“My wife got a chocolate peanut butter smoothie, and I got a chocolate raspberry smoothie. Staff was accommodating for my wife's dietary restrictions and made recommendations to us on what to get. Smoothies tasted great, you can tell the ingredients are high quality. Atmosphere is lacking due to the disrepair the strip mall and parking lot are in.“

“We are not from the area but live açaí bowls so we were excited to try somewhere new. We stopped here and were in and out. The bowls were affordable and much bigger than those I buy back home. They were SO delicious. Highly recommend!“

“I work at the Pomfret Baker’s Dozen, so I’ve had my fair share of coffee — but my visit to the Chaplin location absolutely blew me away! The coffee was perfect (hands down the best I’ve ever had), and the manager at the window made it with such care. Friendly service, smooth coffee, and the kind of attention to detail that makes you want to come back every day. Great job, Chaplin team! ☕👏“

“The drinking chocolate (a.k.a. hot chocolate) is out of this world! They literally melt chocolate into milk and cream. It’s the richest, chocolatiest thing you’ll ever drink. They top it with whip cream and a variety of chocolate sauce and texture. Yum! I didn’t care for the soft serve chocolate ice cream. Nice atmosphere inside and out.“

“My wife and I were part of a small group that got a hands-on, behind-the-scenes tour, and I loved their coffee before we went, but I'm a little obsessed after this tour. The amount of effort that goes into their coffee is evident the first time you taste it, and on the tour I gained a greater appreciation for the skill and attentiveness required to make great coffee (we even roasted some and took it home with us). This place is incredible; if you've never had their coffee, do yourself a favor and run, don't walk, to your nearest Big Y.“

“the food is super great and so is the service. we've gone twice and all the waitresses are so friendly and helpful. the food is also incredible. the biscuits and gravy is a standout for my husband and I, and hes from the south so he knows good biscuits and gravy. the waffles are delicious and fluffy. the Christmas cookie waffle is super tasty and seasonally adorable. highly recommend!“

Coffee comes strong and a tall coffee is exactly that! They also ensure you do not burn your hands. Is often a very cheerful lady (with a great taste in Puerto Rican music) there whose politeness and level of service is extraordinary“

“I need to add a bulb to the enter sign because that is not lit up only the exit and when you're not from around here like myself end up going right past it. And you know the you're looking for the entrance yet at night you can't see the the enter sign because it's not lit up. That's terrible“

“I love coming to this Dunkin specifically, all the others in my area don’t compare!! They always have what I want and make it quickly, even when lines are long, and the staff is always so polite. Tim absolutely makes my morning! He’s so genuine and joyful that even when I’m not off to a great start my day spins right around after my stop here! He always asks if I need anything else and chats with me while I grab my order. Definitely an employee to keep and take care of in the long run!“

“I visit Mohegan 1-2 times annually for work, and the space has expanded and looks much better.
However, and most importantly, the young lady that worked the shop on the morning of Thursday 5/14 was EXPONENTIALLY better than any other associate I’ve seen in the past 5 years. She wasn’t on her phone, she didn’t look miserable, she was friendly and nice and attentive. I wish I got her name to give her kudos. Way to go!“

“When your local Starbucks team recognizes your voice through the drive thru and sends a happy message along with your morning Bev. 😀 ..... I hope I am getting everyone’s names right but the early morning crew (Anna, Mikayla, Katie? Marissa? and a few others that I can’t recall names, sorry) deserves high praise for the excellent customer service they provide Most of the time they have my drink made by the time I get to the counter! Today was the first time I had gone through the drive thru in ages, and I was told that Anna recognized my voice through the intercom I think it was her that wrote it but, I thank the person who left this hello on my cup today. I am feeling under the weather so it really made my day and put a smile on my face. You guys deserve so much praise! The food industry can suck but, you make a difference with your amazing attitudes and customer service. Thank you #NorwichStarbucks“

“A bit expensive, but customer service is always very good and so are the drinks. The staff are quick, professional and friendly. I've always been impressed. I really prefer Starbucks to Dunkin and will drive farther, even though I'd rather not. I miss living in WA where Espresso is around every corner.“
“I came here for Syd. My husband and I came in for a quick coffee and Syd quickly made us feel loved. She was efficient and quick, and even complimented me which was sweet. She made my husbands cold brew to perfection and my shaken espresso was INCREDIBLE. Most people burn my espresso. She was top notch. Thanks so much Syd!!!“
