hit the search button on maps, and come to Lakewood/Bear Valley for a baked good, or twenty... it's well worth your time and effort. They are closed on Monday and Tuesday and they apparently sell out frequently, so... get there early and come hungry! And, Velkommen til Danmark!“

“The Flour Shop Colorado provided the dessert for my son and daughter-in-law’s rehearsal dinner. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. The chocolate chip cookie cake and other assorted cookies were a hit with all of our guests.“

Their pastries feel like elevated versions of childhood favorites, especially the Twix-inspired bars that somehow manage to be both nostalgic and insanely refined. “Our cake was decorated beautifully. The cake yellow cake was not moist but the raspberry filling was delicious. The instructions were to refrigerate until an hour and a half before serving. When we were ready to eat it the frosting was thick and not and soft like a butter cream frosting should be. We would try their pastries but would not buy another cake. Their cake prices are high comparted to other bakery cake prices.“

“Ammonia reminds me of the Greek bakery in Chicago near where I was born 78 years ago. Its plain, unpretentious interior and hearing people speak Greek while enjoying their pastries and coffee give it a very warm charm for me. And they have the best spanakopita and yalaktaboureko.“

“The baked goods here are delicious and the people are very nice. We have had tried their Naan, large Barbari style breads and their sesame bread. All of their breads have been awesome. The first time I went in it was pretty late and everything was put away but the last time I went they also had some pastry offerings up front. We had Italian sandwiches that were loaded with fresh deli meats and veggies on fresh bread. We also had pistachio matchas that were really nice and well-balanced - not overly grassy like matcha can be sometimes. Thankfully it was a pleasant day becuase the only seating was outdoors. My son-in-law forgot to pick it up before they closed but I was able to send a message and the owner Erica was kind enough to meet up with him later that night. I don't know alot of people that would go out of their way for a 1st time customer. My daughter was greatful. She said the cake was so good and she loved the way it was decorated. She gave great tips for executing a recipe successfully, starting to experiment with colors/flavors and shapes, and how to use different kitchen tools. It was fun hearing her tell about a training course she took with Amary Guichon! I would 100% recommend taking a class with her and would happily take another one in the future!“

“The best panderia in the Denver area. I got a variety of things, but my favorite was the pumpkin empanada. Everything was very fresh, not too sweet, and tasted homemade and authentic. Prices were extremely reasonable, the self-service area was very clean, and the staff was helpful and friendly. They also carried a variety of grocery items, fresh meat, hot food, prepacked and/or imported foods, and many other goods. If you'd like to buy conchas or other pan dulce in bulk, you can even call ahead and order a dozen. I'd definitely return and would recommend.“

“Devils food Bakery is an absolute gym in the heart of Wash Park community. It’s rare that coffee is amazing in a bakery, as usually it’s sub par. Not the coffe at DFB. It is the perfect pairing with their delicious array of baked goods. Don’t miss out on this spot. The only thing I will say is be prepared for lack of seating and parking. Seating outside would be a lovely addition to this space.“

“It's a little store connected to the Entenmanns bakery. Lots of beads, donuts, pastries, they sell some bimbo products, and little bites, too. The only thing that's kinda annoying is they have all kinds of the little bites muffins, except the ONE I was looking for. Otherwise the store is very clean, well lit, it's just basically one large room with small aisles. Easy to find things. I love this store.“
