“We have been looking for a new 'go-to' place in Ft Collins, and this is it! We out regularly, and this was the best meal we have had out in a long time. The salad and soup were herby nutty, and well balanced, and the Prime Ribeye was perfect. Even the fingerling potatoes had a charred-grilled twist that we hadn't experienced before, and loved it. The wait and cook staff were the best! We look forward to coming back soon.“

“I really love this place. It's a little on the pricey side, but I feel like I can get a healthy meal here, if that's what I'm after. I'm often eating a low carb diet, in which case I love their chicken or beef skewers with veggies. They are perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. I also often order the Kobe burger without a bun and beet salad, which can't be beat!

This last trip, I'm back on carbs and I ordered the beat bowl. It was so darn good and I'm thrilled to have leftover. The quinoa was properly prepared and the roasted veggies and candied pecans were to die for. Overall, it exceeded my expectations. Yum yum“

“Compared to other fast food options Culvers really towers above the rest. Its our family's favorite place to go. Im terms of fast food it doesn't get much better.
There is a lot of variety on the menu including their own root beer, many sides, and desert. Culvers is clean and the staff is courteous. We love Culvers.“

“I had the pleasure of stopping in for dinner at The Emporium tonight before an Armory show. It has been a while since I've stopped in as I understand that wine bottle sales have been slow for you. But I always enjoy coming here to entertain my wine friends whenever we are downtown together.

Tonight, my friends and I enjoyed a delicious cheese and meat board paired up with the Tornatore Etna Rosso we selected from the wine market. Kudos to the wine rep that sold that wine in!

I sincerely wish that more guests of The Elizabeth Hotel and The Emporium utilized the service of picking out world-class wines from small, independent wine suppliers like the ones I represent. One bottle at a time. Not found in grocery. Non-commercial.

I would like to recognize Sadie for her delightful ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ service of us in her section. I can't recall the last time I have had such distinguished wine service. It was perfectly timed and effortless!

From the moment we sat down until the time we rushed off, Sadie's warm and energetic demeanor made my friends and I feel special, included, relaxed and at home.

I was feeling a little far removed from The Emporium this past year since Sarah O'Neil left (now at Maida Trattoria). But I hope to be invited in on more collaborations soon. I'm a big fan of The Emporium and I want to be a conduit of your success. Cheers 🥂

Their staff is also incredibly knowledgeable about their menu and have never steered me wrong on a recommendation. Their wings are also my favorite in FoCo. I've never had a bad experience at Tap & Handle.“

“Solid pub fare, but the standout was the service and the ciders. Liam, the GM, was fantastic. He was on his own at the bar, but didn't fail to greet us with a smile when we came in, and was quick to help us whenever we approached the bar. Scrumpy's is the home of Summit Ciders, and theirs are fantastic. There really is something for every palate. Liam convinced us (it didn't take much) to try a flight of all 16 ciders for $28, which is a great value as a separate flight of 8 is $17. Each taster is good for several sips, and since we were heading back home to SD, we didn't need any other drink with our meal. We took several ciders home with us, and if they didn't have any 4-packs left they were able to provide a choice of growlers or growlettes. Liam was again amazing, juggling our cider order while helping other customers, and still helped us bring some of our ciders to our car. He even threw in a couple of cute stickers with their hedgehog logo, and some BOGO cocktail cards. We'll definitely have to try their cider based cocktails when we inevitably return.“

“Being a second place connected to DC Oakes, I was expecting the same high level of.food and service. Unfortunately, the chicken in my salad was a little dry and my daughter's nachos with flavourless pork was disappointing. Our server, a bartender by nature, tried to do her best. The menus are included.

Update 3/27/26- Big rebound - Chicken Tenders with the homemade buffalo sauce was excellent. Do the house Coconut Porter. My son had the Gonzo burger and he said it was outstanding.“

The food was great, got the brother’s sandwich which was delicious, love the sweet bbq sauce went perfectly together. Mike went above and beyond to make sure the meal was superb. It’s amazing how many long-term employees are there, which is a direct reflection of the ownership and managers caring for their staff and customers. “Elliot's bar has a distinct vibe that I found pretty enjoyable. The space is ample, and I particularly appreciated the projector on the back wall, which showed KiKis Delivery, adding to the atmosphere. When I arrived before my friend, I did feel a bit out of place as I wasn't greeted or directed to a seat. The bartender seemed to be managing fine, so it would have been nice to receive a welcome, particularly since other patrons were acknowledged. This made me consider moving outside, as I felt a bit like an inconvenience.

Fortunately, my friend arrived shortly after, which helped lift the mood. He mentioned that he often visits Elliot's and enjoys it, so I felt reassured by his recommendation, given our shared taste.

When the bartender eventually came over, she was friendly and attentive, informing us that we could choose any table since it wasn’t busy. The drinks we ordered were impressive, boasting great flavor and strength. I requested that my second drink be made sweeter, and the bartender accommodated that perfectly!

Overall, I had a positive experience at Elliot's bar and would definitely consider returning in the future. A little more initial warmth from the staff could further enhance the atmosphere.“

They seem to really enjoy working there. There is a small menu and at first I didn't know what to make of the choices... as all were new to me. Their food is great and their support of local artists through their block party event is fantastic. I had the privilege of meeting their owner a few years back when I was driving for Lyft and got a ride request from him when he needed to go make sure their Prospect location was locked up properly after he received notification that a door was left open. he tipped me very generously and it was genuinely a fun ride. It never surprised me that the atmosphere of MCHC had the same fun appeal whenever I ate there. I am definitely gonna visit next time I am in Fort Collins!“
