“One of my favorite restaurants in the US is Daniel in NYC. Bosq reminds me of that restaurant with the quality and creativity of dishes and the warm and inviting feeling you get dining there. The staff, Natalie in our case, and Sergei made my wife and me feel as if we were regulars. In fact, it was their warmth that set the mood for a spectacular experience. We started our first date with Bosq's 7-course chef tasting with the pairing selected by Nick. Now Nick is an interesting sommelier. He is knowledgeable and approachable. At the end of our gastronomic experience, Chef Barcley introduced himself, as he appeared to do with all of the diners. I explained to Chef Barclay, that his cooking reminded me of Chef Daniel Boulud. He was slightly taken aback and then stated he has worked with Chef Boulod. Chef Barcley's cooking is world class. My wife and I enjoyed it so much, I canceled one of our reservations to dine at Bosq twice during our week long stay in Aspen. If you want world class food and spectacular service, I highly recommend Bosq. If we lived near Aspen, we would most certainly be regulars!”

Pancake lovers: try the Lemon Soufflé Pancakes, there’s just the right amount of citrus in these decadent fluffy pancakes. Vegans & avo toast lovers try the Avocado Toast. Plentiful, perfectly seasoned mashed avocado with feta & pickled onions on house baked bread is superb. Another vegan option is the Warrior Pudding Bowl, this healthy dish is super flavorful, light yet filling. Ingredients include quinoa, hemp, chia & oat. The Nell’s famous Hot Cocoa is rich, creamy & a quintessential tribute to Valrhona’s top of the heap chocolate. The recipe includes half & half, sugar, Valrhona cocoa powder & chocolate. It’s unreal! I’m a pastry fanatic so I always can’t wait to hear what flavor hand pie (pop tart esque) is on the menu. I also stash one in my ski back pack, makes the chairlift ride even more fun!”

“’m always looking for some place different to eat, to stay, to do, when we travel. I’m not sure how I even found this restaurant but I’m sure part of the attraction was a black owned business in Aspen. MAWA’s Kitchen is like striking gold in the mountains of Colorado. Every dish was excellent, from the Brussel Sprout Caesar to the Two Roots Sautéed Greens, pure heaven in your mouth. For our entrees Conrad chose the Red Snapper. It was served on top of some Zaalouk, which is a Moroccan salad of cooked eggplant and tomatoes. Delicious. I chose the West African Gumbo. The flavors meshed together perfectly and had a little spicy Andouille sausage to kick it up a notch. The servers were great and they even gave me a dessert for my birthday. I would definitely recommend this for a great dining experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stopped by for brunch today, another excellent meal. Got to meet Mawa. Such a great place. “Wow, what an exquisite evening we had at PARC Aspen. We opted for the Chef’s Tasting Menu and wine pairing for our meal and were absolutely blown away! Each course continued to elevate the experience and the sommelier’s wine pairings were perfection, playing in the realms of both traditional and avant garde.

When you take into account the immaculate atmosphere, friendly, knowledgeable service team, and phenomenal food, the value is really incredible. I’m sure there are a lot of great options in Aspen, but we’d come right back to PARC knowing that Joe, Chef Marc, Alexandra and team will have kept up this fantastic experience.

“This is your 5 star with classic, real family ties, food. The service is always above what you would expect. You still see chef Angelo. Menu items have family roots. Fresh is always key but the food is hand selected. Pistachios from certain regions. Pork chops of a specific type. Prosciutto aged 24 months. Top notch! I’ve been dining here for over 15 years and have never had a bad experience.”

“Fantastic experience, fab wine list and service.... We ate family style and all the entrees came out at once. We felt like we were speed eating to eat while food was warm. Only request is when we do that, course it out, so all can enjoy while food is warm. Not rushing. Otherwise it was a wonderful experience. Food was super fresh and delish!”

“I had my first experience at Boat Tow last night and it was amazing! I am crushed it's going to be closing at the end of August. I wish I'd discovered it sooner. Our server could not have been more gracious and friendly, and the food was delicious. Unfortunately, Aspen is expensive and I'm sorry the operating company, Gravity Haus is unable to continue operating to in our town due to the high cost of doing business. A huge loss.”

“I was a little disappointed in the service. We wished to split a salad and rather than splitting it in the kitchen, they brought the salad to the table with to small plates and no servicing utensils. Most restaurants of the caliber split in the kitchen.”

“Truly one of a kind, must see venue. If you are a big time music lover then Belly Up must be on your list. (On a side note : beware of 20 something year old locals with very poor morals!) Very small intimate venue with a great view from everywhere in the house. The staff here is absolutely top notch in every way. Layout is extremely convenient to get around, and parking was easy to find near by. If you want to be close to the stage or get one of the few(non-reserved) seats then you better get there right when doors open. Doors opened at 9, show was at 10, Illenium came on at 11 and played unitl 12:30. As long as you get there in the first hour its not tough to get in at all. The acoustics were great and if your close to the stage you get whipped in the face with the bass at times. Will absolutely be back in the future and put it at the top of my list for favorite venues of all time. Well worth it! To have only seen Illenium at sold out Red Rocks shows or festivals of 25,000+ crowds before this . . . To see him up close in a crowd of only 400 people, It's hard to put into words how incredible it was. What this unmatched venue does, bringing A-list acts to such an intimate setting for deep fans is such a one of a kind thing. I seriously can't wait until my next show here, one if the best days ever!”

“This restaurant had the best stews I’ve ever found in a restaurant. After a gruelling 8 hour hike through Maroon Bells, their stews were hardy, energising and super filling. Absolutely delicious!”
