Oh wow is it delicious! This dish is made at some of Denver's top restaurants (Ex. Guard & Grace) and it's one of my all time favorite things to eat!!

Everything about this Sushi spot is done well! I enjoy every visit, takeout or dine-in!“

She just graduated high school (age 18) and we have continued to visit & enjoy on a regular basis. “We used to drive locally to castle rock venue but I was referred to this location in highlands ranch and the entire check list was demonstrably superior The place was ten times nicer ambiance and tastefully decorated and modern. Above all a very clean and well kept restaurant We had a fantastic hibachi chef. We got a sudden birthday disco like lighting surprise for my wife. The food was immaculate for all concerned. Our party of 8 truly had a wonderful time We would all strongly recommend it“

“Sushi Mango is a must-visit for sushi lovers! We did the steamed gyoza dumplings and the tempura shrimp! Both were delicious!

The fish is incredibly fresh, and the portions are generous — you can really taste the quality in every bite. We tried several rolls, and each one was phenomenal:

Black Dragon Roll – Rich, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Hearty eel pieces!

Tempura Shrimp Roll – Perfectly crispy with a great balance of texture and taste. Loved this one because the sauce to roll ratio was great!

Rainbow Roll – Fresh slices of fish over a classic
California roll and colorful favorite done right.

Bronco Roll – Unique and packed with flavor — a definite standout! A little spicy and well balanced!

Lollipop roll - this one was the cucumber outside and no rice! Very yummy with a fun refreshing sauce! It was well balanced!

Sushi and sashimi are generous cuts and fresh! I appreciate their display of our order!

The quality, flavor, and portion size exceeded our expectations. Sushi Mango knows what they’re doing, and we’ll definitely be back!

“Such a gem of a restaurant! The korean lady serving us was so sweet. We had questions regarding our dietary restrictions and she was so patient with us and explained everything thoroughly.
We like to avoid mirin/sake and cross contact with meat when eating sushi and she explained that they only use vinegar to season their rice and their meat and fish stations completely separate. 10/10 just for that!
We ordered-
1.Spicy tuna rolls- 10/10
2.Castle pines rolls- 10/10, this was so good!
If you are living in this area you must visit them or, like us, if you are just driving through Colorado on your way to see garden of the gods or something like that, you better stop and try it out!

“I am addicted to this place. I am in love with their Shoyu ramen with soft boiled egg and their vegetable tempura. There are many options for other ramen as well as other Japanese dishes and sushi. It's small but cozy. I just love it!“

We personally didn’t like the Hawaiian roll— the flavors were kind of overwhelming & the pieces of fish felt too large for a single bite. It was probably just personal preference as there was nothing wrong with the roll!“

“Absolutely one of my favorite restaurants! Used to come here with my dad when he worked in the tech center and I can't stay away. I always get the mild chicken ramen and would eat the entire menu every visit if I could. The couple who works the front and the kitchen are the sweetest people. “We went to The chicken spot next door and we love them but this time I wanted to switch it up. The fish and chicken are the same price but they wanted to upcharge me for switching chicken for Fish. That was weird to me when they are the same price. Anyways. We decided to come next door to this awesome place and WOW the service and food was AMAZING. I had the Alfredo Sizzling Bowl and it was definitely worth it. Idk what the issue is with the up charge for switching when its the same price. Id understand if if it was a more expensive item but it was the same price. Thanks to both places but that upcharge is crazy to me.“

Great food all around, from sushi to their japanese comfort food.

They always seem to have something new in to try as well - always fun to see what the owner's wife has cooked up for the week.

“We eat at AKI at least twice a month. The sashimi & sushi is fresh, tasty & excellent. Along with our regular sushi & sashimi order, we usually order a seaweed salad, miso soup & shumai and these are always amazing. The sushi chefs are very skilled and the platters of sashimi and sushi are beautifully arranged. We will continue to eat at this restaurant and recommend it to all who love Japanese food.

“It has the most delicious Japanese food and most notably, great hospitality. If you're in Denver, this is the place to go for a delicious meal. Please call ahead for reservations. My friends rave about the food here. Don't forget to try the chocolate cake and pineapple flip cake. We will probably go back tonight because we loved it so much. I had the tofu steak and spicy garlic edema beans. Gyoza, paneo oysters, baby back ribs and teriyaki chicken. The sushi rolls were good too!“

“Have come here 2x this spring, once for lunch with a friend and once for dinner with the family (5 of us). Had a really good experience both times, both food and service. It was not crowded and felt old school in the best way possible. I had Panang curry and Pad Thai and both were really good. The prices were good, especially considering how restaurant food has skyrocketed. Highly recommend.“
