“This time dining in was fine, the hot and sour soup is great ,and Chinese vegetable dish with mushrooms, tofu was wonderful. I sent the small appetizer portion of the peking duck bun back to be cooked a little more, the waitress was visibly surprised that I asked for the duck to be crispy.The app was not good, perhaps there was a substitute chef that day.
The take out orders were wrong, all 3 orders,,I asked for chicken lo mein and veggies,,The dish ended up just noodles, no veggies or chicken.I had asked for 2 chicken vegetable soups to go with out noodles, again they send 2 big containers of noodles, and 2 large broth .My friends told me this when they opened it up,I was surprised,The food was excellent the other times i have been there.Maybe the server was knew, no idea, Just very costly to get the opposite of what was ordered, too far away to bring it back,
I will give it another chance sometime,becuase I have referred others that love it and I have a friend that loves the peking duck,“

I come here almost every week for a little lunch during work and the food is always so well cooked, prepared so fast, inexpensive and so so good! 🍲🍜 I love the egg rolls and the lunch specials. They have lunch specials everyday 11:00am to 4:00pm, i have attached the menu for that here so if anyone would like to see they can. I do wish they add some seating area maybe outside or something since there is no space inside, but it is very clean and organized. “I love this place for its simplicity. You come in your order and you get handed a plate of food. It is not going to be a stunning revolutionary dish that brings you to new heights of Chinese cuisine. It is a simple and humble meal that is comforting and executed perfectly. I would suggest eating in if you’re going to get a dish that is crunchy or involves sauce like the orange chicken that I got as it will taste the best when eaten immediately after preparation.“

The only downside is that they accept cash only, and the surrounding area can feel a bit sketchy, especially in the evenings/nights. “Stopped in on a whim because it's near the laundromat and I needed rice. I parked by the urgent care. Went in and ordered large rice and fried dumplings. He told me it'd be ten minutes. I sat and waited. Others came in and ordered, and it seems ten minutes is the standard time they tell everyone, lol. Anyway, it was a bit more than 10 mins wait. But still decent. The interior is lacking. There's a place to sit and eat if you want. Nothing inviting though. The staff was busy, so no conversation, but nothing negative to say. My favorite vegan dish is Bean Curd Schenzuan style with brown rice and a large order of plantain and two spring rolls comes to less than $20 and that meal last me for two dinner days I only eat once a day so $20 to eat beautifully tasty cooked food for 2days is a steal... We still were able to sit at a table with direct view of the garden so it was comfortable with a lovely view. The fried chicken wings was just what I wanted and the quality of the pork dumplings was certainly better than most of the Chinese take outs I’ve been to.“

“So far, so good. I'm very hesitant with Chinese restaurants. I've been sick twice in the past and it's something you can't forget. But I was in need of some white rice and it's so good and soft the way they make it. I got a large size and also a side of dumplings. The dumplings were really good. I always love the sauce. I need a container of that stuff. They were fried perfectly, the dough was a good consistency, the filling flavourful. I'm using the rice to make my own little sushi wraps later, the rice was soft and sticky, just like what i wanted. The lady at the register was nice, took my order with no problems. They have tap-to-pay also, which was a plus. Sign said minimum seven bucks to use card. The interior is I guess what you'd expect. Not the best, but not the worst I've seen. Street parking was easy for me today, mid-afternoon in a Saturday. I'd go back.“
