“Walking by The Lab on our way to Leaps and Bones, I always look at the creative menu posted in the window of The Lab. Today my pup got some treats and I took home a sandwich that was spectacular! I’m sure my pup and I will both get treats every time we go to Factory Square in the future!“

“I’ve been coming to this coffee shop for a while, and their house blend is what really keeps me hooked. It’s well-balanced right from the first sip, smooth and not overly bitter, with a warm chocolatey base that finishes clean instead of lingering in a harsh way. You can tell it’s roasted with intention: it smells amazing when it hits the air, and even when I switch between espresso and drip, the flavors stay consistent.

The espresso pulls are especially nice, crema is rich, and the taste leans into cocoa and a little caramel sweetness without tasting burnt. If you like coffee that feels cozy and “everyday good,” this blend nails it. It’s flavorful enough to feel special, but still easy to drink whether you’re having it straight or with milk.

Service is friendly and the baristas actually seem to care about what they’re pouring. Overall, this place is one of those places where the house blend isn’t just “their regular coffee”, it’s the reason you end up wanting to come back.“

“Just had our first meal here. The entire restaurant is filthy. Our dishes that held our silverware were reused. Our table was dirty To where we washed it with our drinking water. We were ready to leave but had put in our order and wanted to try food. The food Was decent but pricey for amount you got. Called manager over to show him how thick the dust was on ledge where everyone sits And eats. He said he was new. Not an excuse. Restaurant was empty now I know why. The whole place smells dirty as soon as you sit down and have to breathe in one spot. This restaurant will not last if things don't Change. It will be a repeat of Chips restaurant all over again.“

“We happened to come in on a busy night. Tina was our server. Her and the Manager were professional and handled the crowd with no problem. All our ice creams were perfect and it was still a pleasant environment even though every booth was full! Will definitely come back again“

“Our order: 1st plate: sausage & 2 eggs toast & 1 pancake 2nd plate: omelette with green peppers; tomateo & cheese ( no toast or meat) 1 pancake ---1 cup of coffee each!! COST: $33.34! Outrageous! The young waitress forgot to put in for 1 pancake as partner requested a little late but she completely forgot altogether & then told us it was almost done, should have admitted dde forgot to put in for it! Then she never came back to get us a 2nd cup of coffee. Busy at times but it only takes 10 seconds to pour coffee & the mugs are extremely small! Seems she catered to larger tables (bigger tips)! Way too expensive for the poor service. Prices on menu online are not updated“

“amazing pizza!! we ordered 10 party size pizzas today and they came out perfect. we got -meat lovers -clam casino -buffalo chicken -florentine -mousakka -cheese all were awesome! everyone at the party raved about the pizza! and everyone kept asking where it was from!“

“We are up from Texas for the summer and I told my wife I wanted to try restaurants that we have not tried before. My SIL and her husband came by and they let me pick the restaurant and so I chose knowing nothing about this restaurant. The food was amongst the best that I have ever had and the others agreed. The Hanger Chicken was my choice and I can not speak to highly of it. The spiciness was very good but the sauce was fantastic. Raven was our server and she was fantastic and joked along with us. “What an amazing experience!! The cascading waterfalls, scenic walkways, and covered bridges shaded by gorgeous Japanese Maple trees is such a zen mini golf experience. They have something for the whole family including a wooden train and wooden ship play area. There is a beer garden if you want to stop for a cold brew, food, and Italian Ice and ice cream. We had such a great day!“
