“Absolutely LOVE this place! The patio is so much fun as there is plenty of room to dance like a fool to good ol’ Bluegrass and the pizza is top notch. Wish they’d bring back those amazing chicken tenders! Especially worth mentioning: the beer selection is outstanding. Though they feature beers from a variety of breweries, their own beers can hold their own with anything on tap. Definitely try a Main Stage beer! If you want to hang out on a great patio, see live music and eat/drink in Lyons, Main Stage is a fantastic choice! If you live in/around Lyons, you’ll see plenty of familiar faces, too.“

“Popped in for a brew and a loo on our way to Estes for the farmer’s market. So cute! Great atmosphere, great location. The shop is clean and the folks were nice. I got a recommendation to NOT put vanilla in the iced chai as it was already sweet and that was definitely the right call. ? It was sweet enough. Very yummy. The place was hoppin’ with customers this morning, a Thursday in September, so that’s nice to see. The restrooms were spacious and clean. We would definitely come again when we’re back up this way.“

“The laughing out is a wonderful coffee shop.
It’s a cool, hip place to hang out. They have events in the evening as far as music and poetry.
The service is great and the coffee or chai is fantastic! It’s its own place not a chain. It’s been in Boulder forever, we’ve been going for years and we love it.“

“First time in Colorado and needed to find some good coffee. Google had a ton of suggestions, so I blindly picked here. SUCH good coffee. Had and iced Ethiopian blend as well as a single origin Hondorus espresso. Staff was super friendly and offered suggestions. Definitely will come back if I’m ever in the area.

“Away from the hustle of downtown Boulder is this sweet neighborhood spot to enjoy a relaxed vibe and perhaps the best Japanese lager in the country. Not much ambiance outside (a few tables on the parking lot,) but the inside is welcome and family-friendly.“

The food is authentic and some of the best I’ve had outside of Thailand. The interior is really cute and cozy with houseplants and a fish tank too! You order at the register when you’re ready and they’ll bring the food to your table.

I’m trying to order a different dish every time I go, but it’s really hard when the khao soi is amazing!!! The noodles are perfectly drenched in a rich yellow curry topped with some red onion, pickled mustard greens, and lime. Perfect dish with great textures and a balance of flavors. The green curry is also delicious and presented in a giant bowl with a side of white rice. I had the pad kee mao with tofu my first time there and it did not disappoint! The tofu was so well seasoned and the noodles were perfectly cooked without being too mushy. You can’t go wrong with any protein choice! The drinks are great too. The lemon iced tea is very sweet and refreshing for a hot day or when you’re eating a dish with some heat. The Thai iced tea and coffee are great too, but do contain dairy. The sticky rice desserts are not too sweet with delicious coconut milk.

I was so relieved and happy after I found this place because I’ve had absolutely awful Thai food in Boulder. This place is perfect.

“If you appreciate a great cup of coffee, this is a must-stop when visiting Pear St. However, if you're like me, and drink coffee more for the variety of milks and syrups you can add to it, this place is just another coffee shop (albeit a little pricier).

I did like their large menu of flavored mochas (see picture), and some of the baked goods looked delectable. However, the breakfast sandwiches and burritos tasted like they were pre-made and warmed up upon ordering (preformed egg rounds, undercooked bacon). That's fine when I'm at Starbucks at paying less than $5, but for nearly $9 I expect more.

The vibe inside is chill. There is a seating area up front by the windows and another down the back hall. The baristas are friendly and service is fast considering how many people were lining up on the Sunday afternoon when we visited.

If you don't want to sit inside there are handful of outdoor tables that let you people watch while enjoying your coffee.“

Upon employee recommend I tried the Ferris Brieller and I didn’t know “pesto jam” is a thing (still not entirely sure what it is...) but it is AWESOME.
