One particular employee did an amazing job with a huge smile, eye contact, and customer service that exceeded expectations!! She did not have a name tag on all I can tell you that she had freckles.. “Sydney deserves a bonus, a raise or some sort of public recognition for her amazing level of customer service. I ordered a four pack of cookies for a birthday social delivery since I live a long way from my friend, and during the first delivery, the DoorDash driver delivered them to the wrong address and would not fix the issue despite me chatting with them and providing correct info. So i called the store and Sydney was immediately helpful and repackaged a new order and sent it with one of her own workers to make sure my friends birthday present made it to the right place. She was kind and had great attention to detail and was very empathetic. I wish i had a way to remove the big tip i gave to the door dash driver due to the cold weather and give it to her and Cailyn, the employee who actually delivered the cookies and got it right with no issues! Thank you both!!“

“Selected a Syrawberry Cream Mousse instead if a pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving Dinner! It was OUTSTANDING! My guests asked for 2nds even though they were full from dinner. Light, creamy cake with creamy strawberry filling and a delicious topping.“

“We were in Colorado Springs for the Fallen Firefighter Memorial, and I was looking for gluten-free food and came upon Sasquatch cookies. Not only did they have a GF-friendly chocolate chip cookie, they package them individually to prevent cross-contamination. My husband picked up a half-dozen - we weren't expecting the cookies to be the size of my face! (That's not a complaint, btw!) No worries - I was having a "cheat" weekend on my diet! But OMG they were SO GOOD! And I love that some of the proceeds support services for the unhoused; that's important too.“

“Ordered a couple of Easter bundles for pickup. They were delicious and well made! Such a delight to the whole party.
My only note is that the store had an odd, sickly odor when I came to pick up the cookies. Not the usual inviting aroma of a Crumbl bakery, and it made me wonder if the quality of the cookies would be off. Thankfully, the product was great and met my expectations!“

“smallcakes also makes pupcakes! My dog just turned 15yrs old and it's been hard to find him birthday treats that settle well in his stomach. the cakes at wag n wash make him sick. So we tried small cakes this year. Jack absolutely enjoyed them with no tummy aches. And I was able to enjoy treating him for his birthday. The pupcakes smelt so good, i almost ate one too! Next time I'll have to get some human cakes too! Thank you smallcakes!“

“It’s too good to be true. This stuff is amazing and I think witchcraft may be involved. It’s better than other gluten containing breads that hurt me. I struggle to keep away from gluten and just stumbled upon this bakery from their friends at Porkbutt BBQ in Colorado Springs that sale their goods as well. We came out arms full with Outside the Breadbox stuff.“

“First time at RMB. The beignets were delicious, but I cannot rave enough about the staff. They were warm, friendly, and so helpful! Would def recommend stopping in!“
