She was so sweet and even introduced me to her father, Herb's who recently turned 95yrs old about a week ago. I was welcomed by the whole staff and I had such a wonderful server named Dawn! She is truly the Best!! Thank you Dawn! ❤️ I can keep going on and on about how great this spot is so.... Let me continue. The atmosphere is perfect. “Ben & Jerry's offers the weirdest flavors of any ice cream parlor I know. Yet, just about everything they fancy up is simply marvelous! Wifey escorted me directly to Ben and Jerry's once she saw it and I knew right away I was in for a sugar high😵‍💫. Oh well... Let the licking begin. Salted Caramel Blondie for and whatever for her. My cone was stacked so high, I got dizzy just looking at it 🤗. Boom! In a word... Delicious!“

Now got rid of chicken francaise which was Amazing there and our go to. Also used to have an amazing cheese and meat platter appetizer and that was removed. Wish some of those would be put back on. With so much change there really isn’t anything appealing to me now. This was our spot for anniversaries, birthdays, and lots of date nights.“

“My husband and I visited S & P Oyster Co. on our honeymoon, and it truly could not have been a more exquisite experience. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was warm, inviting, and perfect for a special occasion. We started with fresh oysters on the half shell, pan-seared octopus, and pan-seared scallops, each dish was beautifully prepared and absolutely outstanding. For our entrées, we enjoyed the sesame-encrusted yellowfin tuna and the homemade squid ink pasta, both of which were exceptional in flavor and quality. Our waiter, Jeff, made the night even more memorable. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and kind, offering wonderful recommendations and never rushing us. The drinks were fantastic as well and complemented the meal perfectly. S & P Oyster Co. gave us a honeymoon dinner we will never forget. We can’t recommend this place enough and can’t wait to return. “LOVE THIS BAKERY!! Our first time in Mystic and we stopped in just for a coffee, ended up leaving with half the store! The almond croissant is amazing. The salmon sandwich is a must have, and the coffee is very good. During a road trip we made sure to bookend the trip at Sift. The ordering process is swift and efficient, and staff was friendly and relaxed, even on a very busy Sunday morning. I look forward to coming back very soon! Mystic itself is beautiful but not complete without a stop at Sift.“

“Great little place to grab coffee or a smoothie! We both got coffee! I got the Snickerdoodle hot coffee and my man got the seasonal Christmas campfire hot coffee! Both were really good! Not too sweet and not too strong! Friendly staff and the place was cozy and decorated for the season! They have a visible bathroom behind the counter but when we asked to use it they directed us to the bathrooms next door at the vault store since it was “nicer and more spacious”! We will most likely be back to try the smoothies!“

“Was very disappointed when we took friends of ours there and told them how good the bread was but when we ordered from Jack was told the bread now costs and yet we were there two weeks ago and bread was offered. Also we had to ask Jack what the specials were and he acted put out. What a change from two weeks ago with waiter Greg who was awesome“

“The food was honestly really good. I ordered the bok choy ginger with chicken, my dad had the Japanese curry with shrimp, and my mom got the shrimp teriyaki. Everything came out fresh, flavorful, and well-seasoned.

The only drawback was the fruit flies. There were a lot of them, and it took away from the overall dining experience. If it weren’t for that, this would’ve easily been a 5-star stop.“

“Ahhh…Niantic. Restaurants here do not need to work hard because Niantic itself is a joyful place. My Chicken Teriyaki dinner ($18) was excellent. Moist chicken, lovely presentation with broccoli florets ringing the chicken, carrot rounds (perfect) under the chicken, just the right amount of sauce and jasmine rice. A small salad with delicious dressing although it had that baffling watery quality and miso soup that was lukewarm preceded the dinner. My companion had the excellent Thai rice with chicken. The high top was wobbly. That’s the worst thing you can say about the experience. So easy to fix. I had the generous ginger martini, my partner enjoyed the Sam seasonal. It being Saturday of the Niantic Light Parade, we had an excellent view of the festivities-hence a 5 star atmosphere. In daylight, from our table, one can see the Niantic Bay. The young host attempted to shim the bottom of the table. Our server was pleasant. The loud blond server was not. It’s been a minute since we’ve visited The Spice Club. It’s worth another trip next time we’re thinking of Asian Fusion or Sushi.“

“I liked this place. It’s solidly good. Everything is made to order with fresh ingredients. Their salsas could use some refining - not a lot of flavor & depth to them. but I liked everything else.
The chips are just standard thick corn fried tortillas chips so nothing great about them. I ordered the fried avocado soft taco which was fine except that the avocado was underripe so not ideal. The creamy chipotle sauce was very good but I think the avocado taco needs a savory salsa to offset the creamy avocado. I also had a pulled pork taco which was good - the salsa verse was good but not great. I will stop in again & try some other items.“

The owner, Brian, took 30 minutes out of his day to talk to my girlfriend and I about the history of the area and the bar.

Drinks were phenomenal so was the food, truly an A+ environment.

“Disappointing. Not the friendly service you expect from Panera. I have been going here for years, and they changed all the recipes for the worse. The soufflés are not soufflés. They are puff pastry with scrambled eggs. The puff pastry is touch and doesn't cook well. Their baguettes used to be authentic. Now, they are a loaf of bread. The quality if the turkey has gone down. No more metal utensils. It is almost impossible to cut a soufflé with their cheap plastic knife. They don't check their coffee levels and they run out constantly. Complaints to the manager did nothing. You'd not hear the word thank you anymore. They don't ask for your pabeta rewards card. They don't ask if you want to use your rewards. They charge you the wrong amount. This can't all be the fault of the cashier. Where is the manager? I could go on.

Kid-friendliness: I have always brought my kids here, but they don't have anything geared towards kids. Beware of the highly caffeinated teas.“
