“Scott and his team catered our wedding this September. If we could provide more than 5 stars, we would! He was more than accommodating and made this process stress-free. We gave him ideas about what kind of food/style we were hoping for and he ran with it. We were not limited to a pre-created catering menu and were told that he and his team could make "anything we want". He provided recommendations from our reception space, to service style, and menu to even linens. We are still getting comments from our guests raving about the food and service from our wedding. Scott and his team exceeded our expectations and then some. Highly recommend!“

“Gisellas has been our favorite go to Italian restaurant in DANBURY since it opened. Food is always delicious and consistent and the wait staff couldn’t be more accommodating. It was slow when we arrived because we ate at an off time but that made it better because it was such a nice atmosphere to chat and relax. By far some of the best things I’ve ever eaten. “It has been awhile (too long) since we’ve eaten at Portofino’s, just busy. It was very nice to be recognized and they were genuinly glad to see us “back”! Our dinner was delicious! I had the sea bass over risotto. The bass was cooked to perfection! And their service was excellent as always! Thank you for a wonderful evening! “Had the best birthday dinner last night. My veal scallopini was perfection and the NY strip was delicious. My husband also had an appetizer with crepes stuffed with chicken and mushrooms which he said was outstanding. The service was so friendly and impeccable. Even though we were the last customers before closing we didn’t feel rushed at all. Always amazed that Chef Carlos is the one that prepares your meal all these years. “Best Deli / EATERY in town. This place is a hidden GEM ! Everything here is freshly made and the staff are very friendly. It’s hard to find good delis these days in Connecticut but this is the place ! The new owner comes from a long years of experience in the kitchen industry and they are very knowledgeable in what you want to eat. No such thing as language barrier, it’s all about communication and how detailed you are with how you want your order to be made.

“I've been going to this location for roughly 6-7 years. It's gone through 3 different owners until this point. The new ownership is by far the best to date. Everything I've had up until this point I'd highly recommended. I haven't tried everything yet, but one of my favorites so far was the shrimp francese, (I added capers to mine). The current pizza maker has stayed with the business throughout the years and has gone through the ranks and changes. He does a great job and should be celebrated for his hard work and dedication. I'm excited to welcome this new restaurant to my list of places I love to eat in New Milford. If you haven't been, definitely check it out! If for nothing else, at least to check out their JUMBO slices!

Everything else is really good. Most of the time they’re on, but the longest they’ve been late is like 20 minutes. I recommend going here.“
