“Passed this place many times but never stopped. Decided to stop in a month ago and try it. All I can say is WOW! It was fantastic. Service was exceptional and loved the atmosphere. Ordered takeout last week and still, food was amazing, fresh, and so good. This is definitely my new favorite sushi spot! Highly recommend!“

“Such a gem of a restaurant! The korean lady serving us was so sweet. We had questions regarding our dietary restrictions and she was so patient with us and explained everything thoroughly.
We like to avoid mirin/sake and cross contact with meat when eating sushi and she explained that they only use vinegar to season their rice and their meat and fish stations completely separate. 10/10 just for that!
We ordered-
1.Spicy tuna rolls- 10/10
2.Castle pines rolls- 10/10, this was so good!
If you are living in this area you must visit them or, like us, if you are just driving through Colorado on your way to see garden of the gods or something like that, you better stop and try it out!

“Ordered pick up 30mins before closing as a last minute i don't wanna cook decision and man was it delicious. So good we scarfed it down before I thought of pictures. 😅
The thai tea Boba slush had no reason to be that delicious.
We got the signature bowls Tuna and chicken karaage, fresh and delicious. Crab wontons were light and crispy. 😘 And the 2 miso soups (yum) and a few cubes of cheese cake! (Also yum.) Will definitely be back, totally worth it.“

“We had intended to try monks Indian, but they were closed so we came here instead. So glad we did. Very accommodating to my service dog and request for a half booth. I had the black dragon and hubby had the Philly. A large sake completed the home run. Everything was absolutely delicious and our server Wendy was a doll keeping drinks refilled and just the right amount of checking in. Would definitely recommend. As an aside we loved the music they were playing.“

I always get the mild chicken ramen and would eat the entire menu every visit if I could. The couple who works the front and the kitchen are the sweetest people. “We go here so often that the amazing and incredibly friendly staff know us by name. Best sushi in 30-miles hands down. Their Thai menu is also outstanding…then their Chinese menu is great too!! The restaurant is immaculate and love the decor that they continue to add. We are SOO happy that Ito came to Castle Rock!! “I love mugi ramen, i got into ramen about a year ago but my brother lived in japan and can be a tough ramen critic and he loves this place. i recommend either the tonkotsu ramen (add chili oil of course) or the spicy shoyu. the staff is great and has treated me to desert at times that i don’t even order it. i love it here, great vibes, great workers, and especially GREAT FOOD!“

“My husband and I were craving a warm and delicious pho. Umami sushi and pho, a brand-new establishment in town, exceeded our expectations from the moment we entered. The aroma of delectable and fresh food was exceptional. We ordered a couple of pho and the broth's flavor was intensely delicious and warming. The fresh vegetables tasted remarkably fresh. The entire venue was nice and neat, and the staff were very friendly, making us feel at home. We will definitely return soon, eager to try their sushi. I highly recommend stopping by for succulent pho and sushi. Umami Sushi bar and Pho es Nuevo aquí en Aurora, fuimos por primera vez y pasó la prueba del sabor. El caldo tenía mucho sabor y sustancia. El sabor lo fué todo. La atención fue magnífica, los dueños y todos los meseros siempre fueron muy amigables, atentos y serviciales con nosotros todo el tiempo que estuvimos ahí. Along with our regular sushi & sashimi order, we usually order a seaweed salad, miso soup & shumai and these are always amazing. The sushi chefs are very skilled and the platters of sashimi and sushi are beautifully arranged. We will continue to eat at this restaurant and recommend it to all who love Japanese food.

“We used to drive locally to castle rock venue but I was referred to this location in highlands ranch and the entire check list was demonstrably superior The place was ten times nicer ambiance and tastefully decorated and modern. Above all a very clean and well kept restaurant We had a fantastic hibachi chef. We got a sudden birthday disco like lighting surprise for my wife. The food was immaculate for all concerned. Our party of 8 truly had a wonderful time We would all strongly recommend it“

It was not crowded and felt old school in the best way possible. I had Panang curry and Pad Thai and both were really good.
