Always greeted with a smile and thank you when I walked in. The price was good for Always having consistant quality with the drink and food. Made the way I wanted it. Fresh, never wilted lettuce and ingredients. I knew what I was getting and always the same. I stopped going to other places around area because I was sick and tired of my 1/2hr lunch break eating garbage, never made the way I ordered it, or getting the wrong order in bag. “To start with, I love the thick menu! I love that they give the back stories on the local products/farms they use. And the plethora of options make certain that both my husband and I can find something we like no matter what we're in the mood for. It's also nice to go to a restaurant that has more than the same 6 things everybody else has and to know those items are made with locally sourced products. I can end with a cupcake made from scratch which also supports another small business instead of something premade from the same manufacturer everyone sources their desserts from. It's a win for me!“

Nice crust, just enough toppings and again, that sauce! Fried calamari was tender & crispy. 6 nice size shrimp in the cocktail. If I had anything to complain about it would be the cocktail sauce was a bit wimpy for my taste. More horseradish, guys! I recently moved away and whenever I want Thai I shed a tear because the places around me will never compare.... The food was delectable, particularly the steak and vegetables, Cajun dry rub wings, buffalo wings, and their homemade guacamole. A heartfelt thank you to the chef and his entire team for their exceptional culinary skills.

While the food was undeniably delicious, it was the bartenders, waiters, and waitresses who truly elevated the experience to a whole new level. Lauren, Christine, and Pete (who resembled Garrett Dillahunt), tell me I’m wrong, were exceptional throughout the night. They consistently prioritized our needs and made us feel like valued guests. Their warm and friendly demeanor made us feel like we had known them for years. We would eagerly return just to see them again!

“I’ve been here twice, the first time I went when I told them about my gluten allergy they misunderstood and touched something with gluten and then touch my taco shell but they didn’t pick it up, which I find a bit concerning due to the risk of cross contamination. But the second time they were better. Also the second time while eating my chicken I felt something hard and it was a bone, which was strange. The atmosphere is basic, nothing special about it. Overall, I would recommend this place but just be careful if you have allergies.“

“After seeing a movie down the street, my family and I came to Oriental Gourmet for dinner. There was plenty of seating and the restaurant had a classic, retro vibe. We were impressed that they had so many different Asian cuisines to choose from! For our first visit we stuck primarily to Chinese food, but it’s good to know they have sushi too. Almost every dish was good, but my mom didn’t really love her Mongolian beef and said it had a weird grittiness to it. Our server was attentive and they refilled our waters often. Not a bad spot!“

“I haven’t been Panera in a while but decided to go on Tuesday 11/19. My experience was wonderful! The staff were very friendly and very accommodating to all my customizations to my sandwich. It was out very quickly and the food was nice and hot! The manager Nelly, was very nice with me and allowed me to change my side when I realized that I ordered the wrong one and allowed me to keep the one I originally ordered. I do recommend this cafe to have a nice warm meal!“

They need some relaxing jazz, Opera, Sinatra etc. However picked the music for an Italian Restaurand, knows nothing about a relaxing atmosphere!!!!“

“I do a lot of corporate catering for my Business meetings and though I do like PANERA, I feel in recent years the service and quality has suffered, but today I met an amazing manager at the Southbury, Connecticut location named Paige She was kind, empathetic, smart efficient, and worked with me on a last-minute change when most Panera managers would have said no she was even shorthanded that day as she was working the line with her coworkers like a great leader and still stopped to help me with a last-minute change to my order that experience will have me coming back. Paige was awesome.“
